Great customer service and responsive if an issue arise.
Helaine who works at the store is fantastic. Quick service and friendly, she is why I keep coming back.One time one of my shirts got a tear in it, but they made it right and reimbursed me for it. These things happen (has happened to me at other cleaners) and appreciate that they will make it right.
I am literally 30 minutes early to pick up my clothes and I get this big attitude “not till 7pm, that’s what’s on your ticket.” I said I know but it’s almost 7pm, it isn’t ready? Unless you are implying that you clean my clothes in a rush last minute then it should be ready and the lady with the short black hair wouldn’t even check. This is the 2nd time I have received this treatment. Not everybody can come at 7pm especially when you work full time. I will return to get my items and take my business elsewhere.

Bad attitude, low quality work, and stolen/missing merchandise.Bad attitude: Whoever is at the cash register always has a nasty look on their face and nasty customer service to back it upLow quality work: My suit was damaged after going here maybe 4-5 timesStolen/missing merch: I accidentally left my tie in my Suit coat pocket and it was missing when I got the suit back. When asked if they had it, was told to read the disclaimer that theyre not responsible for (practically) anything.
Ive tried this dry cleaners 2-3 times now and havent had an issue with my clothes. They arent the best at dry cleaning but gets the job done at the price they offer. Customer service can be better.
Tried this dry cleaner because it was local and affordable. They have routinely made mistakes i.e. not completing alterations or returning garments damaged. I overlooked these issues because they addressed them and the inconvenience to me was mild until they lost my garments. First, they argued with me that my wife mustve picked them up or that they must be in my closet at home. When I finally convinced them that I didnt have the garments I was told that the manager/owners will be notified and someone would give me a call. Customer service is a significant deficiency at this establishment. I had to follow-up on several occasions before I received a return call from one of the owners. He explained to me that they would have to review surveillance video and for me to give him two weeks. I contacted him in two weeks as agreed and he didnt have an answer for me. He stated that he just started his day and that he didnt have time to deal with this. We went back and forth regarding my frustration over this issue. Ultimately, he stated that he would contact me later that day, around 7 PM. So, they lost my garments, asked for two weeks to see if they can figure out what happened and when I contacted them within the time frame that we agreed on, they pushed addressing my issue to the end of the day. If I did this to my customers I would be out of business!
Do not bring anything with patches on it! They lost all of a scout uniform’s patches !!!!!! And then arguing with us saying that there were no patches ! They must have come out while cleaning and the cleaners just lost them !!! Years of hard work !Also they can’t sew anything right!I used to love this dry cleaner!
Totally Unprofessional - First they mess my 4 office dress shirts with stains and holes that I paid for them for dry cleaning. When I ask them to fix the issue - the lady at the counter starts talking loudly to me and asks me to repay for the dry-cleaning again. When I complaint about the issue and on top of it - their poor customer service - she yells to take my business somewhere else. When I state I will leave a review - she changes her tone but still with attitude states = she will do it one time as a favor. At this point I decide to take my business elsewhere after 4 years with them = as I am frustrated by the attitude & customer service - I am not looking for any favor - and neither I am looking for any damages for the $200 worth of shirts they messed. I wanted to ensure I get service for the money I paid for. I hope the owner has the right people running the business.
My whole family (and relatives) uses this dry cleaner and none of us have ever had any issues. Good quality and a great price!
Took a wool sweater in for cleaning and they shrunk it--kept trying to stretch it back into size having me come back 4-5 times and in the end that didnt work. But the owner never contacts me to settle up. I leave my cell number and he never calls. Ok accidents happen--I get that. But to take my cleaning money, not return a clean usable item and not even attempt to make amends with the customer --well that is just not right.

I was there today for dropping clothes she was complaining doing other stuff while we were waiting on line few people she’s complaining about working Sunday working alone I don’t wanna hear your problem just drop off my clothes then I left didn’t drop never go again
Lady with blond hair has such a bad attitude and uses terrible language. Terrible customer service. Literally threw my clothes across the table. Felt very disrespected.
