I called 6 tire places before Johns Tire and services and they were all busy or didnt have the tire I needed, but these guys had exactly what I needed and was able to put them on the same day within the hour I was needing them

Tremendous service. Diagnosed it right immediately. Went to a lot of effort and found the part I needed, much cheaper than expected.

Last year had batteries replaced at Johns. This year some welding, tires, alignment, and brakes. They are my new place to go for anything automotive. When John says my pickup will be ready at 3 pm, he is right on schedule or a little ahead. Fair pricing, very good work. And he explains exactly why and what he did. I am sending my two daughters to them when they have car problems. Very satisfied!

Great place to take your car for any minor or major issue you may be having. They are honest and tell you exactly what needs to be done (or maybe not done) to make sure your car is running its best and youre not wasting your money. Pricing is more than fair and they work fast and efficiently. Great down to earth customer service from Don too, each time weve been there. We are happy returning customers!

First impression as I drove up was that their shop was both clean and organized - a safe environment for workers AND my car. Manager inside was polite and knowledgeable. We scheduled my car for a few days later and everything was done on time as promised and to my liking -- also reasonably priced! I will be back and suggest you try them out!

Was referred here because of the honest work conducted. Every situation/car is different, because we did not have a good experience. Was told it was going to take almost $4,000 to get the car up and running and in good condition. Completely fine! Well, the same parts that were ready laced are already needing replaced again amongst TONS of other work. I feel like we were mislead on the condition of the car and taken advantage off completely. Promised that after the work was done we could easily sell the car for $5,000 at least or it would be in perfect working order. NOT THE CASE. We feel like the parts/work were not done up to par to price and we were completely taken advantage of as paying customers. Have referred everyone away from this location.

John is professional. Yes sir no sir. Recommended services based on safety and cheapest routes per service. I really appreciated Johns demeanor and geniality. Will update once we pick up our vehicle. so far his business has been the most pleasurable experience Ive had in the auto repair industry.

I can no longer recommend this business. I originally rated 5 stars several years ago. Unfortunately, the level of customer service and quality of work has degraded over time. Bad attitudes seem to be prevailing now. I prefer to do business locally, but I will be moving my business to Countryside Tire in Oak Ridge as they treat customers with respect.

Excellent work on first and second visit. Then big problem drove some way as agreed to wait two to three hours for repair appointment agreed. Showed up at scheduled appointment and manager said that I needed to drop the car (had no alternative transportation) tossed the key and curtly said come back when you can drop the car off essentially said did not want customer putting pressure on him? Not a problem on previous two hour repair and no suggestion of such on previous visit. Heated escalation by both parties followed, with no apology, maybe it was a bad day but good mechanic or not would never come back.

I met the crew at Johns Tire & Service while renting a U-Haul for business 6 months ago. I come to Clinton weekly and now have my car serviced at Johns place because he is knowledgeable, fair and goes the extra mile. I have been to many mechanics and have never run across a better place to take my vehicle. I highly encourage you to visit them for your automotive needs. I drive 60 miles one way for their service and still would even if I were not working in Clinton!!!!

Very nice and clean facilities, awesome waiting lounge with free WiFi, friendly staff. Quick service, did exactly what they said they would. They also used seat covers and floor mats to ensure my vehicle didn’t get dirty, and hand tightened the lug nuts with a torque wrench! Highly recommend!

I own a 2007 Chevy Express van. I needed 4 valve stems and a tire patch. They tried to sell me TPMS tire sensors over $200 a tire.They told me I need this because its a federal mandate after 1999.This is untrue. The federal mandate requires all vehicles produced after November 1st 2008 must have an onboard tire pressure monitoring system, TPMS.I shouldve spend $40, instead they tried to sell me over $800 in equipment that my vehicle cant even use.If you dont go in there knowing exactly what you need and want, they will try to swindle you.

Genuinely Honest. He initially quoted me a price for some repair work and then when it took less time to repair than he estimated, he only billed me for the time he needed to make the repair, which was less than the original quote. Ill definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Johns when it needs work. If that wasnt enough, he stands behind his work, so you know its done right the first time.

If I could give this ZERO STARS I would. My car went in needing 1 bearing put on and come out with my door off and water pump broken. He overcharged me and was so rude. He is a scam artist I have heard from multiple people they have had the same experience . DO NOT GO THERE!
