We use BDE to provide our back ups and monthly monitoring of our whole system.. Bill and his crew are excellent. They provide quick response and always solve our problems. I highly recommend BDE
Took a lightning strike yesterday evening & after that could not access any programs or internet. Called BDE after regular hours & they had someone here with a new switch within the hour. Best service ever!!! Had they not done that I would have about 10 employees standing around this morning with nothing to do. BDE is always knowledgeable & reliable but yesterdays service was beyond exceptional.
