Absolutely fantastic. Dianny is a true professional, engaging, thorough and with an attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean.

The decor is beautiful and it smells good. I didnt enjoy the experience. Usually I get wiped down with alcohol, then powder, waxed and after care. She didnt wipe me down, she didnt get all the hairs out and she didnt put any oil after she waxed me. The wax was great very sensitive. Just wish she would of paid more attention and cleaned me up better.

This place is probably one of the most ridiculous and unprofessional wax place I’ve ever dealt with. Beware of their policies as they will 100% get you for your money. No one ever answers the phone as if no one works there. I finally got in touch with a person after calling for an hour and they tried to tell me its because they are a busy business but with only ONE PHONE. Like saying that would make things better. If its such a booked and busy place, I’m sure they could afford another phone. Also tried to tell me maybe I was calling during their lunch time (which I wasn’t) I was calling around 2:30-3:30 pm. That excuse isn’t even acceptable because even though some are at lunch, this “busy” business should still have a person answering phone calls. Ended up not coming to my FIRST ever appointment just how unprofessional they are on the phone I can’t imagine how it is in person. Saved myself the trouble but they are still charging me for full price of the services I booked. They are adamant about their 24 hr cancellation policy to an appointment I made less than 24 hours ago.. so no possibility of canceling. They just left me there stuck to pay for services I did not even get. Will definitely tell all my friends about this experience. I’m pretty sure I shaved off years just by dealing with this AWFUL business.

I’ve been supported the peach bar since Erica was a solo waxer and proud to see it expand. Stopped coming here often due to travel reasons and it will be on and off but I finally decided to do an appt and got there at the grace period time and when I walked to the front desk it was 1 minute over the grace time and I understood the policy they wanted to charge me 50% for the visit but what made me not even want to pay that price or even step foot in there again is the customer service. Juliette was horrible literally, she basically was arguing with me back and fourth regarding policy or what time I came. Seeing the rest of the reviews kind of shows the same thing I’m saying. Customer service has gone down or these girls need to be trained on how to handle certain situations and not go back and fourth, I felt like I was arguing with a teenager, i don’t think she understood but I didn’t have a problem paying the fee I understand but her attitude was horrible, I finally told her I don’t have a problem with the policy but her customer service. I rather pay higher price at a different wax location and get better customer service.

Where to start:I haven’t been coming to The Peach Bar very long- well not as long as most people! But it’s been about 2 years! And wow to see the GROWTH!!! Astonishing!It took about a year before I finally had the courage to go in and get waxed but I finally did it and it was life changing. Once you wax, you never go back.I started with The Peach Bar Bo$$ herself, Queen Erica.I was very nervous the first time but she really made it a point to explain everything the first time and to get to know me so I wouldn’t just be thinking about the pain. Which I appreciated very much especially since I can talk for days. As you will see soon because I’ll be writing a NOVEL. Anywho. That was first appointment and I couldn’t stay away. I’ve recently switched because my girl Erica is doing bo$$ things and is going to Florida (couldn’t be happier for her but will miss her very much) but I know I’m in great hands now with Jackie! I know in all honesty that I’d be in great hands with any of the waxers there because I have recommended this place to legit all my friends and they all have their preferences and I do prep them before they go to make sure they aren’t scared and to check up on them and see how things went and I haven’t heard any bad things which isn’t a shock. They are now regulars as well. I obviously wouldn’t recommend a place I didn’t like to my friends.I guess you can say I have been converted or baptized into to a Peachy groupie ahah! I keep up with them like it’s the Kardashians. It genuinely feels like I’m going “home” every appointment because of how welcoming the environment is. Upon walking in you immediately know it’s clean. It JUST smells clean. I know when I’m in there I won’t be getting a shotty job done. People may compare their prices to European wax center and see that it’s a big difference (like it’s actually AFFORDABLE) and that may lead them to think “you get what you pay for.” But I assure you it’s nothing like that. I feel more confident leaving there than anywhere else. Empower women empower women and you can tell that those girls care. They tell you how it is, they are honest, I have never felt “haggled” in ANYWAY AT ALL to get a treatment done I didn’t need. They have recommended stuff I have needed and have listened to my concerns and have given me quality feedback on changes I can make.I noticed that with time and going in regularly that I don’t grow hair as much as I did before. Could just be me but I doubt that. It definitely has benefited me tremendously. You come here to have a good time in all honesty. You are in great hands with anyone. Did I mention they added a flower wall- more importantly a CANDY BAR?! C’mon now.Lolllll @ the one star reviews. It is a BUSINESS with policies in place, I think we need to remember that it’s not a big company like European Wax Center. These are the livelihoods of the waxers, management, and everyone else. Policies are sent out and you sign a contract before you even get waxed! If you don’t agree with the policies before… don’t sign the agreement and get waxed. I have been to doctors appointments where they will charge you the full amount + cancellation fee + not have you rebook after being a minute late! I believe their policies are fair. They are off a highway and like they tell you before confirming that accidents happen and that there are delays so just prepare for that when you are figuring a time to leave for your appointment. I’m not gonna lie, I run on “Keila time” if it’s not work related. I run a few minutes late to nail appointments but running late to a Peach Bar appointment? NOT HAPPENING wouldn’t miss it for the world!! (Unless emergencies arise they haven’t yet because I would highly debate on wether or not it’s actually an emergency… because I’d be missing my appointment. I don’t even want to think about it because I don’t want to jinx myself. Anyways I think this has been more of a diary entry then a review but my review is: 10/10. Actually no, The Peach Bar broke my scale.

