I went to get my vehicle wash and service was quick but I still saw bugs on my front bumper and headlights afterward. Also, there was lint all over my car and they didn’t even dry the water underneath my window visors and most of all they didn’t even wash the top of my car. I was told a different price at the front for an exterior wash for $10 bc the sign said $9.95 but when I paid for the services at the end it came out to $17. What a joke.They didn’t even tell what service they had.All they told me was $10 for the exterior wash and $35 dollars to include interior cleaning too.

-You want a $5 gas station automatic wash look elsewhere.Without a doubt the best detail service I’ve received. The crew went above and beyond to produce such a great outcome. They left it spotless and touched up a few dings around the vehicle as if they were never there.

Love this place. Car is always meticulously clean and never a streak on my windows and I am very picky about my windows. Since this is a hand wash, they get very busy. But I just leave my car and stroll thru Old Town.

I have used them a few times and had a fair experience. This time I brought them my brand new truck. I was not happy with the results at all. I specifically asked for no armoral, but they loaded it up and got it all over the frame. I had to have them go over most of the truck again to get all the spots they missed. The pictures are after I had them touch it up for the second time.

Bad customer service. I left my car for 2 hours to get detailed and it was not even wiped out i paid 39$ for a car wash and a vacuum i could of paid 5 at a ride and shine for same job!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WILL NOT EVER GO BACK

I dont take my Ford Raptor to just any car wash. This place did a very good job. They hand wash the interior and exterior without having to use those lousy drive through machines that leave swirl marks all over. Also, the customer service was Excellent!! I received a car wash and vacuum here on Jan 1, 2020 and they did the most unbelievably horrible job I have ever had done. They did not vacuum well at all, I had to bring it home and vacuum the entire vehicle again (with a handheld vacuum) and got all they said “they couldn’t get”. They inside of the car was not wiped down at all not even streaked to make it look like they attempted to wipe it down. The windows were spotted. They killed my battery and I had to jump it. They also somehow managed to mess up my vans “traction button”. They did not vacuum the trunk of the vehicle at all. I called to let them know calmly that I was not satisfied and the “manager” Rafael yelled at me and told me my car was “dirty” when I brought it in! Hello?! That’s why I took it in for a car wash! Horrible customer service and horrible work. Save yourself the money and go to Salas International Car Wash in the tower district. They do a way better job for less money! I was charged $50 for very lazy work and an unprofessional manager.

Love coming here...I try to get here first thing in the morning during the week because it gets a bit busy. They are friendly, gracious, service-oriented and theres a cozy place to wait and watch TV or enjoy a beverage or restaurants are within short walking distance in Old Town Clovis. My car is always spotless and well-treated here.

We’ve used this place numerous times and every single time they have missed spots and have always had to ask to please do better next time. The last couple times we took our vehicle there, the wash was terrible and we will not take our vehicles there anymore! Rafa is the owner and he is a great guy but I’ve expressed my concerns to him multiple times and it never got better! Actually got worse!

I took my car to Rodeo for the first time earlier this week. I have always washed my own cars but I had visited the coast and had loads of bugs and the salt air haze on the windows. The place is a little bit rough on the edges but they did a fantastic job. I wasnt first in line and it took over an hour but well worth the wait. Paint, wheels and tires look brand new and the glass looks so good it appears there is no glass at all. I will be back, soon.

Simply put you cannot get a professional HAND WASH anywhere in the valley for $9.95....they did a excellent job on water spot removal for a super low price...do yourself a favor try this place out....your welcome.

On 6/4 I visited rodeo to have my truck exterior washed. Overall poor quality not worth the $30. Left with dirt spots and a few bug stains not cleaned off the front. Also a very noticeable amount of White lint stuck in the crevices of my truck from the wash or drying towels.Never again.

I wouldnt recommend anyone elses!! They have worked on my car for the last year. But last week my car got covered in over spray from painters doing a building next to my work. Not only were they able to removed all the paint. But they left my car looking like it got a new paint job. They are the best in the valley with over 30 years experience.

My car ALWAYS comes out of the Rodeo car wash immaculately! They not only wash, dry, detail inside but they spray it and polish it. This made my car shine for days after. While waiting for my car to be finished a little lady next to me said she is from out of town and comes to the Rodeo to get her car done because of the extended shine she experienced. Its clean, plenty of seating to wait and offer free bottled water too. Job well done!

Waited over an hour for an exterior wash only..when It was finally finished it was still dirty running boards were not touched at all..mirrors were dirty and it still had dirt on the sidewalls of the tires! When I asked if they could touch up the spots mentioned they acted like they were annoyed.In the end it was no better than a 6.99 ride and shine for 25 dollars and over an hour wait I would think it would be better.Will go back to Torres/Hennessy Hand car wash on Ventura less money and way better quality!

