I arranged to have them come out to reseed my front yard. Called earlier in the week (Tuesday) to confirm appointment on Friday for 10am. 11:30 came, they hadnt arrived. Called and left 2 messages that day...no reply. Called Monday of following week and got an answering machine. Finally reached someone Tuesday afternoon. They said they cancelled due to impending monsoon rains (neither forecast or happened) and pushed me back to this Friday.This is a very poor way to run a business...to not show up and not even contact the customer. Im thinking I never would have known about the new appointment if I hadnt finally reached someone. So I told them they were fired from this job and its too late in the season to find another contractor to reseed my yard. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU MAY REGRET IT.

Our landscaping needed some refreshing so we were happy to have Gary and the crew back to our house. We had Grove Gardens put in our walkway soon after we moved in and we were very happy with their work. After 16 years, our walkway of brick pavers had some sunken places that needed repointing, we had a mountain laurel that was damaged by a storm and an island that used to be filled with beautiful violets that was overrun with weeds. I didn’t think they would be interested in several small jobs but Gary didn’t flinch when he came out to give us an estimate. He was on time and he worked within our budget. The mountain laurel was replaced with a pee-gee hydrangea and the tree they chose was full of blossoms! The island is now weed-free and looks fantastic! It will soon be covered with pachysandra. And our walkway is no longer a trip hazard. We highly recommend Grove Gardens and will most likely use them again for our next landscaping project!
