If you live in Portales or Clovis area, go with an interlock provider that has an open location in your vicinity. The technician who installed my device at the beginning of the contract changed his hours, and then became unavailable altogether. What that means for the client is you get to call the customer service number, wait in line on hold, schedule service 90 miles away, and make your required device that much more expensive and inconvenient.Having completed a year with this interlock, I can say it was no walk in the park.It was frustrating making appointments and driving 90 miles to the technician who may or may not be there when you arrive.Look at other providers in the area with local service available. The Clovis location was not available as of 11/23/20.
