Mike, Kenny, and most of all Nancy, who reached out to me after my hopes dwindled for getting a large and heavy delivery, are wonderful people. All are willing to go beyond normal procedure to assure I will not only receive the delivery, but are accommodating a special need at delivery. I am new to this area, and their willingness to help and kindness reaffirms my experiences thus far that I am living among a community of wonderful and caring people.
