The only reason I am rating with 2 stars (instead of 1) is because the hygienist who worked on me was pleasant.That being said...I called two days ago because I have a filling that fell out (that AIM put in just two years ago) and am left with a hole in my tooth... it is annoying, and painful, and food keeps getting stuck in it (I know, gross). When I got into the chair today, the hygienist asked if I wanted to do 1, 2 or 3 quadrant deep cleanings. I was confused... I told her I was there for a hole in my tooth from a filling that fell out (I repeated this several times over the course of the time I was there). She assured me that would also be taken care of, but that I signed a treatment plan (2+ years ago) to have my teeth scraped. I told her we could do some of that, but confirmed that my tooth would also be filled. She assured me it would be.IT WASNT. and then the manager at the front desk argued with me - telling me that I called to book an appointment for my treatment plan, and she knows because she is the one who answered the phone and made my appointment. She is wrong. I called purely for the hole in my tooth. $423 later, still a hole in my tooth... and they have not a single convenient appointment. They were not very apologetic to their mistake.. which only leads me to believe it was done intentionally to make more money than a lousy filling would have given them. I also never received an itemized receipt of what exactly cost me $423.NOT HAPPY.

It has been years since going to the dentist. Their team has had me in there half a dozen times in the last couple months.After 15 fillings, a night guard, and a Zoom teeth whitening session, my teeth are looking and feeling great!Thank you Dr. Kaur and her amazing assistant Oana for treating me so well. Thank you to Wilma for making sure I did not have to miss work and with the payment process.

My hygienist Elizabeth provided a friendly and professional experience. She was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She has a firm yet gentle touch in my mouth. I look forward to seeing her again in six months.

I became a patient of AIM Dental recently and I have had extensive treatment done. The staff and Doctors are the most friendliest, happy, helpful and knowledgeable I have ever experienced. They did not push anything on me and allowed me to make my own schedule as far as the extensive work I am doing. I am very happy I found them!

I never liked going to the dentist, so put it off as much as possible. But the Clinton staff immediately made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and made sure that I was ok with everything that was happening, something I had never had at other dentists offices. They also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied after each of my visits. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends!

This office always provides great service! Got me in an hour early so I could start my day earlier! Is quick and thorough with cleaning and then barely any wait to see the dentist for the exam. All staff is friendly and accommodating. Dentists answer all questions and always take time to address any concerns. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had an excellent visit. My hygienist was very thorough. Its the first time since i had my scaling done that I felt like my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and he was excellent at explaining what was going on, what he was finding, and encouraging me on how to take care of my teeth properly.

From the first call to the very end of my visit I experienced the absolute best customer service! Everyone was so accommodating while I brought my one year old with me and helped while I got x-rays done. They really went above and beyond explaining everything that was going on, how billing works, scheduling follow-ups, to waving us goodbye. I can’t not recommend this office enough!

I had a great cleaning and the Tech was super funny and made the appointment very relaxing and comfortable. Overall the staff here has been very professional and I appreciate the care they provide each individual.

I broke my front tooth on Tuesday night and called them right away. They receptionist was very sweet and gave me an appoint the following evening. They were fast and Efficient with the repair and I was able to go to work the next morning! I love aim and will recommend them to everyone!

They have Saturday appointments and if you have an emergency they do the best they can to accommodate you. The staff is generally happy and smiling and ease my nerves when I am nervous about a root canal.

I had a crown put in on 1/16/18. This is my third one and, being longpast the age of being able to play baseball, is likely to be my only triple crown experience. The only negative was a longer waiting period thanI was told(by about a half hour) while the new crown was being made.But, the actual work was done pretty quickly and, although I was awakeI never felt uncomfortable. As usual, the desk staff, attendant and the doctor were very professional and pleasant to deal with.Thanks again,BRIAN

I hesitated going to the dentist for 7 years. I stumbled into the office during a cold weather walk after moving to the area just to see about making an appointment to get a cavity looked at. I was one of my better recent decisions. They got me right in, and I am now in the middle of having some old dental work repaired. I would recommend Aim Dental to anyone.This is a followup to my previous review posted above. Ive been going there for almost 4 years now:They have early morning appointments. The facilities are always spotless. The staff is very professional and gets me in at the scheduled time. If there is a delay for an unexpected reason, they let me know right away. Im very happy with the dental care I get at Aim Dental. I trust them completely with my dental care.