This place was recommended to me by my sister and friends so i had to try it for my first time waxing . As soon as i step foot i noticed how sparkly clean the place was, how well decorated and how wonderful it smelled. For Brazilian waxing it’s usually $35 which is an amazing deal. They also, have a rewards program in which is great because every time you go you can earn points.

Ehh, this place is just okay. The facilities are clean and everyone I encountered was super friendly. It was my first time going so I did get a discounted rate for my Brazilian wax which was nice. However, I’m only giving 3 stars because my wax was subpar. Not even a week after I got my wax, I noticed I had a significant amount of hair growing back. I’ve been waxing consistently for about 7 years and this type of thing doesn’t happen to me at this stage of my waxing journey. I don’t know if it was an off day, if they used lower quality wax, or they simply just weren’t able to remove the hairs from the root, but the wax wasn’t of the quality that I’m used to. It’s possible I may give them another try in the future, but my first experience with them wasn’t enough to make me a regular customer.

Today was my first time visiting The Peach Bar and my appointment with Alexis couldn’t go any better! She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and was super thorough. She definitely is a pro at this! Also, the receptionist was great.

I have been coming to the peach bar since Erica opened several years ago and loved it. I have gotten waxed with several waxers there and never had any issues. I have always loved it so much that I moved almost an hour away and continued to take the drive. Just today I had terrible experience. I had an appt and arrived about 10 mins early. I have a 4 month old baby and she was sleeping in her car seat. When I went up they told me they had to cancel my appointment cause I couldn’t go in with the baby and it’s cause of Covid. Now I understand if it was an older child running around touching stuff. But she is a baby sleeping fully covered in her car seat. Honestly I have a flight to take this afternoon and I never have anyone to watch the baby they could have just made an exception just once being that I was already there.

I had an AMAZING Brazilian with Alexis! This place is so cute and professional! Alexis walked me through the entire thing! I’m definitely coming back and would absolutely recommend especially for the prices!!

My experience was positive from the second I made my appointment. I received a text message to confirm my appointment, and an email with the form with the disclosures which I had to complete before my appointment. I received a phone call the day before my appointment asking me to confirm or did I need to reschedule. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and my waxer Erica is amazing. She talks to you the entire time putting you at ease and making sure you’re comfortable. I will definitely continue to use their services.

I always used to go to Erica but since quarantine set in and moving out of state, I had to use Jackie and Alex (not a bad thing either). All the ladies are super professional, they talk to you so it’s not awkward. With them opening back up they’ve kept the place super clean as always and are taking extra measures to prevent any risks. The best place to get your waxing done. I used to go to European Wax Center and i switched immediately over to the peach bar after hearing from a friend about how reasonable the prices were and service also amazing! Front desk is great and i have had great service with bella and Jackie, even though Erica is my go to girl since she was the first one i had my first appointment with and was amazing! But i wouldn’t mind booking with any of the girls because i know how good and professional they are! Keep up the good work and good prices 😉😊.

This was my first time ever getting a wax and I was blown away. The place is extremely nice, super clean, and organized. My waxer was Alex and she was amazing! She made me so comfortable and relaxed. She was very reassuring while I was getting waxed especially because it was my first time and a little painful for me. She explained all the steps on how to keep me freshly waxed area clean and how to use the dry brush. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to go here.

Very disappointed in the customer service of the managers at this place. Super greedy owner that doesn’t care about her clients. Just like some of the other reviewers on here are saying all they care about is money. They don’t care about customer service or customer loyalty. Purchased a PFB for ingrowns and my dermatologist ended up prescribing something else for my sensitive skin. Didn’t open or even touch the PFB product and needed to return it. Called and spoke to Gianna who was extremely rude and unsympathetic. They refuse to take the return- couldn’t even offer some type of good will credit to offset the fact that I spent money on a product I can’t use. I would not recommend this place to anyone.EDIT: the solutions the owner is referring to is sell the product on my own to someone else LOL I told them to buy it back from me and they said no. The customer friendly thing to do is offer some type of good will credit to offset the cost to the customer. You don’t have to take the product back, just provide a goodwill credit of some nominal amount and keep your customer happy. But this is what I mean that they don’t care

