Our family was driving from Denver to Telluride and after pulling off for a lunch break had the brakes completely go. We made it to this location & with in minutes they were under the vehicle & discovered the brake line was leaking. In just over an hour they had us back on the road. We didn’t get names but every one working at this location on 9/27/21 @ 2pm were amazing! What could have been a vacation disaster was saved by this crew. We couldn’t say enough good things about them:)

This Jiffy Lube is amazing. Story time:My girlfriend and I went up to Palisade for her birthday. On i70, theres a lot of construction and some of the road challenges caused my wheel well cover to fall off partially and get melted. We stopped off at this Jiffy Lube to see if they could cut the destroyed part off.First, the customer service was incredible. We pulled up and someone was at our door in 15 seconds.They offered to take a look at the car and see if there was any danger to the car from the wheel well cover being melted.I waited about 10 minutes and they had reattached the cover to my bumper.The service was fast, honest, and good. I wish this Jiffy Lube was in Colorado Springs because I would choose them over my current mechanic.Kyle and Tyler were particularly helpful in explaining what had happened and that they would help me fix it.This is one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had.

Elijah was very friendly. Got me in And out. When got home noticed 6 inch round of fresh oil on driveway underneath in 2 spots. I Crawled under and couldn’t tell where from. (My cars don’t leak oil) Drove back to JL only mile away. Elijah met me and checked to make sure all things tight. Says fresh residual oil somehow got on drip plate. He cleaned it all up, rechecked oil level, filter and plug tightness and very politely apologized for inconvenience. Got car home seems fine now. Thanks Elijah and Anthony.PS: only recommendation is not allowing excess or spillage or residual oil to remain after all done. I’m guessing most don’t look under their cars after oil changes but I always do. 👍

Came back due to personal change, much better now, not as much pressure to purchase additional services as other places, they were quick and nice.

Staff was kind, professional, and experienced. They communicated well and were very transparent about the services I was receiving and suggested services in the future.

I came in 5 min before closing with my check engine light on and my car not operating well. They went out of their way to kindly service my car in a timely manner and even vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Thank you so much for helping me in a pinch!

$86.00 for a oil change. I suggest Walmart. Its half the price for the same service.

First off you might have to have a beard to work here! Also you have to be friendly and caring. Hard working nice guys work here. It took some time but they were busy and were working non stop to help everyone with their service needs. I appreciate their attention to detail and accommodating service. Very informed and helpful. I would go to this location if I lived here! Keep up the good work!

Been using Jiffy Lube forever, was ran much better with the old crew. Will not be returning, I would really suggest doing to a different shop. Employee smelt like alcohol, not very professional, dirty shop, just not the same as it was even 6 months ago. Sad.

5 stars given to Jesse and his crew. They were able to source a hard to find transmission filter kit and perform a transmission flush on my 2500. They also did a oil change on my wifes car. They took care of all of it on a saturday afternoon at 3:30pm. Great experience. Joe

Everybody was friendly and the service was quick. It was really affordable for the fluids to be checked and topped off, a break inspection, and an on-the-fly air filter exchange, which would not have happened if it hadnt been so affordable. I was there roughly 30 minutes, which to me is a short wait time compared to other places. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

Super awesome people ive been coming here for over a year n theyve always been quick. Today i asked them to switch out my knock sensor and there ended up being some extra trouble on top of it so it took a little longer than usual but they never charged me extra labor and they helped fix the problem so i didnt have to spend more money outside of the oil change n other services i had shown up for

The employees at this Jiffy Lube were very good, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very hot day, but that didnt seem to bother them. A very good experience.

It sucked. They were supposed to change my oil but drained my transmission fluid. What should I ld have taken 15minutes took almost 2 hours.

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. They managed to do the oil and we had to leave before they could get the rotation. 2.5 hours and only a half done job is not what I would consider “Jiffy” . Be prepared for a LONG wait!

Staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and the wait wasnt bad. Jiffy Lubes quality of work can differ from location, this is a good one.

I asked for my oil bolt to be untightened because the person last time overtightened it, requested the oil filter remains as it was brand new with semi fresh oil. Had to pay for a new oil filter...

This was my first visit . I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the serviceI was informed of the expenses before they were done . The technicians were respectful, and wore PPD. I was able to remain in my car.and able to see as they cleaned my windshield and windows, and mirrors. I am a 76 year old retired RN, and cant tell you how much I appreciated the extra service and no extra cost. I will absolutely visit again.

They were great and told me what was needed . They did not have an engine air filter but showed me where it was and to get one at an auto parts store and change it myself on the trip. I did that and it was easy and I am continuing my trip.

I asked the guy how much my oil change would be. He said they start at 49.99. I figured it would be a little more because I asked for synthetic oil. They bill was $94 and change. I paid it and left and I will never use jiffy lube again. I am telling everyone I know too.

The group of service techs @ the location in Clifton, Colorado were some of the most professional people I’ve dealt with in a while. I totally appreciated the way everything was explained and then a fluids cap was performed after the service in my presence with the manager.... they told me about cool places to go while visiting here. Fast and professional. It was ideal.

I have always preferred jiffy lube over other oil change companies, they are good quality for the price. I go to the same jiffy lube for all my vehicles.

I went on for oil change and to have my air conditioning checked. They couldnt check the air. They didnt have things they needed. It was a big waste of my time. I will go somewhere else next time.

It was a horrible experiance. They took our car in and it sat in the bay for 30 mins before they even started anything. They did an oil change and over filled the oil by a half a quart so now the check engine light is on. They checked the tires only for us to find out (but they didnt inform us) that we where starting to run on the metal bands on two tires. The pressure was check on all four tires and all where set at 30 psi acording to the papaerwork given to us, but in reality they didnt do any of that because the tire pressure following our visit ranged from 13 psi to 33 psi across the four tires. Over all the experience and service was horrible and I would not recommend anyone who wants there vehicle to run correctly after a simple oil change and tire check to not go to Jiffy lube.

Quick, thorough, but pricey. I could have had the same thing done nearby for $25 less but it was going to be half an hour before they could get to me and I didn’t have time.

The service took much longer than I anticipated and they were not particularly busy; however, they did offer me a discount for taking longer than normal to complete my oil change. I will use them again for my next service and see how it goes

Staff was friendly and service was quick. Everything Id expect for a stop.

Went to the car wash and used my card. Shut it off as soon as I finished. 4 minutes. Charged me $15. I called and was told that it keeps running if you shut it off. You have to hit the Stop button. Basic attitude was oh well, thanks for the extra cash. Buyer beware!!!!! Never again.

Went in for oil change Saturday. I was the only customer at the time. These guys reminded me of the full service gas stations back in the day. They all ran to different areas on the car. It was so fun to watch. I felt special. They did a great job . Great customer service.

Disappointed. Only one brand of oil. Didnt vacuum because of COVID. Didnt lower the price for less service. Cleaned glass. I went home and cleaned it again.

I’ve been to a number of different Jiffy Lube’s over the years. This one was by far the best. We stopped in for a noise in our back wheel area. We’re from out of state and these guys went above and beyond to identify and take care of the noise (a Little Rock trapped behind brake pad) Got our oil changes while we were there. Very very happy with their service.

I understand why we were to stay in our car but you need to fix the system to where they can have a mobile credit card machine and a laptop to input my information. Didn’t feel really comfortable giving that information then just handing my card over and them going into a room I cannot see the card. Was not expecting that at all. Doesn’t feel very safe.

Very good service, I went in for oil and filter and checked all fluids and inspected my brakes. They told me it was time to change my rear break pads and showed me the pads as they disassembled. I recommend this business highly.
