I gave the date to Jessica and Jason explaining there’s potential for the date to move. NEVER ONCE EVER SAID IT MOVED. At first Jessica said she was working the case over the phone. I never received an update until I had to call twice. I was told on the first call I would receive the update through email by the following day. This is when I learned Jessica actually wasn’t the one working the case like I was previously told. No biggie as long it’s done, right? Over a week passed and I had to call again to be given half the paper work and told I didn’t need the other background report for the trial (yay unsolicited legal advice, just give us what we paid for). Jason continued by letting me know I was misunderstanding him and that they didn’t find anything so they keep it ongoing to help our case. That I get. I didn’t argue with that. What I don’t agree with is him saying I told them the date was moving via text. Even though when we spoke on the phone an hour before, he apologized for putting it down wrong. I also don’t agree with having to sort this out to be given 1 background check. When expressing that we wanted what we paid for preferably when we first agreed to have it by (bc of course I’m not feeling so patient anymore, it’s the day before the trial!)... I was met with a half-hearted shrug it off response. Saying there’s nothing we can do about that now. Do you want the other report tonight or not? At this point I essentially said what I’ve said here and was met with “I’ll close the case and send the report.”The communication skills are mind boggling! As a business owner and someone who works in the legal field... please don’t bother.

He went above and beyond to locate and serve a defendant. Paperwork was flawless. Total pro. Thanks again

Premier Protection & Investigations provides exceptional service. I work for a law firm in Oak Ridge. Premier almost always retrieves lawsuits or subpoenas that require service of process on the date we call them (unless its late and then they pick it up early the next morning). They never fail to quickly and professionally get the job done. Their attention to detail, promptness, and professional are impressive. I recommend them without hesitation.

This is a very professional company. They utilize the most up to date technology, present the best reports and video in Knoxville and testify in court on your behalf. Very respected investigators.

I have had a horrible experience with one of their employees delivering paperwork to my home multiple times. She is very unprofessional and rude. My paperwork was filed on May 1 and not delivered until May 18 which is unacceptable. She called late on Saturday afternoon to deliver when my husband and I were at the movies. I told her she could deliver at 7 PM and she shows up an hour late after I have to call and remind her to come. She throws the paperwork and then when I ask her not to back out until I get my small dog, she purposely tries to run over him as I scream for her to stop. She then screams mocking and laughing at me. I barely got to him before she almost hit me and my dog with her car. My husband called the supervisor and although he said he would make a note in her file, I knew it would not be handled appropriately just like the last time we had issues with her not delivering our paperwork and he did nothing. This company is not professional. This type of behavior should not be accepted but seems to be almost encouraged as there is no discipline. I do not recommend anyone using this company if the work you need is important. They do not have you sign anything stating that you received the paperwork so there is no receipt of the transaction. Very unprofessional.
