I want to thank George and his crew for the work they did taking care of our septic situation. Not only did he come out right away and provide super friendly service. He was very thorough in explaining everything so I could understand. We had also received a quote by another well known, general plumbing company that was going to WAY over charge us. George did the right work and did not take advantage. I would recommend this company to any and everyone!!!!! Thank you SO much!!!!! 😁

We called this company to come pump are sewer systems, we even uncovered it for them. They said they would be here between 830 to 1030, ok fair enough 2hrs.At about 1240 he finally shows up, he was over 2 hrs late, he was not concerned about being late I guess his time is more important than mine. He almost seems like it was a inconvenience to be on time for a job. We asked him since he was late for a small discount, I mean thats fair right? Being a professional and all. ABOUSLUTLEY NOT was the reply we got, so we told Mr. George to have a nice day and be on his way since his time was so important. I understand in any job you can run behind but he didnt call. We have another company coming first thing in the morning. I do not recommend George to anyone.

03/05/21 - I placed a call to Georges septic at 9:45 am to address a septic service issue. During the initial call I was told they would be able to come out the same day, but was not given a time. After many hours of waiting I called back at 2:51 pm and asked for an ETA. I was told to standby while he contacted a driver and he would call right back. I never received a call back and I called again at 5:13 pm only to be transferred directly to a full voicemail box. I took an entire day off work expecting them to show up and have a problem fixed. I would not recommend anyone to use them due to their unprofessional and unreliable behavior. I am a patient person and had he been honest about when he could make it out I would have gladly worked with them. Better communication would have made the difference in this case.Updated on 03/11/21I finally received a call back and was given an apology for not showing up or calling. He explained that my number had gotten mixed up in some paperwork and it was an oversight. I do appreciate honesty and genuineness. I am updating this review in fairness to give a second chance.

George’s Septic service has an awesome business. Very professional and responsive team. They came right out and pumped our septic, fit us in to their already busy schedule, and plan to return to install a riser. Wonderful people to work with. Knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Georges staff did an excellent job finding my septic opening, clearing a clogged drain and installing a riser. Excellent service all done in the same day and I would definitely recommend for services in and around Anderson County. Very nice people. Thank you.

Wish I could give Georges Septic Service 10 stars. Very quick and professional service. I called George during a very busy time, I know this because I called 3 other septic service companies before I called George they all told me 2 weeks, George told me he would get me today and 1 hour later his guys were pulling up. George is a man of his word, he is also cheaper than his competitors. Will be doing business with George again .

They are prompt, very reasonable price and most of all they are super nice! They know their business. I had them come out, dig up and pump 2 septic tanks, mine & my brothers. They did both of them the same day. We were not sure where the lids were but they found them with no problem. I highly recommend!

Showed up 2 weeks after they were supposed to. Then, didnt even smooth the dirt back out over the hole. Barely even covered the hole. Left my yard in a mess that I hope to be able to get grass to grow back in eventually.

We had a little bit of a rough start with Georges but in the end, all went very well. We ended up needing an entirely new tank and drain field due to some previous damage to the old system. He even offered to come back after the disturbed area had settled to do a little more leveling. Wed recommend him for similar work.

The two guys that came out were very sweet nd professional even told us that our tank is 750 gallons very educational thank you so much for your help

If you need fast, reliable service, this is the company to call. I called this morning and the crew was here this afternoon, as promised! Nice employees, courteous, and able to take care of our problem. Will be calling them back next week for additional work. Do not be hesitant to call, if you have plumbing problems. They will do you right!

They pumped my septic tank within an hour of the phone call. They made excellent recommendations that would solve any future issues and were very reasonable.

Fast service. i called 3 different septic companys with no one to come pump my septic georges was the next on the list and he had someone here in 10 mins. they dug up the rest of the lid ..it was so nice to have someone so prompt after not having any of the others ethier call back or show up

Called Georges septic up last week. I told him the problem with my septic tank. He said he would be out to take a look the next day. He was a no show and decided not to respond to voicemail or texts

Was here when they said,very knowledgeable on septic problems,and didnt take you to the cleaners like some, reasonable price and I will be using the again in the future if I need them.

Called and never got any responce would not reccomend
