Nick, and everyone at Swan made a very difficult time in our life, like it was theirs. They treated my wife with the upmost respect and dignity. Walked me through every detail, and made sure everything was my wife had asked. All this during the onset of the Covid-19 virus. But they were prepared and made the whole family feel as if my wife was the only one in the world.I consider Nick and the entire team friends. Friends that helped me through the most difficult time in our lives.

Poor communication about extremely important matters. Very disappointing experience.
