If you have the time for a thorough hand wash, theyll get your clean. The service was good and slow... He covered my entire truck! It sparkles outside and inside now. Theres a small waiting area inside and a couple benches outside. Dropping off and returning later is a good idea if you have the capability. The manager and staff was professional and took great care of my vehicle.

Please do not visit Professional Car Cleaners in Clinton, MS. The manager there (non-black) was very rude! I picked up my car and noticed a crack near the driver stick in my car. I told her about the crack and she immediately went off. As I was explaining to her she kept yelling. She called a mechanic to explain what happened and said This little girl car has been damaged while it was in my care. When my sister showed up she started instantly yelling at her and yelling stay 6ft away from me while my sister was standing near my car. My sister told her that shes been there to get her car cleaned before and will not be coming to them again- The lady said Thats fine life is too short. She then became condescending about how she owns her own business. The level of disrespect, professionalism, and complete disregard for their mishandling was unacceptable. This is Clinton, MS!

This place was recommended to me by a family member. I decided to try them out and was COMPLETELY disappointed. They half washed my vehicle. My car was barely a month old. I watched one the guys who had a full jacket [with buttons protruding out] and the pants to match dry my car. The next day, I discovered my hood, left and right sides of the car scratched up. I called and spoke with a lady who was polite and seemed to listen to my concerns. She told me to bring the car back because her sister was the one to talk with. I did. This person knew who I was when I arrived and proceeded to tell me no one worked with a camouflage outfit on that day. Little did she know, he handed me my keys! And he had a distinctive writing on the back of the jacket. She called a guy to come put wax on the spots while I was trying to show her the damage. Then she walks away while I was talking. So I was showing the guy who was fixing the scratches, with wax and she comes back and tells him to just fix it and that she was done with. I LET HER HAVE IT. DO NOT spend your money here. The grey haired lady is RUDE and unprofessional! DO NOT!

Today I received the worse service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I paid 120.00 to have my SUV totally detailed and washed inside and out. I waited almost three hours. When they brought it out, my running boards had not been cleaned, my tire flaps ( I guess that is what they are called) still dirty. The cup holders had not been cleaned. My last row of seats had not been clean with armor all, my tires did not have a shine to them and under my front lights there was still visible dirt. My truck did not look like it had been professionally cleaned. The owners grandson and daughter had a nasty attitude. She stated to me You did not pay for what you got, you was suppose to pay 150.00. When I got home it was too dark to take pictures but I will take and post tomorrow.

They did a poor job on my car, I’m extremely disappointed in their work. I paid $70 for a car wash and an inside job that was suppose to include vacuuming and shampooing of both the carpet and seats. While they did wash the outside of my car, they completely neglected the inside. It seemed as though they took a wet towel and dampened the seats. Not to mention they didn’t even vacuum the floor of my car. They “cleaned” my car twice that day and still didn’t do it right and then suggested that I come back another day so that they could do it again. They refused to give me a refund for failing to detail the inside of my car. Bottom line I paid them $70 just to go home and clean my car myself. I wouldn’t recommend this detail shop to anyone and I will never give them my business again.

For under 20 bucks for a wash and vacuum it was way more than I expected.

They do an excellent job of cleaning your vehicle. Getting a basic car wash & vacuum is like getting your vehicle detailed, because they take that much care in performing the services. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

Was turned away two hours before they closed because they had too many vehicles to clean and they wouldn’t get done before closing. The lady was nice and asked me to consider returning. But this was my first visit.

Been there before on several occasions and received excellent service. Was there today and the guy that did my car did a TERRIBLE job. I was there for over an hour which was fine, because I was told before surrendering my keys. I watched young man wash a Denali & a Rangerover......EMACULATE!!!!!! The owner tried to right the workers wrong but it was too much. Bugs still on front, smears everywhere, dash wasnt cleaned. I left very upset. I feel Im owed a free wash. Will i ever return? Yes, only if I can request that little guy & there are others that does awesome work. One hand on the towel and the other holding pants up........NO!!!

I recently leased a vehicle from them. I was sold a lemon!!!. Within a week the motor was leaking oil after I discovered that problem the transmission started slipping. They are very kind people but the car and trucks they sale AS IS is not worth getting. They want you to pay every car note and invest money in something they wont even give their children. I was at a complete lost. I lost my job because the vehicle i leased was not a dependable car! I invested several parts including $700 in tires to found out the motor and transmission was going out!!!! They offered to pay half and take it to their mechanic but why didnt your mechanic inform you of the problems before I was sold this trash?!!!! Again nice people but junk cars and trucks!!!!

The older gray haired lady that looks like a man is so nasty to customers. She acts like it’s a privilege to allow them to wash your car. I don’t think she understands that we customers pay for a service and deserves to be treated with respect. The guys actually work pretty hard that actually does the work but again this old lady is very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this car to my enemy.
