I got my Stelvio about 2 weeks ago. This place is like a home to me, all the workers here, they are so nice and professional. I knew Alfa Romeo from racing. The Italian racing blood always make me excited! Finally, I got my very first Alfa Romeo. Now let me tell you what I feel, when I driving my car, I’m like a monster in the suit. I’m the sexiest killer on the road. I’m the invader in the city that nobody have ever seen before. When you in a Alfa Romeo, you become the unique one. Trust me, you don’t want to waste your time on Japanese or Germany car, if you have even just a little bit passion, you will stay Italian. Next goal: Quadrifoglio.Also big shot out for Josh and Nermin and all the ppl works there! You guys are the real stars!There’s always thousands of beauties out there. But only one will make you remember her. And you can find that beauty here.
First time with a big purchase and I’d say I had a great experience overall! They are very consistent with emails/texts/calls so expect to be contacted frequently until you’re done with them 😂 Glenn did great attempting to get me the monthly payments that I wanted and was fairly honest and up front during the whole process, which I appreciated. James was the most personable and explained a lot in detail which made me feel comfortable with the final purchase that I had made. Very knowledgeable staff and despite feeling uneasy in the beginning, I’m 1000% happy with the decision to purchase from this location! Don’t know if I could have gotten a better interest rate anywhere else 👌🏽
Glenn Harned was great and very patient with me. Darned good customer service by everyone. I bought a used vehicle and feel his attention and efforts went above and beyond considering that. We had to shake a few things up on this purchase and Glenn worked through everything with a smile on his face up to the end. Ill do business with them again if given the opportunity.

The service mgr was great. The shuttle driver was very polite and very proud of his job. That is so rare to see anymore in the workforce. I was unable to reach the dealership by the time the service dept closed. But another very helpful employee carted me around to my car and allowed me to take my car and go. Thank you for your prompt service and very friendly staff. I really appreciated everything your crew did for me that day!
I called the service department Tuesday afternoon about a noise from my air conditioner. They promptly let me know there was a recall and could get me in the next morning. I was greeted right away and they had a rental car ready for me. They were able to squeeze in an oil change too. Much to my surprise my car was ready in only a couple hours and the noise is gone.
John Thomas was very helpful, from the time I went for an estimate until I picked up my repaired car. Missy the cashier was also very helpful...the complimentary car the gave me to use was great except the odor when I got in.It smelled liked body odor...I had to stop and buy deodorizer and Clorox wipes. I wiped off the steering wheel,seats and gear shift. I sprayed the interior of the car with Orange spray. It was nice to be given a loaner overnight but did appreciate the smell or the fact that the car was not cleaned inside.
Not a great experience. Went in to get a few of minor things done (my first time getting service other than an oil change on my Fiat too). Was told they are being taken over by a different company or something of that nature and only had 2 weeks left to do service for my Fiat in DSM. Then was told that they were so booked during their time left they didnt have enough time to get all of my small things done and the next closest Billion Fiat service would be a 2-3 hour drive. They only helped me get 1 of the 3 things I wanted fixed and my warranty expires this May. How convenient.
This place was amazing at getting me into a reliable vehicle quickly. I had a vehicle that decided to fall apart on me while going to work and by the end of the night I was off of the lot with a 2018 fiat 500. The salesman and finance gentleman were pretty helpful and wise when it came to making a decision and representing all of the information in a professional timely manner.

Had to take it back to get buffed but that was no problem. I have to clean the rest of the wax off my car in-between the body panels and around the headlight. When they cleaned the inside they made it worse. All of my trim has something smeared on it. There is a spot of cleaning solution on my drivers seat that wont come out. I wish the detailer staying out of my car. Repair looks good, everything after was bad.

