Derek and his wife made me feel right at home from day one, and the daily (sometimes twice) updates on my car were above and beyond. I like that they post all the rates OPENLY on their website, from start to finish. There will be no surprises when your business is complete. My car looks FANTASTIC, they not only fixed the the damage from the lady that hit me but addressed all the other body work issues I was concerned with. The car looks NEW, IO can see the metal flake in my paint again! And believe me I am a tough critic. If you want your car done right the first time CALL THEM! I was referred and I did - boy am I happy.!

When I brought my car to them it looked like it had been in a war zone. The front bumper was hanging on my a thread. There was damage to the front quarter panel. The spoiler had a hole in it. The trunk was bent and the tail light was cracked. The rear driver side door wouldn’t even open. The inside was awful with crumbs and stains all over the seats and grime in all the compartments.I had them repair all the damage and do a full detail, carpet shampoo and wax. They did an excellent job replacing my back seat, bumper, spoiler and front quarter panel. The paint job and blending was superb! The interior was immaculate. When I went to pick up my car, I cried and gave the guy a hug. It looks like a brand new car!In addition to great work, they also have excellent customer service!!! I will ALWAYS bring my car here and recommend them to my friends, family and anybody I meet! If you want to transform your car and get the best service, bring it to City Side Auto Body!

This was the 2nd time that City Side repaired my vehicle. They were very timely in getting it complete and did an amazing job on all the repairs. The staff (Israel) was on top of notifying me when my car repairs would be complete and made sure I was happy with the repairs. They made my car look brand new. As a first time customer I was very anxious and nervous because this was a lot of money I was going to spend and I did not want to get played or the run around with prices but that wasn’t the case the experience I had was amazing. I came in on a Monday for my rear bumper, Derek helped me get an estimate, made me feel comfortable and this was the best choice in service to get my car fixed. They ordered my bumper painted it and it was ready by Thursday. I came in Friday morning when they first opened and Israel was a great help he made sure I was in and out within 45mins he even offered for them to wash my car. My bumper makes my car look brand new. I will be back to get my front bumper fixed also. This is the best place to go to if you need your car fixed.

Great work, great service. Derrick is awesome! Super friendly and helpful. When I wasnt sure how I was going to reach them after I dropped off my rental in Temple Hills (it was about 7 miles and Enterprise will only do pickups/deop offs within a 5 mile radius) Derrick advised me that there was a drop off location about a mile away from his shop (youd think the guy at Enterprise would have suggested that! Smh). There was also like a water spot on my car and Derrick insisted on re-washing that one spot for me so my car was spot free before I left his lot.

First class business... the customer service is absolutely what you deserve. My 2010 Camaro SS needed the whole left side painted and left fender replaced. They worked with my schedule and had the car ready on time... there was a couple of things not right when I got there to inspect the car so I brought them to there attention and they not only fixed them that day but also gave me a ride home and back to pick up the car. They also called 2 weeks later to make sure I hadnt noticed anything else out of wack with the car. Fantastic!!! Btw the car was washed, clay barred, and polished... they even cleaned the inside... outstanding job gentlemen!!! Im a customer for life!
