This is the best car wash I have ever visited. I will definitely be coming back. One of the workers there, Will, is so friendly and helpful. He strives to make this company work well and function properly despite being low man on the totem pole. He definitely deserves a raise! Hes the reason I come to this car wash!!

The monthly payment to go through anytime you want is definitely worth it.

Close to me which us what I was looking for. They have a mat cleaning machine that I think is the coolest thing by far. Cleans and drys your floor mats and only takes about 2 minutes. I bought a unlimited monthly paçkege.

Paid for the $20.00 wash and it simply washed the dust off, dirt still in tact in vehicle. First and last time there. The Walmart car wash in Jacksboro does a much better job.

Observed the tech only pre treating and brushing the drivers side of 3 cars in front of me, I asked him did he only do one side? He said the machine automatically did the other side. That was a lie.After the wash, i got out and looked at the job and was very surprised about how much dirtier my new car was before it went through. Soap all over the back of the car. Didnt rinse very well. The air dryer dried the soap back to the car and you could see the streaks all over it.If you dont care about how your car looks, then this is the place to go.I could have went up the street and done it myself and it would have been cleaner.What a waste of money.

Paid $16 for deluxe wash. Car was still dirty and still had soap all over the back of the vehicle and in all the door jams. Did not give me the wheel shine I paid for. Went to 3 different vacuums before finding one that worked. Not happy at all and won’t recommend or use them again.

No line. Got the cheapest wash, about $8. Just wanted to get the salt and stuff from the wet, icy roads off the car. It is an automated car wash, but the attendant did a nice job on the front and back with a brush and water before starting the car into the machine. Satisfied with the results.

Over priced. But a good car wash. I like the free vacuums after your vehicle is clean.

The mops or whatever theyre called were so dirty, they were leaving pieces of fibers all over my car. Did not clean the bottom near bumpers on my sedan. Vacuum was good.

Went there on January 20. The right side of my car didnt get sprayed before it went through. The mat Washer was closed. The vacuums were not working at all.

Don’t waste your money! Wash is extremely fast and soap doesn’t get rinsed off. tires aren’t cleaned well. Vacuums don’t have good suction and towels are not provided. I will be taking my business to Emory Rd. Car wash in the future where I actually feel like I’m getting what I pay for. Very disappointed in this place!

Normally good. Last time through gave me more dirt than it removed. Wheels have a even coating of dirt along with rocker panels. Will go elsewhere and wash with brush.

2 stars because the staff was polite, but I didn’t come here for the staff I came here to get my truck washed. This place did such a bad job I should have just sprayed it with a strong jet of water.

A very underwhelming car wash. I payed for the most expensive wash, and I would have been better off driving the extra distance to Emory Rd to the one there (I ended up doing that with our other vehicle, and got a much better wash). There was still soap on the car, and the dryers had little effect, as the car was still wet, and left spots when it dried. The vacuums were underwhelming at best. I dont plan on coming here in the future.

I use this car wash regularly and am usually satisfied with the results so I spent a little extra and got the $16 wash and was totally dissatisfied with the results. It left little black debris stuck all over my car. I could wipe it off with my finger pretty easily so I talked to one of the staff and was told they could not run my car back through the wash. I feel like a 2nd wash would have removed it. He said he wasnt allowed to do anything so that will be the last time I spend my time and money with Tornado Alley car wash.

This place was awesome when it first opened up. Not sure what has happened but has went down hill quick. I had more dirty spots on my car when I came out then I did before I went through. Had purple soap dripping off of several places. The tire cleaner part was hit and miss. Very few vacuums actually work. Paid $16 for the wash and had to go to another place to rewash. The guys were still friendly but when they pre brushed the car it was with water so dirty it looked like mud smearing all over my car. Absolutely will not be back. Has lost my business and would give the place zero star if I could.

The more expensive the wash, the less effective. Do you want to pay $16 to have to wash a car yourself? I paid for the best wash available here. I pull around to the vacuums and my wheels are covered in a black liquid that is dripping and splashing on the sides of my car. I didnt have a rag so I had to go across the street to Walgreens to clean my tires that should already be clean. This tire shine should be called dried black blobs of unknown liquid dried to the sides of my car. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but this isnt the first time this has happened. Either pay for the cheapest wash, or go elsewhere if you want better.

The car wash was a bit pricey. But the boys did come out and pre wash my 2014 Kia Soul. They were very kind and courteous and where can you go and vacuum your car for free. Thank you guys I will be back. Car Wash was actually done quite professional

Really good $12 wash with tire shine, wash, repellent rinse, and dry. The vacuums allow as long as one cares to take for cleaning out the inside. I always take car paper towels to dry outside and clean out inside of car

I havent had the opportunity to go there yet and to be honest Im never going now. My sister recently had her car done there and one of the employees felt the need to voice his opinion out loud about how he cant figure out why fat people fit into such small cars. Now I may be wrong but shouldnt the employees keep their opinions to yourself unless its work related or they are trying to give a customer a good deal or something. It may be just washing cars but why would you run your mouth about a CUSTOMER especially when you are currently washing their car and risk driving the customer or the business away.

Cleaned my car good, better than I expected

It does a great job washing your vehicles.

Todays visit was disappointing and it was the $16 wash. The wheels on my car was covered in black oily liquid on all four wheels. I had to wipe them all before any of it dried and then again when I got the car home. The 3 minute car wash was less than a minute. I dont know if mgmt has changed or if the wash was having issues but I todays experience was less than it used to be. Ill give it another try to see if things improve.

Kid slapped my drivers side mirror in. Too bad theyre electric and now its broken, wont open. Ill be contacting the owners. Beyond that, the amount if soap it left was ridiculous.

You gotta be careful at automatic car washes; The rollers can peel off loose paint and leave miniscule scratches on weak or old paint jobs. Im sure that the cleaning rollers havent been cleaned in years.I keep coming back to use the free vacuums. They made a sign that says ...only with purchase of a wash, but nobody seems to care. Better suction than my shop-vac at home. And the staff are quick to serve, nonetheless.

Doesnt get my vehicle completely clean. Does a pretty decent job though.

I just visited this place. What an experience. I was accused of being on meth because I questioned why I couldnt pre-wash the front of my car?? Then they would not let me vacuum my car. I thought that was part of the money I paid. The guy told me he had called the Police on me (I guess because he is trained on knowing meth users) I am a 10 year Army veteran that doesnt know a thing about meth but evidently I do it because he knows?? Choose your car wash facility wisely. Be warned that this is not the place. Good Luck!!

We went to get our Cadillac Escalade washed. We pulled up, followed the directions of the attendant. Car was in neutral, all wipers off, mirrors pulled in. The attendants started washing the car, BROKE THE ENTIRE REAR WASHER BLADE OFF. We did not know it...when we pulled out of the car wash, we went to vacuum the car out and saw that the blade was hanging and a piece was broken off . We immediately went in to talk to the manager..he stopped the car wash and walked thru it, he did NOT find any of our pieces and parts, but did find others. We went into the office he took.our name, phone numbers and said he would check the videos, talk to the owner, and call us as soon as he knew. WE HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM,. And it has been a month. We took our car and got it fixed..I will.make sure that everyone knows about the poor service and about the breakage!

Fast way to clean you car but it misses spots. I just get the $6 wash because they miss alot.

The place could be great but everytime I go it seems the vending machine is not working so u cant get any glass cleaner or anything u need to clean ur car. U can go inside and get an employee to get it for u that way but its inconvenient that way because u have to interrupt them washing cars. The vacuums havent been very strong the last few times Ive been either. It can be a 5 🌟 business if they will put a lil TLC in the place.
