Recently hired Sanitize Solutions to clean out my duct system after completing a remodel. Booking was extremely simple.The technicians that came to our home were extremely professional and friendly.The results were great -- no more dust floating through the house! And, they even showed me before and after photos, showing what they found and what they removed. I was really surprised to see how much dust and construction debris was in my ventilation system.Will definitely hire again.

Caleb and Steve did a fine job and even carried an old fireplace screen downstairs for me. I asked for their card and recommend them highly. The staff on the phone were also very responsive. Caleb also offered an additional odor reduction service which ened up being free to me. Very satisfied.

I dont usually leave reviews but I couldnt appreciate JD stopping by any more than I do. We saw some mold and rotted wood above the water heater and have been dealing with a leaky house since we moved in. We were worried that it was connected to a deeper and more pricy problem.JD reassured me that my steps to address the exterior drainage took care of 80 to 90% of the problem and gave me advice on what else I can do, which was inline with what I was already thinking.He also eased our fears about issues with a support beam and gave some pointers for the gutters. His visit was a huge relief, high class advice, and didnt even charge us.That mold, that turns out was mostly dirt, we took care of ourselves, and we never felt like he was trying to swindle us or anything. Again, super awesome, especially for a new homeowner

JD was incredibly informative, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to take care of our problem. Quick response when I called and the best part, he saved us A LOT of money. Our house has been very dusty and after talking to JD, it was evident that we needed our vents and air ducts cleaned. From the initial call, to the service request, and to the actual cleaning, the entire process was smooth and flawless. Caleb and Steve were very respectful, efficient, and kind from the moment they stepped through the front door. There is a clear, noticeable difference with our dust problem and the vents are significantly cleaner.I could not imagine using another sanitization business and would highly recommend Sanitize Solutions to anybody looking to clean or disinfect their home.

My elderly mother’s house was damaged by mold in the basement and heavy mouse infestation with droppings and urine. We emptied it completely and had it cleaned but it still smelled awful. We had another company do mold remediation but the basement still clearly had some mold. Then we heard about this outfit. I wasn’t there when they did the treatment but it is a vapor that permeates everything. I don’t know what’s in the vapor but it smells like bleach right after the treatment. They also treated the mold in the basement. They did testing before and after and documented it with pictures and a letter.The results were great! Bad odors and mold were completely eliminated. Lonnie and JD were good to work with. They got us in quickly. I think they are the only company in the area to offer this. I have heard mixed reviews about ozone treatments so I’m really glad we did this instead. It wasn’t cheap (about $1000 for a 1000 sq ft home) but it was well worth the money. They have a very easy payment process online. My only concern was that they seemed to want full payment before starting the treatment. I don’t deal with contractors much, but it seemed a little strange to pay them in full before they actually perform the service. I waited until they were onsite and then paid electronically right before starting.I’m really glad we found this service. I’m not sure that anything else would have worked this well.

Lonnie Hoyt and sanitize solutions is the best! I normally never write reviews, but I had to for Lonnie, because he went above and beyond for me. He has fumigated our home and also tested other areas in our home for mold. He is honest, experienced, and an expert in what he does. He dropped everything and came to help us when we found a leak in our kitchen, with potential mold, which was reassuring to have an expert to help us, as new homeowners, right away. He is very reasonable and won’t sell you on anything you don’t need. He is professional and very easy to work with. Lonnie referred us to other excellent craftsman to mitigate the problem. Lonnie at sanitize solutions is the only way to go!

Great company. I use Sanitize Solutions to sanitize, eliminate odors, and eliminate mold in ALL my rental properties and flip properties. From a commercial perspective where costs can add up fast, Sanitize Solutions has a far superior product at an unbeatable price. Any real estate investor and/or agent should strongly consider these guys.I also have young daughters that spill milk and everything else all over my truck and do everything they can to make my truck stink all the time. When ever it gets too unbearable, Ill call JD and have him kill the smell and sanitize my truck. It makes a world of difference!Highly recommend

The BEST thing you can do to eliminate smoke odor in a house. I had tried everything with my project houses and rentals...carbon filter, prime/paint (3 coats), but Sanitize Solutions were the only ones able to kill the smoke odor consistently. The best part, they stand behind their product and will come back until the odor is completely gone. Im not only a customer, but a repeat customer (5 times)!

