Charged us $250 to supposedly clean and wax our car. When I looked in the center console there was still dirt and hair in it. He said he waxed it but there was still water on the hood of the car, Im not and expert detailer but Im not sure how you can wax a wet car. Save your money and do it yourself. Not worth what he charges. Should have supported the boy scouts and had them wash it for me. Probably would have turned out better!!!

All I can say is WOW!!!! Willie did an AMAZING job on our 2012 Chrysler 200. Where we park is under a white pine tree. Due to health issues for both me and my wife, we havent been able to clean it like we used to. Just took it every now and then to an automatic car wash, which isnt really good for anything but washing the dust off. Anyway, after 2-3 yrs parking under this tree it had a lot of sap on it. Willie got this car looking show room condition. He knows his stuff for sure. We HIGHLY recommend Keepin it Clean shop and Willie. Well most definitely be going back.

Willie was quite accommodating to take great care of both of our very dirty cars on the same day he had other clients. He discussed with us what was needed, what he was going to do, the total cost, all up front so that we knew what we were getting into. We are very satisfied and will be return customers!

Ive never been here to have my vehicle detailed. Instead, Im giving it 5 stars for something just as important. I went to the shop asking for a gift certificate donation to raise money for a truck. My daughter and I have a community charity called Brysonns Closet. We pick up and deliver donations to people in need without transportation. Without hesitation, Willie provided his services. I will support any business that gives to the community. Speaking of which, he was the ONLY detail shop in Oak Ridge that donated. Thank you for your kindness when you didnt have to help us out.

Said the waxed my car, paid for it anyway, but they did not. They can run a vacuum, but skipped the rest. Did not do much more than that but wipe it down and give it a wash for $250
