This FedEx is different than any other FedEx Ive been to.I wouldnt trouble any of the gentlemen there and ask for envelopes.Anybody can have a bad day, I get it. Still, I would appreciate people following the rules without an attitude. If there is such a rule to follow.Also, more envelopes, more shipment, more revenue, right? I guess they dont care since they are not the business owner.
I wish it wouldve been a different circumstance, unfortunately the service i needed was to blow up a picture for my beloved grandmothers funeral. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of pierson (hope I spelled it correctly,) made the process so easy and did his job in record time, he doesnt know what having this picture meant for me yesterday thank you forever ! So I come to this location regularly and to this point/day I have had very nice, efficient experiences- today in particular I would like to highlight because a customer service rep who I donβt usually interact with helped me and she was so careful by phone and in person about checking important aspects of my order which was sent on email. When there was a tiny mistake with the printing - not her - the printer - she and her coworker resolved it with care and ease. What I liked the most was how they worked together and how attentive they were to my needs. She also went above and beyond by explaining a savings discount to me that I did need to hear about - she did so with excellent customer service in mind.
I wouldnt usually write a review about a place like this. I mean, its not a mechanic or a plumber or anything. Its just another place. However when I looked up the address, I couldnt help but see all the bad reviews. So now that Ive gone there, I want to add my two cents. I got efficient, helpful and polite service from Pierson. It wasnt busy, so I cant speak about how it is at those times. But when I was there, everything was absolutely perfect.
Iβve been there quite a bit and the staff is consistently Fast, helpful and friendly.Even when there has been a line they acknowledge you and hustle.

The young lady working here (I dont know her name) was a superstar. I came in very nervous as I was shipping passports internationally and had never done that before. I also needed a return shipping label to have it shipped back. She helped me do it . It took some time but got it done right. I received my passports back today. Thank you so much (5 stars to this lady) and thanks Fedex.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!They find every excuse not to help you. If you need to print just go down the road to Staples.Asked why I couldnβt print. Without even attempting to fix what should have been a fairly simple issue for someone who works at FED EX OFFICE - I got a version of βsorry donβt know/too bad/canβt helpβThen they couldnβt even figure out how to refund me because I was charged for prints that never came out.Not a one-time issue. This is common. Steer clear.
Some of the people behind the counter have horrible attitudes and lack customer service skills. If employees at the counter arent able to deal with the general public without catching an attitude they should be in the back.
Ive recently had to frequent FedEx for printing purposes and have bee extremely pleased with the service I received. The employees were always attentive to my needs and even when it got busy, they remain calm and systematically addressed each customer with patience and understanding. I definitely recommend this place!!
Cant do their jobs and return back to sender a package after being in the store on 2 different visits. I rejected the same package 3 times and they still cant send it back.
Ive come here for many years and noticed recently on multiple occasions the change in customer service and attitude. Perhaps training on how to speak to customers and how they present themselves may benefit. Will likely not use this fed ex site for my packages and mail any longer.
They got my package retained by customs. Very nice people, make you feel like family but they lack of knowledge. I took a package there. I told them what was there. I gave them the list of items it contained. They said that it was no going to be any problems. In 2 days it will reach the destination. Customs took my box.1. The rep did not specify correctly the content of the box.2. Two items in the box were prohibited in that country.3. I paid to get the package in 2 days at the destination. Today is the 2nd day and still retained by the officials at customs.They should know and what is legal or not legal to ship to other countries and also they should let you know. Itβs their job. Thatβs why I went there.
I had to get a picture blown up for my fathers funeral. With such little time to prepare James at FedEx made it quick and easy for me. He helped me and had it done in no time. He also spoke with me the time I waited, didnt just leave me standing there. His customer service is some of the best I have ever received.
Came in at 3pm on a Monday - by 4pm I had a dozen packages shipped, emails sent via the, in house computers - lamination done to several documents - and color photos printed, edited, enlarged. Great facility. Great staff.
So I pick up a package that I ask to be held at this location. I open the package to find the items are not mine. Prior to asking for the package to be held at this location the delivery driver would refuse to leave at my doorsteps after requesting it. I take off the ticket and itβs the name of someone else. Apparently my package was coded w my name on another persons delivery. Currently it shows my package is delivered to me and it has not been. Customer Service has not assisted with the issue. The Secaucus station either and the store canβt do anything about it. Will be doing a complaint w the Business Bureau. This was urgent and until now I have no package. I appreciate the lack of assistance very unhappy
Extremely helpful staff when it comes to all printing needs. I have had multiple large posters printed here and the quality is always top notch. The employees who work here know what they are doing and make sure that your product comes out exactly how you designed it.

