Washers and dryers work. Toilet and change machines dont.

This place was closed for awhile.. thought it was being remodeled and updated. WRONG.. The only thing i see different is they redid ceiling and added a drink machine.. appliances are still the same.. dryers do not get hot.. takes too long and too much money to dry things..

The laundry area is good. Washers and dryers work. My clothes are clean and dried ... 3stars.The parking lot has some issues and needs help. Big car holes (pot holes is an understatement) loose gravel, etc.The bathroom ... was a horrific situation. Nastiness to the 100th power! No toilet paper starts the issue. Folks are nasty! They have done everything on the toilet instead of in the toilet and left it on display. There was pee on the floor along my everything else.I know that there is money being made hand over fist and if it needs a babysitter then by all means hire someone. But this is unfair, unacceptable and ridiculous for a business to be half run that is used by the community as well as college students.

Worked out fine for what is needed. The areas of the washer where one puts detergent can use some cleaning but I guess detergent build-up isnt as bad as dirt build-up. Dryer got pretty hot that it melted my snap-backs. That could be good or bad, depending on you.

Always clean. Always crowded.

Everytime we go in to do laundry the place is dirty. Theres been a washer half full of moldy water for more than 3 weeks. Theres bugs crawling everywhere, the bathroom is gross. No phone number is visible to call and complain.I went in on 6/17.... They have posted an emergency phone number and updated some of their signs. The floors were much better than normal. Still disappointed to see that the same washer is full of moldy water.

This place should not be open. 10 top loading machines dont work, some have mystery objects in them, one has standing water and floating objects. The people that come here, put up with it because they think they have no place to voice a complaint.

Wasted like $15 because half of the machines dont work and ARENT MARKED so you dont even know theyre out of order until its too late.🙄