This place used to give great car washes. Now theyre horrible. I think that for a $35 car wash, my husband shouldnt be out in our driveway wiping off water spots. They also soak my tires in the tire shine, and it pools in the grooves of my tires so that when I drive, grease spots end up all over the sides of my car. They didnt even touch my sunroof. I started coming here in 2016, and it seems like the quality has just gone nothing but down. The guys were just going back and forth between the cars. It seems like if one to two guys were dedicated to each car, they would be more efficient, and aware of what needs to be done on the car. The only reason I come here is because I dont want my car going through the machine at other car washes, but save yourself some dough and just get the cheapest wash they offer. Youll probably end up wiping it down when you get home anyway.

Not happy! Took my van for a wash, it’s handicap equipped for my son’s wheelchair and too big for a drive through. They wanted $75 for inside and out or $45 for just the outside, wow, I feel they were just trying to take advantage of a woman because the sign says SUV start at $17 the place is pretty rough looking, I said no thank you, I’m use to half that price but wanted to take it to a local owned Clovis business. I don’t care how good the car wash it is, I won’t go back nor recommend to anyone

Every time I come home to visit, there is no other hand car wash that can compare to this new spot in Old Town Clovis. The boys are all so friendly, and hard working. Theres one that stands out to me named Alex. He always does my car, and even went the extra mile to buff out a scratch I got on the side due to the gate at my apt building hitting it. Also free ice cream & water bottles available while you wait. Thats why I always leave them a generous tip. I appreciate exceptional service & quality. Youll find both here.

I would like to give a better rating but these guys keep missing areas inside and out of the car. If they say theyre going to get the wheels really good then why do I have to go over all 4 when I get home. I still see finger prints and smudges. Sorry guys but you have to clean it up and do a better job. That was 3 times already!

Hard working fellas. Cheap, fast for the most part when theyre not backed up. They miss some things here and there but overall great courteous service! Also be aware Ive been turned away around 4pm when it says they close at 4:30

Great work at a decent price truck was gone through very thoroughly and the staff is very friendly, comfortable waiting area as well. I definitely recommend this business for washing your vehicle just dont be in a rush cause they take their time to make sure its done right.

Anyone who says this is a cheap, a terrible place, and not worth it and would rather spend money on a drive trough car wash either doesnt care for their cars paint, doesnt know how to care for their paint, or have not tried other hand car washes to compare. Hand washes are the safest for paints. Ever wonder why after a year of driving through drive through car washes u have swirls? Do a quick google search. This place is the best in town. Very consistent and does a great job. In comparison with other hand car washes in town, this place is by far the best. In addition to doing great, they also listen to ur specific wants.

First time there they did and amazing job on my car they clean the hole car inside and out and wheels and ect. They gave me great amazing price and the service was amazing as well I was there waiting for 30 minutes to and an hour I would go back again

Will not be going back. I had called for prices and guy over the phone told me $9.95 for SUV for an exterior wash. So I decided to go but after they washed my SUV I went to pay and he ends up charging me $17. I then told him I asked you over the phone what the prices were for suv and you said 9.95. He then tells me I thought you meant for a car. Im sorry but how do you mistake someone asking about an SUV for a car over the phone? I usually go to Jacks Car Wash Company and they charge 19.00 and thats for both exterior wash and interior cleaning and they do an excellent job. I consider trying Rodeo Car Wash since its close to me but for the price I paid they did a horrible wash. There were so many dirty spots left. 17 bucks is a rip off.

The only place I take my car to get washed. Ive got a 74 GMC Sprint with a vinyl top so its usually a wash it myself but Im glad I found a place that cares for my car like I do. Theyre relatively quick too, with a nice little waiting area. I usually walk down the street and grab a coffee to pass the time. They are very reasonable price wise too.

39.00 for a carwash!! I understand its not a detail job, but geez!! For that price my wheels should be cleaned and my windshield clear! I shouldnt be coming home to clean it. Never again! I will make my way across town to Picadilly hand car wash and for 10.00 cheaper I know my vehicle will be clean!

You have heard the age old axiom never judge a book by its cover, this applies to Rodeo Hand Car Wash. I arrived about 15 minutes after 9 am, and in less than 45 minutes they cleaned my car that had 1000 miles of road grime and bugs, I live in Utah, into showroom condition. The staff was very professional and focused on the job. I will be returning.

