I found Anderson Automotive about a year ago after having issues with other mechanics. I cannot say enough goods things about these folks!! I will never take my vehicle to another place. I trust them completely- nice family business and I trusted them enough to leave my purse in the car. If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic shop, this is the place!!

Looks can be deceiving, oh boy the garage is down a winding driveway, a lot of cars outside, thoughts running through your head, we needed our AC fixed for our trip out East. Needless to say the whole experience was simple and painless. The AC was fixed for our trip at a cost below the dealer price. The AC worked the whole 2300 mile round trip. Will definitely continue to use Anderson Automotive for all of my vehicles. Thank you so very much.

After Petes Auto closed in Cloquet, we had to find a new place we could trust. Anderson Automotive came highly recommended and we are VERY happy with their service thus far. We recommended them to everyone!UPDATE: Weve now brought three repair needs to AO and have been more impressed with them each time. Most recently, I assumed my tires were all shot and was about to spend $1,200 on new ones. AO instead found bead leaks and stem leaks on all four and made repairs for just a fraction of the replacement cost. They could have SO EASILY told me I needed new tires and I wouldve been none the wiser. THANK YOU, ANDERSON AUTOMOTIVE!!

I needed my bearings pressed ASAP and was able to get in the same day I needed and got them back within the next day. But unfortunately I was given two different bearings, one with abs, and one without out. So I brought them back and they pressed the wrong bearing for free. Legit they have great customer service.

I had an ongoing check engine light. Anderson Automotive fixed what the code came up with. Which was an engine valve cover. Ok, no big deal. But later the same code came back on. This happened multiple times. I felt like I was just being a huge pain. But everyone at Anderson Automotive was very kind and determined to get to the bottom of the issue. There was never a time where I felt like I didnt know what was going on throughout the process. Lots of communication on what we could do and what wouldnt help. Despite all of our positivity, tests and hopes, it turned out I needed a new catalytic converter as well. While changing that the team looked at the valve cover again to be sure that wouldnt be part of the issue again as I had a long 12 hour one way drive that weekend after it was to be fixed. The valve cover was leaking oil due to the other issues that arose again. Without even hesitation or charge, because the part was warrantied that was also fixed for a second time. Longer story short, my 24 hr drive was amazing with no lights, no issues, amazing perk and no worries. I would highly recommend Anderson Automotive! Along with the professionalism and kindness they have shown me, its comforting to know that they are not going to nickel and dime you because you dont know what any of it means, but find a solution no matter what it takes!
