I can’t say enough good things about my last experience with Forrest Tire in Clovis,NM! They had next day availability for service and were able to do the work in half the time at half the cost as another company. Plus, they offered a military discount and everyone had great customer service attitude! Very grateful for the service!

Driving through Clovis NM from Lubbock around 9:00 p.m. for work when got flat tire. Luckily happened right in front of Forest Tire. Saw sign on building about “24 hour emergency” service. Called and they had their service person there promptly! He did a great job and I was back on the road in record time.

Excellent service. We had a flat tire at 4am and their 24hr on call roadside assistance came out very quickly to help us. He was very professional and got the tire off and completely fixed. If you are ever in need these guys are great.

Forrest tire has great customer service, but when it came down to the work we took it for the alignment along with the idler arm and idler arm bracket on Thursday was told they’d try and get to it we told em it was fine, we went back Friday told us it’d be done by 1 we show up at 4 and the side that they had our pickup is closed but everything else is open we ask about they said we could go Saturday morning since they’ll be open half a day so we did and the guys working on it didn’t go in so they told us to come back Monday for it, instead of making the trip since we live on the other side of pep we called and we where told no work had been done to it so showed up today to pick it up around 11 and they had barley started installing new parts told us to give them an hour and a half we came back around 1 and they where barley finishing it up and still had to test drive it Evan was the one who installed the parts and tydan was the manager type of thing I guess you could say. Really annoyed with those guys but everyone else did a great job tires where quick and I’d like to thank Nakia the assistant manager for being a huge help

TWICE on a long journey in our RV did we have blowouts in the middle of nowhere and needed help. These folks were fast, courteous, and got us on our way with no hassle. They even brought a new tire because our spare was no good. We highly recommend them.

Needed a tire for my rv. Already had a blowout and used my spare. Another tire was about to come apart and I could no longer drive on it. Called insurance and they were going to bring a tow truck. Agent had no clue that they should find me a tire. Called Forrest Tire (FT) after hours, coordinated to have a tech bring me out a tire, and was on my way. I was 45 minutes away, and tech was there in under an hour from when I called. Great service!BTW, I called insurance back, told them to cancel the tow (I had told them to go ahead and send a tow truck, just out of curiosity...I wanted to see my 40 ft 5th wheel being towed lol! I was towing it, and it couldnt be towed anymore lol). I told them I found a tire, and they should pay the service fee. Cheaper than a tow! They did. I just had to pay for the tire. But overall great experience with FT!

Costumer service was okay but changing the tires they take forever I took my truck to get a tired switched and said they had a used one, after 3 hours they came back to me with a different agent and told me they didn’t have any used. That they checked the inventory and they didn’t have any had to buy a new tired and still took 1 whole hour to change the tire!Would not recommend to go there! There were too many people in the back on tired using there devices and going in and out the shop.

I have used Forest Tires for years. The service is outstanding. I purchased 4, Toyo 10 ply tires. The front counter folks are friendly and very helpful. The Mechanics and Techs are fast and proficient. My tires fit nice on my truck.I have had suspension work done here on several of my vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of parts and work performed.

I brought a wheel in to get a tire put on for a spare. I was charged for a disposal fee when they didn’t dispose of an old tire. The Credit Card had already been ran so to get a refund was going to be to challenging for the young guy to complete. It wasn’t a lot but it was the principal of not paying attention when he rang up the ticket. The guys in the back were too busy eating their burritos to get started on the wheel right away so I had to ask them to please get this done we needed to be going. The guy mounted the tire but no balancing was done. I didn’t want to overwhelm the guy with more tasks to complete.the only reason for getting three stars was for Dwayne being so nice and apologetic.

Took my pickup in for a slow leak in a tire, repaired in 5 minutes. Terrific service!!

I went in for an alignment and tire rotation and balance and asked for the tires to be set at a certain psi. I had an appointment in the morning and 4 hours later I had to call to check on the status. Turns out it had been done for awhile and noone bothered to let me know. Then when I checked the tire pressure, turns out, they lied about the psi being set and after I took it to a different place, I found out the tires were never balanced or rotated either.

Had my struts replaced on ‘16 Silverado. They got me scheduled right away for very fair price. Nice waiting area and they were done pretty quick. Will be bringing my business here again.

My guy got here so fast. I could tell he was very experienced by how he worked. I had also never gotten to watch someone fix a tire before. He was very sweet.

Todays experience was much better than the preivous few. The person helping me was very attentive and helpful. He was prompt at meeting my needs and followed up after they did the work for us. I know they have recently gone through some management changes and still have some rough ground to smooth out. In my opinion they need to improve on the communication between the field techs and customers regarding the jobs they are doing and also informing the customer when they are done. Please dont schedule a job if you realisticly cant be there, or at least follow up telling us that you cant make it so we can make other arrangements. Most of our work is time sensitive and we require job invoices back asap, so we can biil out the repairs to our cash customers. Also having more info on your invoices, like machine VINs and model #s as to what you just worked on would be a huge time saver for billing. We recently got a bill from you guys stating tire work done, but no info that identifies the machine to the work done. As it turns out it was just an estimate for tire work that was called in and was never actually done. Im sure you value your time as much as we do and would like to use in a more productive way. Because of the great service in the past, It concerns me that we have seen a drop off in the last few months. We will continue to use Forrest tire in the future. These are some of the problems we have faced during the last few times using Forrest tire. I truely hope someone reads this and uses it to help make changes for the better. I have tried to be constructive and helpful with my suggestions to help us both. I think we need each other.Sincerely!

I had a blowout out on CR7 they came out and had it fixed right away I thought they were a little pricey but hey so are RVs thanks again for help next time I think Ill call you guys instead of trying to fix it myself.....

I came in to try and get an oil change and rotate in my company vehicle and I was directed to go next door for that service, I went over and the doors were locked. I went back for help and the guy running the shop said he was closed a 4pm and saying that no one showed back up from lunch. Ill take my company vehicle and personal vehicles elsewhere. I had taken my previous company vehicle there multiple times and had great service. Not sure what happened this time.

I had a flat tire on my tractor and it is a small front tire that no one stocks, its not available at this time so one of the guys that fix semi truck tires said he might be able to fix my flat, so he noticed that the tire had a tube and thats all I needed instead of a new tire. Friendly staff and really fast service!! I run a hotshot business and haul freight over the road all over the country and I don’t always have a choice where I get my repairs done. But when I came across this shop because of where my truck was being repaired, they helped me with changing a blown out tire with a new one on GMC 3500. On my way to Albuquerque and stopped in there to get tire check. Was told about 15 more minutes after waiting an hour only to watch 5 customers get served before meMy daughter called them since she had a friend that works there. Wayne told her that they had my tire off and were almost finished with it. That was a lie! I am at Discount Tire now, and they are breaking their necks to serve 16 customers in the last hour. No wonder they are so busy!
