Really liked the employees, going back to get myself a phone!!

Long line.. rude employees.. very slow service.. little help

I have been a customer for approximately 5 yrs. Ive almost given up BUT had faith. My BESTEST customer service representative is Jacque!!!! IF it wasnt for her, I would of not stayed so plenty of PROPz & SHOUT-OUTz to her.

Went in today to get a phone and excellent customer service! All the employees were very nice! Dani was so nice, informative, and helpful! She got me in and out very quickly!

Bad attitude and rude toward people

Service was slow due to inexperienced employee. On the other hand they were very friendly and did all they could to make sure things were done right.

Ok this is truly the place to go and change your service too. I went all over town looking And making a choice I went to them because of the deals rates family plans and truly unlimited data. And the staff is truly considerate for everyones needs and questions. One more thing after everywhere if tried to apply for they were theone that offered someone like me a job, thats a place that deserves a ten. Thank you for just giving me the opportunity both of you.

This business has prob the worst customer service of any local business I have dealt with, I purchased 2 phones from them on 9/28/2017 which was a used Iphone 6 and a LG android phone. Come to find out the service does not work in Western, Oklahoma North or South. So I called the store and let Ashlyn know what was going on and asked her if i could bring everything back because the service was not working and didnt work for the particular reason i needed it to. We initially discussed some of the areas that could be a potential dead spot and she said its very possible and I told her we wouldnt know until we found out. All in all I tried to contact Boost mobile to get my iphone unlocked i paid cash for it all and they would not because for one I was sold a used phone and there one year policy prevented them from allowing it to be unlocked which i didnt sign a contract or an agreement and paid cash right out for the phones. I addressed that to the manager and all she said was go somewhere and get it unlocked. I told her and the the store manager Lori Sills that was not my responsibility. So i went into the store and met with the district manager Lori Sills and all she would tell me is that she needed authorization from her General Manager to do a refund and promised to call me back the following day after she talked to him. Needless to say that was on the 10/14/2017 and i didnt get a call back. So i called up to the store again today to talk to Ashlyn the manager and it just so happens that today Lori her boss just sent her an email and said that they couldnt help me. I get that i was past the 7 day mark and very understandable. But when you cant use your phone outside of your home town or when your in OKC what is the worth in paying for the service for a year to get your phone unlocked. I am extremely disappointed in the Boost Mobile store in Clinton because all they truly care about is money and not customer service. I dont recommend them at all as you will get lied to and told they will do something and call you back so they dont have to deal with you. I have filed a consumer report with the FCC, BBB and I am now looking at other legal options and possibly a class action lawsuit against boost and the company just to show them that its not right to do business the way they do. If the service doesnt work in all of Oklahoma like they promote then they dont need to be here.