Ive been to the Clifton FedEx many times to ship things for myself and for work. Everyone at the store, especially Sonekie, are so so helpful and are great at helping me figure out the best way to ship things and getting me comfortable that what I send out will get there on time and in good condition.
So tired of this place. Their customer service is horrible. Their emails are non responsive when you want something printed ahead of time. If you want w good location go to river edge off route 4!!! Every time I come to this location in Clifton I regret it. I only come because of the closeness of my house. Other then that HELL NO. DONT BOTHER.
Busy bees-very friendly. Navette the assistant manager helped me. Very friendly and prompt amd thoroughly explained the process while assisting me. I could tell the other employees had a good attitude based on my observation of their interactions with other customers. Reflects the leadership. I would return to this location!
Phil was a complete rockstar!!! I had little coloring books printed for my nephews party & they turned out perfect. As a matter of fact, I initially was going to put them together myself, but after overhearing my plan on how my makeshift assembly line would be, Phil informed me that they would be able to make the books for me at a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Long story short, if you need anything done at this location, Phil is your guy!
Great place, Staffs are polite and friendly.This is the first place that comes to my mind when i need anything related to Print, Scan & shipping. This is just on the main road and got a good parking space. The office is clean and has got enough stationary to cater to all segments of professional needs.
Good place to get office needs and shipping done. Never too busy. Printing can be troublesome as some associates have better experience than others. Specifically Kayla was very good with everything. I had my college application portfolio and several posters done by her. She was courteous and great with everything Photoshop. The reason why this center did not receive a 5 from me was that after I gave in a request to someone else they did not know anything about re sizing. They said that they were actually leaving it for Kayla and they would start on it. I called a couple of days later when the print was supposed to be completed and they said they never put the order in and completely lost my photo...

Came here to print a few things on a Sunday night where staples could not help me due to their blatant laziness. The woman at the front desk was efficient and helped me quickly to print my documents. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that this location did not have options to print in glossed paper. Wish they had other options and also their large format printer was out of service.
I wanted to ship a package overnight and prepay for return overnight shipping. The staff told me to go to computer and do it myself. It was about $300 in shipping. I would have thought if I was paying that much they would have done it. I went to the computer and it froze. I asked for help and they said Just re-enter everything. I explained I couldnt do that because the computer froze. They said sorry they cant help me. I went to ups. They are extremely unhelpful!!!!

I went to FedEx to have invitations and tags for favors for my sisters baby shower cut and printed. FedEx had everything go wrong that could and was not good at communicating when things went wrong. I often arrived at the store to pick up my order and the products were the wrong size, not printed on proper paper, or the cuts were not straight. The favor tags were an awkward size and could not be cut out and if I was called ahead of time and told this it would have been fine because you can only do what you can and I understand that. However, when I arrived to up the tags (for the second time after they were not sized even remotely correctly) they were not cut out and I should have been made aware of this complication ahead of time. The whole process wasted a lot of time and energy and FedEx was not very apologetic in the least, except for one worker, Phil, who actually did his best to rectify things as quickly as possible. I will never go to FedEx for anything again, but if you do make sure you talk to Phil. He seemed to be the only competent person who worked there.
I use this place regularly. The last three times my order is is incorrect and one time they forgot to print my order all together.I work in sales on a very tight schedule and I cant keep having to wait while they correct their mistakes. I usually get the machine is slow. While I wait over 15 mins for a two page document to be printed.The staff is nice but it still doesnt excuse the many mistakes. I will be looking into another company for my printing needs
My experience has been that Everyone is always courteous, and helpful. They also try to move the line along as quickly as possible.

Been here often normally dont have any issues. But been waiting for someone in line for close to 10 minutes. With 3 people working here not even an acknowledgement, or a mention that they will help me unacceptable.

Its a good place if your looking to drop off, send and pick up packages they are quick and you are in and out in mins but if your looking to print something out from your phone they have you use there comp and they charge .35 cents a min but you have to insert ur card with chip before you can use it and if your card dont work then ur beat overall its a ok place...
I wish if they install a computer stations there and people can use it for printing and paying and that would make it away faster for every oneItβs super slow there and itβs unnecessaryWasting too much time for dropping off a Pre paid packages.It took me like 30 mins before and now 23 mins. And I have seen people staying there for longer if they need to buy a shipping tag.So disappointed and itβs not the employeesβs fault because they are very friendly and helpful!itβs the administration fault.

On walking through door I was completely ignored by the staff. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while they milled about whatever tasks they were engaged in...a woman came through the door a few minutes later and she was greeted and promptly helped. 5 minutes after that one of the workers asked me what I needed, which was a simple binding of a project that I had already printed out. I watched him go back, punch the holes in my graduate thesis, then attempt to use the binding machine. He couldnt get it to work. He consulted with two of his co-workers who just shrugged (neither of them bothered to look at the machine). Then he came up to the counter, told me the machine didnt work, and Id need to take my documents (now with holes) to the Kinkos in Paramus, NJ. Because Id watched him the entire time and knew that the had put next to zero effort into troubleshooting the problem (his coworkers doing even less), I asked him if he was sure, and he just said yeah, it would take 3 days to fix the machine. It was clear he had no interest in seeing what the problem was or trying to solve it. Between being ignored when I walked through door, the person BEHIND ME being served while I was waiting to be helped, and the staff not bothering troubleshoot a machine in any real way, this was the worst experience Ive head in customer service in a long, long time, and the last time Ill step foot in FedEx Kinkos at all.

Definitely my worst experience at #FedEx! #FedEx please invest in some training for your customer service staff.