I Have been going here consistently for going on two years.. Before they were even a well known establishment . DONT GET ME WRONG THEY ARE GREAT WAXERS. but they dont not genuwinly care for their customers . They only care about their money .Therefore i will no longer be getting services from here and do not recommend this place no longer. I would rather go somewhere that is more understanding cooperative, and not insensitive. They were extremely unprofessional. Their cancellation policies are very different on each confirmation platform and contradict one another. I will also like to state that my cancellation was orignally conducted on their behlaf due to the weather which they chose to do and were not forced to do by the state. Although the weather cleared up in the afternoon I was very understanding on the situation being that it was something out of their control. But based on my cancellation because of the weather and my reschedule ... something outside of my hands and controll apperared due to irregualrity. I then gave a call in to explain my cicumstance and see what i could do that is when the problems became apparent. They stated that they would have to charge me full price because i literally had caught my irregular period 30 mins before my new appotiment. I stated that this is unfair becaus ethis would have never been an issue if my orignal schdueled date was not cancelled the day before. The recepctionist went on and said that they will cut it to only a 50 % fee but on the website it did say that if you cancel under 24 hours the fee you will be charged is 50% of the total amount. This goes t show that that was the orignal policy so they were not helping me out but tried to ake it seem like that. They then brought up the policy in the message they sent to my phone number and it started 100 % which contradicted its orignal cancellation policy that you recieve origanlly that is written in the buisness form. Their reasoning for charging me is because i could wear a tampon. I had gotten my monthly and do not wear tampons .. not only in my case. but lets say someone was allergic to tampons you cannot imply these same rules on everyones situation. My monthlys are irregular so i do not know when they come they just come no set day. My biggest anger is that they didnt care how i felt or anything they only cared about charging me and then reshcudling me again to pay the full amount all over again. SO because I choose not to wear tampons they have to charge me because i could still get the wax if i had a tampon in. This is indirectly forcing me to wear a tampon or i will get charged for a service. This is something that occured out of my control plus on top of that if my orignal wax appt never got cancelled this would have never been a situation or predicatament. They then went on the be unprofessional and bring up my one record from may 2019 of a no show ... which I do not remember. I have never been late to an appotment, always tipped well and provided great service back to them. They were so hungry for the 17 dollars that they wouldnt even try to understand or console me . they only kept brining up the fact that someone else could of had that spot and they could have recieved the 35 dollars . I am not worth only a dollar amount to anyone and no customer should be treated as such. we are excelling your business if it wasnt for your customers there would be no buisiness. this somehing unbelieveable. I am a 20 year old buisness owner myself and this is not how you treat anyone. it should always be people over profits. You guys have this backwards.

I was completely terrified of getting a Brazilian. I literally told Erica every time I went for a different wax, I told her i can’t do it. BUT I finally did it! And wow, do I feel great. I’ve been there before and it was OK and then I was there last week and I told them I would be five minutes late and they said that as long as I was there by the seven minute point everything was fine. Except when I got there by the time they were finished with other people online they told me that they couldn’t do my appointment and that the waxer refused to take me at that time. They eventually fit me in. But I don’t understand why you have a policy if you’re not going to abide by it and the waxer can refuse to do an appointment at any time. The girls at the front were not particularly friendly either. The price is decent and unfortunately whenever they have specials they are so booked up it’s impossible to make an appointment. But the waxer did a good job so it all worked out.

I use to go to European wax center and unfortunately i felt like they didnt do their best, yet i was left with bad ingrown hairs. For the price they charge as well that was horrible. Anywho i went to the peach bar for the first time a week ago and i am loving the results Janette is the best she took her time with me and told me about my ingrown hairs and took them out ! The wax felt amazing! I am still feeling nice and smooth without any ingrowns coming in im soo relieved and happy !! The price you pay as well is amazing ! I highly recommend ❤️

Ive been to so many different places for brazilian waxes and been traumatized because of how painful it has been. However, at The Peach Bar I had the best brazilian wax of my life. It was almost painless and super quick. Within 10-15 minutes Erica was done with me. I will definitely be coming back. The place is super nice and amazing atmosphere.

I was 1 min past their 7 min grace period for my 1 hr appt of the perfect peach. They wanted to charge me 50% of the $70 appt i had scheduled as a no show although I was standing in front of them. They said they could do a brazillian only. Except to do so they charge me the full price of a brazilian $28 plus the $35 (50% no show of perfect peach $70). I told them that’s ridiculous and they offered to only charge me 50% of the $35 so $17.50 plus the full price of brazillian $28.So lets get this straight:no show $35show up do brazillian only + no show fee its $63if you complain that its insane then they offer $45.50 (brazillian + half of the no show fee)Even doctors offices have a 15 minute grace period for being late. Luciana and the tech were understanding and explained the best they could on the regulations. However the other front desk girl was extremely rude. Has no customer service/people skills what so ever.I left paid the $35 and never coming back. I understand having regulations but this above is pure robbery.

Erica is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and really made an effort to help me on such last minute notice. I couldn’t thank her enough! Clean, quick and easy!

My friend recommend me to the peach bar, i had also seen them on Instagram. Unfortunately they have let the hype of social media get to their heads and turn down customers PAYING clients. You would think a business that started from nothing would be more catering and understanding to their clients, but since they “got it” now they genuinely don’t care. So disappointed, i expected better from how they market themselves on Instagram, but sadly not.
