Very rude asked about a car and Lawrence had the audacity to call me lazy I asked him a question he could of answered a real business man will know about his cars I don’t know who raised him but for him to be rude to a women for no reason for asking a question is uncalled for

Friendly guy, very blunt though. I can see how people can take it for rude, but honestly hes just doing his job and theres legal things he cant just do. Theres a reason your car is there and its not always a good one.

This business is run by sleazy scumbags that gouge prices and are completely uncooperative. If you ever have the misfortune of ever having your vehicle towed by them, just buy yourself a new car and save yourself a headache.

This place is at least on some level a middle man for people who are having hard times with some car situations

Didnt help at all. My vehicle was impounded and eve n tho I had the title and paperwork they wouldnt let me get my belongings out.

I had to have my car towed multiple times and used tips towing and Ive never had a problem with these guys. They are very professional they get the job done they do it well never had one problem and they were always there when I needed them. For the ones that get their car towed by tips towing and are bashing them, if you dont have car insurance or pay your tags on your car, yeah its going to be taken and the police do use them for that purpose get over it pay your damn bills.

He charged me an extra open gate fee of 119$ for thinking we were on our way and having to wait for us even though we didn’t say we were coming. He was mean and rude over the phone. Anyway had a really bad experience.

I bought a Lien from Jeff and he was straight up honest about the cars to choose from. Really helped me out after I was stuck without a car when I needed one. Everyone Ive dealt with there has been great. Love my new car. Drives great and much better than my previous car. Just needs a coat of purple paint😉

This business IS NOT LICENSED OR INSURED!!! A strap broke while towing my tool box about 5 miles. It broke the wheels off of a 6k tool box. I asked for Jeff (the owner) to repair it. He required me to get the box to him. If I could have moved the box myself, I wouldnt have needed a tow in the first place.Jeff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to make an agreement, at my own expense, and he still would not approve. Now I have a broken 6k tool box because of old and unsuspected equipment. Never do business here.

Ive baught 5 cars from this place. My most recent was sold to me with a stolen licence plate on it. As a result I was pulled over and arrested and spent the night in jail.there paperwork wasnt even filled out and never asked for my ID either. Never go here.

If ther was a zero or better yet a minus then accurate would be this. This has to be some of cities worst. Matter of fact I nominate these sub human craetures for the worst, absolute worst business in Fresno County. ..RUN ...dont even hesitate ...theyre only there to rip you off, lie to you, and present you with the worst nightmare you ever experienced. My husbands truck got towed. He called they gave him 1 price I called and gave me a price at least least $75 more. When you ask for additional information the guy Jeff is rude. There was a women in the background just laughing. Rude and disrespectful all the way through the process.

All the people that are bad talking tips automotive are ignorant jerks that have no drivers license,no insurance,and are not capable of maintaining a vehicle legally.These people have all had their car impounded due to a lack of responsibility. Ill give a Negative star, the tow truck driver who towed my car, put the chains THROUGH MY RIMS, instead of putting a strap around the tire, if there are any damages to my rims necessary actions will be taken, the tow truck driver should have known better and if not then the company does not train employees and shouldnt be having ignorant people driving for them, I have worked as a tow truck driver in the past and I WOULD NEVER USE CHAINS TO STRAP A CAR DOWN AND ESPECIALLY RUN THE CHAINS THROUGH THE RIMS!!!!

After my accident they were there immediately there and extremely helpful. I would call them again if needed and recommend them!

If you think you have rights, think again. Tips, owned by local police, managed by local police, the owners work for the police, and are controlled by them.
