I have been getting my service for a long time. Setup an oil change and Warranty service. Was greeted by friendly young man. Checked what service was performed no oil chg....and you can wait. Had a question about how something worked....did not get answer. You know with all technology all cars are the same so you would think they would want your business, we have had 3 Kia in 5 yes. Gave them 2 stars for young greeter.

After searching ALL of the dealerships, some more than once, we wound up coming back here and buying our new car from Ed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy, which we really appreciated. They nearly matched our offer from CarMax for our trade in & made up the difference with some extras we really wanted (roof racks and a bike rack). The service, warranties, price & quality just won us over, and we would 100% recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I take my car here for the maintenance servicing. They are always so friendly and easy to work with. When the wait time might be a bit long, they are upfront and offer me a ride so I don’t have to sit around waiting- which I really appreciate. Such great staff!

Service writer was rather indifferent. Under warranty, seatbelt problem, first available appointment 1 month. I also asked about just an oil change price and was told it was $70 or $79. I mentioned it was high for 5 quarts of oil. He said that because its synthetic. $15.00 a quart?????.Sadly this is the second time I went here for warranty problems. First time was for steering wheel noise problem, surge when idling and rough/stutter at times. Still living with these problems. Car is a year and half old with less than 15,000 miles. Warranty and safety dont seem to be a concern, neither does customer service.Buy and service your car elsewhere.

Are you kidding? The service department had our 2015 Kia 11 days . I had to call every time to find out what was happening. I was told I would be kept up to date on things by Daniel but I had to call myself. He did call when it was finished. They fixed the problem BUT when I went to get in it the outside was filthy dirty! I waited and they did wash it BUT you would think as a service from Kia and for goodwill towards your customers you guys would have washed it!!! You now have a very unhappy customer with your service.

So we DID IT!! Got my wife a new car along side with my sister. We came in on Monday to look for my Wife and she ended up looking and finding something that she absolutely loved so we took it out on a test drive as the Sale Representative Robert told us about all the functions and everything that the car came equip with all while never making us feel rushed and being very straight forward. So now it came down to the real work getting the car down to the price both me and my wife wanted alongside with the Monthly payment. After maybe an hour or two of negotiating Robert finally came out with a deal that worked for both me and my wife. And I gotta say the one thing that I loved the most about purchasing from Future Kia was the fact that Rob never had to bring out his manager or somebody higher up to explain things to me as if Rob can do that himself I just appreciate dealing with people that I started with. I really hate it when people have to bring out there Managers which this exactly happened at other dealers such as Lithia and Selma. So in my book Robert Andrade (Sales)and Michael Stratford (GSM) won in my book buy being straight for and helping us out as much as possible. And the great part is that since we did all the work for my wife we brought my sister in the next day and they were able to hook her up with same pricing and get her taken care of. Showed up to buy a Car and I let them know I was already approved. They insisted in running my credit, I said we had already been approved. But they did it anyways and said that it was something that had to be done… they gave me horrible options and higher APR% then what I had already been approved for.. I decided to go elsewhere. If you want to get a Kia go to the Visalia Kia and ask for Joe. Much better experience there.. highly recommend!

And when you dont take it, they get all rude and angry....finance people do. Then they say theyll call you back to get u a better rate and they never did. Waste of time. Go across the street to Chevy where theyll treat u better.
