Maryann was great and no problem with how much it cost. But then I wanted to do my Daughters and they informed me the cost. This was just a SIMPLE tax, earnings and interest from a life insurance policy and I was informed it would cost 158.00 dollars which would have taken no longer than 5 mins to do. I can not say how upset I was and if I had known I never have gone there. So I am not sure if I will go back.

Wanted some help with my taxes and identity fraud and this older gentleman who opened the door at this location was nowhere near welcoming. He didn’t even try and look at my papers I brought. He simply didn’t care to help and said “he wasn’t able to do anything.” Didn’t bother for learn more info or look at my documents. When I talked to a different man at a different location, this man gave me all the answers I needed with no problem. Difference is, the man at the Clifton location didn’t want to help and didn’t care to help. Why work when you don’t want to your job?0/0 stars if I could.

Had 100 pm appt w Donna Risse-Alonso. Explained my technical predicament regarding my 2015 HRB tax software I just purchased and they didn’t even lift a finger to try to help me all they did was make excuses as to why they couldn’t help me. I told them I’ve been on the phone with H&R Block on hold for approximately two hours the other day and I’m not willing to go through this again. They made a difficult situation worse and I will not return back. Turbotax time. MEANWHILE Im out $50 for the software which wouldn’t upload.Customer service reps are supposed to provide customer service not make things harder.

Our Tax Preparer Antoinette Janusz is the best. She takes her time, looks over everything and explains things to us. We have been coming to her at H&R Block for over 8 years- she has seen us get married and have kids. The personal experience with her is by far the best.

Seriusly worst place the tax preparer that i had didnt know what she was doing, she put some the numbers on the screen wrong and we noticed many times and had to correct her. We also wanted to get a cash advance and never received one.
