If I could give Home Depot Tool Rental zero stars I would. I went in today to rent a Mantis tiller. Their website says they have two that are available for rent. After waiting in line 45 minutes because there were two people in front of me and only one worker, it was finally my turn. But sadly, both tillers were not working. I told the worker that they need to update their website that says they are both available for rental. The customer behind me was trying to rent a log splitter. He left right after me, also empty handed. Home Depot has driven out of business most of the smaller tool rental places in town who would maintain and repair their equipment on site. Home depot does not do on site repairs. It could be months before the equipment is repaired. And then they dont keep customers informed by updating their website. Its not that difficult.If you are in Clovis, save time. Just go to Save Sum Rentals on Tollhouse.