By far the best Dentistry I have ever been to. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and are great with kids. All my kids go there and they truly make you as comfortable as possible and makes the experience a great one for the kids... my kids love the dentist unlike when I was a kid 😂

I never write reviews but I had a very pleasant experience here the last two visits. I was overdue for a cleaning and they never made me feel judged; and when I had a bit of anxiety during my fillings the doctor and hygenist helped me stay calm and were so nice! They even let you wear headphones and listen to your own music which was nice!

Barely got seated before being called in, awesome timing!! Once again, cleaning went smoothly and done very professionally. Got a total x-ray exam which had never been done before. My dentist Dr. Kaur is amazing! The last 15 years I’ve had one hack dentist after another. I was petrified to go anywhere. One of my friends referred me to Dr. Kaur & I’m glad she did. She is very knowledgeable and kind. My teeth We’re not in great condition and she takes it one step at a time and continually asks and genuinely cares how I am doing. Her bio online is exact to who she is. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I drive about 40 minutes there, well worth it. They have amazing hours, open until 8pm most nights and they will get you right in! Best of luck, you’ll love this place.

Another great visit to this dental office. I had some periodontal work done yesterday that I have been putting off for years. I felt confident that I was getting an honest diagnosis of my problem, and a very good price as well. I really cannot say enough positives things about the staff at AIM.

I decided to visit Aim Dental after 13 years of avoiding the dentist. The staff members are exceptional. They go above and beyond to listen to my concerns and help ease my worries. They are always attentive and helpful. The facility is beautiful, modern and clean. I highly recommend this dentist!

I had not been to the dentist in quite a few years, I was very nervous. But so many people told me that AIM dental was amazing, so I decided to make an appointment. From the very first phone call the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. On my first appointment, my nerves were put as ease as soon as I walked in to friendly smiling receptionist, hygienist and doctors. They created a care plan and made things very clear and easy for me. The office is sparkling clean and very new/modern. I also took my 9 year old here for his cleanings, he loves that he gets to watch a movie while getting his cleaning! I would never go to another dental office again!

I went to Aim Dental because they advertised affordable rates for people with no insurance. They advertised true. Additionally, the staff are kind and professional. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! Now that I do have insurance, I will use no other.

I was trying to find a dentist office closer to my home, and in trying to do so i discovered Aim dental. I decided to try it, thinking, who knows it might just work out. It didnt just work, it exceeded my exectations of what a dentist office should feel like and be. Coming from another country i have seen multiple dentist offices both in my country and here, yet they lack what Aim dentist overflows with. The feeling of safety, knowing that you dont have to worry anymore.

Everyone there is super helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and modern. There are a lot of places to park. They have amazing hours, very accommodating to all schedules and they are flexible with payments.

Good dentists, wonderful receptionists, very clean. Sometimes they run a little too late for me but I would still recommend them. I figure if they are running late, maybe they took someone in extreme pain unexpectedly. That someone could be you or I someday.....They do, however, supply IPads for the clients to use while they wait to be seen. How cool is that??If youre not happy with your current dentist or just looking for one because you recently moved here, give them a try. I think youll be glad you did 😄

These people have no clue as to what is going on between themselves. They seem to overbook, just to get people in the door. I had an appointment to have a consultation last week and Demsy didnt want to extract my tooth so she scheduled me a week later (today) for my extraction with their oral surgeon specialist. I received a phone call 45 minutes prior to my appointment letting me know they moved my appt up a half hour because the Dr was running behind. When I arrive, the dental assistant confirmed I was in for an extraction and began taking my blood pressure to ensure Id be good while they extracted my tooth. The Dr comes in and asks what they are doing today, I tell him and he stated oh no I dont have time to do that today, youll have to set up a block of time with the receptionist---- which I had done the week prior. This place is a joke, they have so many receptionists who just book, book, book, but they may change their mind at anytime. Ive never seen such a poorly run business.

