She helped me with my third child, which I thought I had sleep figured out by baby number 3 but he was always so crabby and come to find out I had his sleep schedule all off. We hired Joan back in February of this year when our daughter was almost 10 months old. She was up every couple hours and we were exhausted! We had a great first zoom meeting with her and then received a very detailed plan. She was always checking in via text and offering phone calls anytime. She continued to check in with us almost weekly and now our daughter is sleeping through the night and we still check in! I highly recommend her services!