I Give this Company A big Fat F! I hired JD to get the smoke smell out of my home. The day he came he was running late. And than wanted to reschedule because we didnt receive the invoice to pay for the services. I told him absolutely not. we booked a hotel for the night as we had little ones. So we finally got the pmt scared away. I was not happy about prepaying for a service that I have not received. I asked a whole bunch of questions, like is it refundable if it doesnt get the smoke smell out. and JD stated, They would Spray a Second time and if that didnt work and we were not satisfied we would get our money back. I have been fighting for 5 months now to get a second spray or my money back. I never receive emails or phone calls back. I would like to have my $500.00 I spent or the smoke smell gone. This time I dont want to have to follow behind and clean all my walls afterwards either! PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY

We appreciated how quickly the team was scheduled as we were hustling to get out mothers house ready to sell. She is a smoker and we were concerned that even with new carpet, paint, etc. the smell might linger. After the process - no smell! Thank you.

Sanitize Solutions and JD are AMAZING!!!!! I recently purchased a town home in West Des Moines that was owned by a previous smoker. My realtor recommended JD to me to help removed the the odor. He was there within a week after initially contacting him.The odor is completely gone and it all took place while I was gone at work. JD has even texted a couple times to check and make sure that I am still happy with the results. So when I began to notice that the odor had come back just a bit in one of my guest rooms, I let him know. I had a townhome and tried everything to get the smoke smell out including professional carpet cleaning and a cleaning with an ozone machine. They both helped but the smoke smell was still there! I found Scott and he came over to sanitize the house and got rid of all the smoke smell! I would definitely recommend Scott and Sanitize Solutions to anyone!

My SO called Sanitize Solutions and spoke with JD and he was knowledgeable and great to speak with and gave us details of the process for our clean up that was needed. After speaking with my SO I called the company and spoke with Scott and gave him our situation details and and that we wanted to setup an appointment time. Scott said he would have a Lonnie call me back to setup a time for them to come out and work with our carpet smell.Lonnie called me back within a day and he asked what needed to be done and did not have any information about our situation. Once I reiterated the situation he told me what he would do: go through the living room with a blacklight and look for animal urine spots and then spray the chemicals on the carpet and he let me know that the chemicals worked as they dried so that some of the carpet may be damper in spots then others. He also said he could fit me in the very next day at 10:30 am or that if not they were booked out about 8 days. I chose the next day appointment which was great. Lonnie then calls that morning to state he was done a little early with his previous job and asked if he could arrive early and he was expected to be at our home at 10:05 am.He also asked if we had received an invoice yet from their team and asked me to pre-pay it before any services were received. He knew he was meeting with my SO for the appointment and I let him know we had not received an invoice and he said he would get one sent over. He texted me that an invoice was sent over to my SO and to please pay it ASAP. (I did not tell him we were not pre-paying before services were rendered, just let him send the invoice over.)Then Lonnie arrived late at 10:35 am and he did not notify us he would be late. Also, he asked to clean his tools in our bathtub and when we disagreed with this he had no other way to clean them. (Furthermore, we knew he had just been using these tools to spray chemicals in an attic that had a mold issue). Lonnie left after this in a huff. Very unprofessional service; would never use or recommend.

Working at a college campus with carpeting in the locker rooms, bad odors from sweaty uniforms, shoes etc. permeated clear down the hall. Sanitize Solutions came in and eliminated them! We also worry about MRSA and this system takes care of that as well. We are very happy with the system and the technicians.

Hallelujah, THE SMELL IS GONE!We have an executive home listing where the owners smoked for many years in the garage (better than inside right)? We could NOT get the smoke smell out. We repainted, used an ionizer for a week, used a couple different smoke bombs and even a few packets of (not sure what) that was supposed to soak up the smell. Nothing worked.We used Sanitize Solutions and BAM - the smell is G O N E! We could not be happier for our clients.