Took the car in for a oil change went to the express lane got in right away and was out right away. Waiting area for the car is very comfortable with a nice selection of beverages and the TV which can be controlled and volume adjusted

John at the collision center did a good. Your service side not so good. $63.60 to tell me my tire were the cause of the vibration after I told them the tires had been a problem since the beginning (30k now, truck was new in Nov 2018). Thats after I handed Billion $3100 for body repairs. The service guy I spoke to tried to relate his farm experience regarding tires to my $70k diesel truck that never leaves the pavement. Then another guy calls and tries to sell me a set of tires. After I tell the guy Im not interested in new tires at this time he tells when I do get tires to make sure Check the alignment. So what is it tire or alignment. I know is Im out $63.60 and Ill have to take it to a reliable dealer to get to the bottom of the problem.
Stopped by in the middle of a road trip for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor Josh Miller was great to deal with. They had me back on the road in no time. Thanks again.

When other big name car lots failed to fine financing for me, these guys didn’t give up! The sales guy I worked with sent me a text a couple days after I stopped in saying he got me approved! I had given up and decided to stick with my 14 year old suv, but they put me in a 2017 fully loaded Fiat! I was so impressed! On top of that they gave me A LOT more for my trade than other lot! I won’t go anywhere else!
Great from the top down! The salesman, James Merrill, was phenomenal. The manager Matt Miller did everything he could to get the banks to give me the monthly payment I could afford. And the delivery by, Nermin, was also fantastic. I dont know about working the the GMC lot, as I have never purchased a car from anyone up there... but the Alfa /Fiat store is absolutely terrific! My Lexus and Alfa were purchased with Billion and I love them both.

All of the stealership tactics are in full force here. Bait and switch cars, high pressure to buy. They will even outright lie to you in any way they think they can manipulate you. If you want to overpay for a vehicle, and get raked over the coals while doing so, this is the place to go. If youre a human being, who works hard for their money, go elsewhere. We went in there knowing our budget, and after explaining we were looking for something in the 10-15 range, they put us in a $30k car, and said dont worry about the price, if you really think 2 full grown purebred german shepherds would ever fit in a fiat 500 abarth, youre insane. Even removing the back seats wont give them enough room, I saw the sociopath in the way you said it, buddy. and then they tried to bully us into letting them perform a hard pull, damaging our credit, without even having sold us a car. We were then lied to, about how a hard pull works (they assume everyone is stupid); all just because they wanted to bang our credit so hard. They will prey on anyone who comes near the lot; if youre looking for a vehicle at all, just stay away from this place. If you thought Stew Hansen across the street was overpriced, you havent seen these guys work yet, very professional scam artists work here, on the level with those at Primerica.

Took Alfa in for first regular service. It took 2 weeks to get in but the service was excellent. Everything resolved that day and I had an Alfa loaner car for the day. My car was all shined up when I picked it up at the end of the day.
I am in agreement with how they gave me a chance to have a new car with my bad credit. I do like the car they found me but what I dont agree with is how they tried to give me a fiatt at the last minute when it should have taken place BEFORE the sale ever took place. To much in between.

I would think FIAT USA would want to ensure that all their dealers were on the up and up; Billion Auto Fiat of Des Moines does not stand out, in my opinion, as a valuable asset to the Fiat brand. Their FB page does not even allow for visitor posts. Im pretty sure there is a reason for that, and Im sad to report I learned first hand what a lousy dealership they truly are. I would never do business there again, and strongly urge others to stay away, very far away.

Walked in and bought a new Stelvio. They had the package and color I wanted in stock and were very accommodating. The only issue I have with the dealership and the selling process was the less then transparent charge for ValPro 360. This is a maintenance insurance that applies a protective product to the clear coat, insures for Paintless Dent Repair, Wheel Rash repair and other cosmetic related issues should they occur. It also offers $1600 credit towards purchase of a new car from this dealer if within 5 years...ok, all sounds good, but @$2995 I felt it was a little heavy. Furthermore I was not given an option to deny the product nor was it disclosed on any amended window sticker. It was only when I asked what the added $2995 line item charge was that I was told it was the above ValPro 360. I should have walked away at that point but I didnt. Shame on me...but others can benefit from my experience. Caveat Emptor! Love the Stelvio so far, however it is an Alfa Romeo stay tuned!
