Trashy. New owners are making changes to the existing lease without proper notices. New owners are rude. Do not recommend

I was only visiting my sister.but her place is very nice.but she keeps it that way.i love setting out side and watch all the card and trucks go by.her neighbors are very nice to her.

My friends apartment is nice.

Ive only been in one of the apartments but they look pretty nice.

Overall unsafe place wouldnt wanna walk around at night here🤣

More care for property & tenets & lack of cleanliness would be a good idea. property maintenance could use lost of help & people should follow stricter rules 2 live there

Called about an apartment, was a waiting list.

My son rented an apartment for several years. After a car accident, we moved him back home. He was told he had to pay June rent because he gave a notice a few days into May. He would be out by the beginning of June He continued to check the apartment every couple of weeks. On June 29 he went to check apartment one last time & turn in his keys. Someone else was already living there although he paid for the entire month. Electricity was still in his name until June 30. He also requested to be present for walk through and was never contacted. His phone number & new address were given to property owners previously.When he arrived on the 29th the new tennant was there & my son talked to him. He tried his key and it still worked. The lock was not changed out. When I called to talk to the property manager, she hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

These apts are very nice with a great view of the traffic on the bluff. Were on the second floor and have a 2 bedroom apt. Living room is big, kitchen has new tile floor, and plenty of cabinet space. Appliances are furnished, but if you have your own appliances that are in better condition.....insist on using your own stuff ( hint-hint) . The bathroom is small, but its in good condition. Both bedrooms are medium size with a total of 3 full size closets and a little small closet for like toiletries, towels, wash clothes, and bed linens. Rent is a little high, but the only utilities you pay is your electric. Owner pays for gas heat, water, and garbage disposal. Lots of parking space in the back of the building and a small laundry room. Pets allowed with a $300 non-refundable deposit and $20 per month extra on your rent per pet each month......which we feel is completely and totally and outrageously ridiculous. Also there is a senior citizen discount and dont forget to ask about the move-in special . When its all said and done......we plan on staying here for many many decades to come. 😆☺😆😊

Loved my apartment it was beautiful. The things I didnt like are:~side walk flooded terribly to where it leaked into my apartment~playground equipment was torn apart~pet fees are outrageous $300 non refundable deposits plus $20 for one and an additional $10 per pet pet month~There was a lot of trouble up there from fights to attempted stabbings then name calling~we found drugs next to our car and Ashley the PM didnt even sound concerned that my 2 year old could have gotten a hold of it or another small child.~they get rid of any good assistant PM they hire~nothing got done about the mold in my bathroomAnd I could go on and on the only thing in liked besides the apartment itself is my neighbors were amazing. They guaranteed me that when we transferred from west that this would be a better place for my family and I but it wasnt I ended up having a baby in November and that same day someone tries to stab someone, then the next day they got into a verbal almost physical fight and a fire broke out in an apt due to electrical issues, and then they tried to run some one over almost hitting kids (same tenants did all this)

Theres really nice 2 bdrm apts on the bluff and the manager seems to be a nice guy. The complex is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors seem to be a little nosey, but they are kind and friendly. Plenty of parking space and the owner pays for the heat. Im pretty sure well be living here for the rest of our lives.

Someone get evicted keep comming back and harass u for the last 4 month thy do nothing then in order for u to move to another property u got to pay 300 transfer fee I got hurt on property I was told should of watch were I was walking never pay anything thts worst place I ever live u here fight and cops always there

Rude Managers and Unsatisfactory service. Been living here for 6 months and been paying rent on time every month except for a bad month i paid 2 days after the due date. The first notice for the late fee was the final notice and threatening to kick me out already ?! Had to wait nearly a month for my stove to get fixed. No phone call to notify if a piece was needed or anything to let me know they were even working on it. My husband and I had to call the maintenance guy abundantly in order for us to get a replacement stove.

Lot of drunks n druggies sit outside very rude people only handful of nice people.

Landlady is rude, nosy, and unreasonable at all. My apartment I was given has some sort of wiring problem and she decided to evict my two kids and I all because Id rather try to pay my insanely high electric bill with what little money I had after just having my newborn son.