It was a Friday afternoon, so I expected it to be busy. I waiting an hour and 15 minutes for an exterior only wash. Probably would have been less had they washed the cars in the order they came. Somehow the car that was waiting behind me in line got moved ahead 2 spots when they were moving vehicles around. That lady waited just under an hour for her car. It was very busy and I’m sure it’s hard to keep track, but they should have a better system for keeping cars in order. I also found it to be priced a little high. The sign says 9.99 exterior cars, +$7 for trucks and SUVs. I have a small SUV and was charged $17. They had many trucks, extended cab, long bed, lifted trucks, all huge compared to my suv, wonder if they also paid $17? I always go to hand wash car washes, the place I usually go to is $13, even the mobil car wash/detailer that comes to my office only charges $15. With all that, the finished product wasn’t great either. My back window had many spots, I didn’t notice until driving away, because it had been parked in a shaded area. Also, the area between my back bumper and back door still had thick dirt. Employees were nice, seemed to be working hard, offered free bottled water.

Took my car in for a complete detail with a wax and polish and paid over 120 dollars for their service to have fine scratches from a sander on my paint! Now I have to take my car to a body shop! Do not recommend for high end jobs only car washes

I looked for a place near by to get my car washed so came here instead of the usual place my husband goes to downtown where u wouldnt even think of going.. Any how bad decision, my car was not thoroughly wiped down so the guy there took care of that.. When I went unsure my car I could not believe it.. A lot of stuff didnt even get touched, cup holder,inside of door opened compartments, seats still needed vacuuming.. I called their attention to it and he said the manager did that part in the beginning area.. I was like WOW.. I then called attention to it by the manager his response was oh sorry I guess we missed that. How can you miss that, their were seeds and debris left, even red carpet gets those things cleaned all the time.. He did offer to touch it up but I refused because this was just horrible service. I told him please dont do other cars like this..I will never come here again.

Father has been taking our cars here to be washed and still does today. However I go to take my truck in and they made it lookworse than before. Ive seen their work and honestly they do a great job. This time when I went it was a bit close to closing time for them. Maybe an hour and a half to two hours before closing and they had quite of few cars lined up including my truck. I didnt think much of it and went ahead and left my truck and a number to be reached at when it was finished. About an hour and a half later I get a call being informed that my truck was done. I went ahead and wanted a full detail inside and out plus wax, and engine bay washed. I come back to see that the wax was still on my truck and waterspots everywhere. Me being too nice thought not worth bothering them about because they were closing. Then I found dirt still on the inside of my truck and I mean lots of dirt, that couldnt have been missed on accident. Now my center console had a little crack on it and it wasnt very much, but when I saw it after the wash it was cracked completely like a spiderweb as if someone was leaning on it while vacuuming out the inside (which makes absolute sense). So I decided to talk to the manager And pointed out everything and stated that my wash was rushed. He insisted that hed fix it and did very lil to do so. I asked him several times if he would pay $70 for his truck to look like that. He didnt give me a straight answer he just kept referring thats what the cost is for the wash. Even after showing him everything they missed and broke. Later down the road think that it couldnt get much worse my check engine light comes on for a nox sensor. For those who dont know how that is caused, it from water being sprayed in the engine where you arent supposed to causing mechanical damage to the vehicle. So with all of this happening from one car wash is just ridiculous. There are plenty of places to get your car washed or you can even do it yourself, but I figured that this place would do great because Ive seen their work. By far Ive never had that much damage to a vehicle from a wash and not completely washing it. If you ask me they rushed it and ended breaking it more than anything. So when it came down to paying in order to get my keys the man refused to do anything to help besides wiping a few areas where the wax wasnt wiped and vacuuming out the rest of the dirt. The whole truck still had wax on it and the inside still had dirt. At that point I just wanted to leave before having anymore damage done. He only gave me $5-10 off of my wash, which I felt wasnt enough, but ended up paying anyway just so I could leave. Ended paying $65 for a truck that wasnt washed and came out worse than before. Im very disappointed with this establishment and like I said Ive seen them do good and I recommend people all the time, but I will definitely tell people to be careful with this place because of how they handle situations like mine. We even made an insurance claim and they denied any fault by them which closed the case. Went back couple months later to see if I could get through to someone and a lady tells me she will fix it and gets my number down. Its been nearly a month with not even a phone call. I will never step foot on their lot again.

Okay wash but I have to ask they wipe the inside of my trunk and touch up areas. Very busy and therefore the work is usually rushed which ends up looking unfinished. Have had to point out areas that are obviously not vacuumed and my seats and console are never wiped down. By the time they are done Im just ready to leave so I dont have them redo the console. Is a hit or miss, if you go do it when they are not busy.
