Loved the service at Kims. The staff was so professional and they nails turned out amazing!

My second time there and possibly my last. I found the atmosphere to be tense. The manicurist (Im not sure if she was the owner or an employee) was very rude. She argued with me when I asked her to do another coat as the nail polish looked stripey. She refused to buff a nail that she forgot to do. Basically, she made no effort to try and please a new customer and made me feel like I was bothering her. There are many other nail salons to choose from, no need to go to a place like Kims where you are made to feel uncomfortable

Their a clean, friendly and professional establishment. I love their services, especially for pedicures, one of the few spots that offer hot stone massages. Convenient pricing and with this pandemic theyve taken the proper measures to stay up to par.

I came here for acrylic tips with two of my friends. Right away the ladies seemed to have little to no experience with acrylics since they kept asking one another questions on which nails to use. My nails came out fine but the next day two of them fell off as well as one of my other friend’s three nails. We were all really disappointed with the price we paid and the quality value we received. Acrylic nails should never fall off after one day. That’s ridiculous. We will not be going back.

I called to inquire about a certain service and the person I was speaking to kept hanging up in my face. The first time I thought it was an accident. The second and third time I realized she was intentionally hanging up in my face and all I was doing was asking a question about a certain service. Extremely rude and disrespectful. At least have the decency to say goodbye or that you dont offer the service if you dont actually offer it.

This place is a rip off and the owner is a joke. Got a regular pedicure but I had gel on my toes already. She charged me $39 ! $15 just to soak the gel polish off my toes. Absurd! And the quality of the pedicure was not even good. Never going back again ever.

I’ve never had any issues with this place until recently. Over the summer I got a pedicure where my cuticles were cut too short and resulted in an in grown nail. You think I would have learned my lesson after the painful procedure to correct this but i decided to give them another chance. I went in for a manicure yesterday and once again my cuticle was cut so short that i actually started to bleed. There was no apology or even acknowledgment of this mistake. That was the last time I will ever go there. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called ahead of time to see how much a mani/pedi they said $30. I asked if there is a fee to remove acrylic she told me to hold on and comes back to the phone and says $35. I asked if that was for everything she said yes.Went in for my REGULAR MANI/PEDI (not gel!!) - after she takes off the acrylic she comes close to me and says “you pay now” I’m like yea sure no problem. She said “55”. I immediately get upset and told her I called and spoke to someone and they told me everything is $35. She said “no I told you $30 for regular manicure/removal and $20 for pedicure.”THEIR PRICE ON THE WALL FOR REGULAR MANICURE IS $11 HOW AM I PAYING $30???? The most salons will charge you is $5 to take off your acrylic and that’s if they want to be money hungry.The manager and the woman who did my nails just kept arguing with me. End of the day they are disgusting people and charged me $30 for a basic manicure. No wonder why the place is empty. Karma will come around!

I was recommended by a friend and I was instantly hooked! So far Ive never had a bad experience yet. However the salon is small, BUT is very cozy and welcoming. Everyone is greeted upon arrival and the customer service is exceptional which is generally a big plus. The pedicure station is always clean and the women there always do a good job. (Btw, they have great Spa Pedi deals) Surely this has become my new favorite to go spot for a mani and pedi!

Overpriced. Horrible customer service. Owner is rude and nasty. I made an appointment and they refused to see me on time because they were too busy. Will never go back there again. Plenty of better nail salons in that area.
