We hired Modern Touches to refinish our basement. We added a new entertainment room, full bathroom, 5th bedroom, and a gun closet... 1100 sq ft of finish. the team did a great job, Joe in particular was outstanding, someone who went the extra mile by doing all the little things.We recommend anyone thinking of doing a major remodel do three things, 1- hire a design team so there are no questions about what you are doing (We hired Modern touches sister company for our design work), 2- work really hard to ensure the design is represented in the contract. The contract protects you and the contractor. If a firm brings you a one page contract, you should run. 3- never hire the cheap contractor. Modern Touches wasn’t cheap, and we hired them by design. We want to live here for a long time, so cheap was not an option. If I were to give a grade, I’d say A- .... Good job guys (and Bobbie), thanks for all your effort.

We loved working with the team at Modern Touches. They listened to our needs, offered professional and thoughtful suggestions when we asked and produced a beautiful product on our master bath remodel. We look forward to working with them again in the future on other projects for our home.

Very good service. We had a basement remodel design done. Prices for the actual are very high, though.
