I took my 2005 Scion xA to Mr. Boone’s shop to install parts for the front suspension, and two doors. All my supplied wipers were replaced at no additional charge. It was a very hot day so I appreciate Mr. Boone giving me a ride home which is close to his shop. I didn’t appreciate that my car was returned scratched and dusty. Mr. Boone said my car was ready and picked me up. But when I tested the driver door lock it would not lock or unlock. After the door was fixed, Mr. Boone picked me up again and that’s when I noticed the scratches on the driver’s side passenger door. Mr. Boone would not accept responsibility even after showing him pics of what my car looked like prior to coming to his shop. Instead he said the body work was of poor quality. The body work was fine to me but the scratches are noticeable. The body work on the doors was done in my driveway a week prior and the car was sitting in my driveway waiting for parts so it could not have been damaged anywhere else. I was hoping I found a mechanic to work on all my cars but after this experience I will keep looking. The reasonable repair cost isn’t so reasonable when your vehicle is damaged. Glad I didn’t bring my more expensive vehicle here.

Mr Boone is my fathers mechanic, my mechanic, and my daughter mechanic been with him since the 90s. I definitely trust him to give me a fair price and quality work.

I went to Mr. Boone once and I was so pleased. He even came to my home to give me an estimate for repairs on a car that wasnt drivable.He really knows his stuff!
