We agreed to proceed and set up a date to start. The work included sanding and refinishing full living room and dining room, stairway and second floor halls.The work was begun at the agreed time and finished one day early. we were away from the house during the process, but Ozzy kept us informaed of the progress and took care of an additional threshold as well.The quality of the work was superb. The floors were 45 years old with scratches and stains consistent with family and pet living over that time.. The end result is beautiful. The floors look brand new.We highly recommend Pro Clean

We were in the process of scheduling a whole house floor refinishing job. Ozzy provided us with a very competitive quote and made quality recommendations regarding the process. He also managed to schedule the job to begin over the weekend to accommodate our schedule. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel the job. Ozzy gave us a full refund of our deposit no questions asked. Not all contractors would do this. I look forward to rescheduling the job and working with Ozzy in the near future. I recommended you to consult him atleast once before going to any other cleaner. He also provides you demo for free if he has time.

We put in for a quote through Home Advisor for refinishing our floors on Sunday and Ozzy came out that day to give us an estimate. His crew was able to come in on that following Wednesday and completed the project by Friday. I wish we could post before and after photos here because we are blown away by how they turned out. I also needed a long hallway and the stairs done-all in rough shape. He responded quickly to my inquiry. He came, said they could do it and gave me an estimate and figured out a time to do it. I called Ozzie because my hardwood floors had a film on them, I had used Bona shine and it caused a build up that dulled my floors . Ozzie came out the same day and looked at them and told me he could clean them and get rid of the build up. He came back two days later and cleaned my floors and my carpet. My floors look brand new again! Build up is gone and so are all the scuff marks. I am so thankful that he was able to help us. He is very friendly and down to earth and does a great job!

We hired Ozzie from Proclean to do the 1,000 square feet of hardwood floors at our new house. He was easy to reach and responsive to all calls. His availability in the summer weeks was scarce with the short notice I gave him, but he made it to my home on two different saturdays very shortly after we closed on our home. We ended up choosing the 1-day deep clean/light sanding method of hardwood floor refinish, and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! He had recommended the deep sanding method because of some stains, but we chose to do the 1 day method so we could get our furniture into our new house faster! He was still able to sand out all the stains and make my floors sparkle!!! Ozzie was kind and enthusiastic about his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, kind, dedicated floor guy! The price was very reasonable as well!
