Needed a couple of pallets moved for an upcoming trade show to our exhibit company a few miles away. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent and very informative. I engaged Eveready Express for a very last minute, urgent business need to transport a few items from a NJ office to NYC same day (so last minute that I called them around 3:30 and needed them to pick up the items before 5pm). The great reviews are what initially caught my eye and I have to agree, the service was fantastic!! Not only did they pick up and drop off within the timeframe I needed, I also received email confirmations along the way once my items were picked up, in transit, and delivered with photo proof! The representatives were very courteous and informative and Im glad this worked out so smoothly. I left one star off because it was more expensive than I had anticipated BUT considering the distance, restrictive timeframe, and awesome result, Id say it was worth it in the end.

I have been doing business with Eveready for a few years, utilizing them for urgent rush shipments in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York area. They are consistent, great priced and have great communcation. I truly value the partnership between the company I work for and them. Eveready Express did a great job. We had an emergency and needed a particular part, Eveready picked up the part and delivered to our location. We were able to satisfy our Customer and complete the job. The Courier notified me via email when they picked up the parts and notified me when they delivered the material with a time stamped copy of the receipt. They were fast and courteous. At first, it seemed that the company is good, as they have good feedback but they do not want to comply with the conditions required by the customer. Gave up with the freight after 2 hours as I sent the RC on Friday night, realizing that I would not find a recovery truck. The reason for the refusal is that there is no phone number of the contact person who is gonna waiting !!!specifically!!! for their truck on Saturday, even if our company has an after-hours team and I am in touch 24/7.They can ruin everything at the last moment. Because of this company, the relationship with one of our clients deteriorated.They are not flexible in providing service at all.

I have been in a short-timeline shipping situation twice in the last month where I, frantically, needed same day pick up and delivery of a fairly substantial amount of freight. Each time these guys rose to the occasion, even as info and instructions were changing after their truck was on its way. Service was very responsive and top shelf and the cost was surprisingly reasonable for what I was asking of them. In fact, I set up the first trip with the on-call dispatcher on the Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend because I needed a pick up first thing on the very next business day! For my sake, I hope Im never caught in another circumstance where I would have to use an emergency run again but, if the need arises, Eveready would be my first call. Awesome job!

This place is a disaster, manager ( william) is a terrible person. they dont have enough work to keep owners operators busy, they lie to sign you in and you end up making $800 per week stay away from this place.