We cant say enough great things about Dr. Maheen Ishaq and staff at AIM Dental. They have been our dentists since establishing the practice and have taken care of me during a very precarious period of health challenges, and they have always wanted to coordinate care especially with things such as excess radiation. Love on line scheduling and find the office to be wonderfully equipped and operated.

I was so terrified to go to the dentist from my past visits at other dental offices, that I neglected my dental care for many years. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. They went above & beyond in trying to figure out our new complicated insurance & what is covered. They also were very good about not making me feel silly for my fear of dentists (trust me that was a biggie).

I was in a lot of pain due to a toothache that i had been enduring for a couple of days. Suddenly the pain got worse and i couldnt take the pain any longer. Only problem was it was 6:00 at night. I couldnt stand the thought of another night tossing and turning in pain. I found AIM Dental who was open until 8:00 and they told me to come on in. When have you ever found a dentist office open that late? I was so appreciative that they were open late. Thanks AIM!

I was a patient last year, I did my regular clean and polish every 3 month with the Dr. Maheen Ishaq ，but every time when I came to see her, Dr. Maheen Ishaq told me I have a couple of teeth need to fixed, i clean my teeth after every meal （3-4time a day ）and I use the water pik and floss after brush, I can not believe that I had a lot of cavities,I already spent over 1000 dollars for fixed cavities she told to ! In one year, she refill my over 10 teeth . In the last time I saw her, she told me I had 5 new teeth to need fix again ! I can not trust her any more, I change a new dentist, My new dentist told me I don’t have to refill or fix any cavities she told to ! I feel so bad that she was had a lot of treatment on me ! I am not only care about the money I spent but also how bed time I suffered from the dental and damage my good teeth!

I always hated the dentist but the Aim Dental team is great. Its the most modern dentists office Ive seen, and the staff is incredibly helpful and caring.

New to the area so I wanted to try a new dentist office, called the office and provided insurance card information and was able to quickly schedule an apt in the evening which was great. Showed up and they verified insurance and it was 1 day too early to bill insurance. Frustrated because I already provided this information to them and they should have checked this. Anyway scheduled another apt for the following week and also decided to schedule an apt for my husband and son, again provided them all the information they needed and they verified the insurance, was again quickly able to get evenings apt. During my LONG (30 minute) wait for my apt the front desk lady decided to check on my sons insurance information, I found it odd but its always best to double check, right? Turns out he mysteriously disappeared from our insurance plan, her explanation is that you can have insurance in the morning but not have it in the afternoon? Sooo at this point I decided this is not worth my time, never had such a hassle to get my teeth cleaned before!

First Id like to say, Im a mother and trying to find a dentist that would treat my children with tenderness and such care was very difficult. Most places wouldnt allow me to over see the work being done on my children, this place will, but even my children feel so comfortable and safe here they tell me, good bye mom..Im ok!The staff right from the phone service to the walk-in office to the dental hygienist and the doctor are all amazing! This place is very clean as well! When I needed help with extra funds to repair a broken tooth and a implant this lady on staff here went above and beyond to help me to understand & sign up for a credit line. She went out of her way to make it happen! There is no, just put a band aide on it so to speak here, no half baked cakes! Aim Dental will do the job correctly the first time.They really work with you in a few different payment options to help us pay for the work we need! They are very professional and still with heart! This office is all up to date with very modern equipment therefore we as the patience get the very minimal radiation from the ex-rays and more efficient in everything.This was very important to me, especially from moving from state to state with the military and we receive a lot of x-rays. Even afterwards just trying to search for the right, family dentist that meet all my requirements as a health conciseness mother.
