These guys are great. Prices were very competitive. They really know what they are doing. The 2nd and 3rd floors of my home were done by Gustavo and his crew. They were very punctual, the floors looked amazing when they were done and everything was cleaned up.

I do not know how they do floors but what I do know is how inconsiderate and irresponsible this company is. I live in a building that has 6 units. I am attached next door to a unit where they refinished the floors. The odor from the sealer they used was so strong that it caused the neighbor upstairs to have to move out of their home for several days due to tearing eyes/nausea/vomiting. My unit is attached next door. I had come home on the first evening to find the unit windows closed. When I walked in my home, the odor was so awful that my eyes started tearing up. My poor pets! I immediately opened all the windows and started up any fans I had. It did help decrease the odor but I was furious that I had to leave my windows open on several hot sticky rainy days/nights because USA Wood Floors refused to leave the unit windows fully open to air out the unit. When I spoke to one of the flooring guys, he admitted the sealer odor is really strong/bad. Products like these are DANGEROUS to inhale. I would never use a company that would put anyone elses health at risk and neither should you.

Gustavo and his team were absolutely wonderful! They took extra precaution to keep themselves and ourselves safe in the middle of this pandemic. We explained what our needs were and Gustavo guided us as to what the best options would be! My floors look so beautiful! I couldnt be happier with them! Thank you so much!

Gustavo, the owner is very professional, reliable and committed to excellence. I am an investor and this year alone USA Wood Floor has worked on 10 of my properties. Some of the floors were saved by repairing areas instead of replacing the entire flooring. I coudnt recommend this company more!
