2021 Mercedes E450 all-terrain -gray metallic paint with a nice sharp dent in the driver door. The car is brand new barely 700 miles on it and of course someone decided to dent my door so you can image how upset I was..but Omar is a craftsman and there is no way you can tell there was a dent there! He even brought out a light brighter than the sun to show me and it is perfect! Thanks also to Ken, excellent customer service, professional discussed the process and costs up front and really cares about the company so hats off to you guys (Nice hats also, I should have bought one!). One day, I noticed damage on my hood from icicles that fell. I googled Paintless Dent Repair. King Of Dents came up. I was very impressed with their non stop 5 Star reviews from every single one of their 226 reviewers. I never saw anything like that before. So, I knew right away who I was going to bring my car to.That same day, I stopped by the King Of Dents Shop to get an estimate . I was greeted by Ken. He was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process to me. He said he can put me in for the next day. Omar and his team detailed my 2013 Ram. I’ve had it detailed in the past and I was completely blown away by how much better of a job Omar’s team performed. The truck looked better than off the show room! It was meticulous. The outside was like a mirror all around. The inside was never as clean and fresh. I have a bed rug in the bed of the truck and they even vacuumed that. Then he told me to pop the hood. They even did the engine which was shining better than new. I was totally shocked the engine was done! Another detail was I have towing mirrors that flip out to extend. They even knew to open those and clean that which is normally not visible when it’s closed. I had a small dent on the rear fender and it was totally gone. Perfect job there as well. I told Omar how impressed and thankful I was. He gave me a quick tour of his shop and I met his team. Everyone was so professional. 7/19/2021Heavy tree sap had fallen onto the door of my wifes 2017 BMW 430i convertible. I attempted to remove it but caused abrasive damage to the finish. My regular auto body shop referred me to kingsofdents for the fix. I then met with Omar, the Owner, who patiently discussed the methods he uses for this type of repair. We dropped off the car the night before and it was completed the next morning! When we walked up to the car, there was no evidence of where the sap had adhered to the door panel whatsoever! What we did see was a mirror finish, smooth to hand, and, a complete detail of the exterior! Omar is an excellent communicator and we could not be more pleased! His techniques are to be commended as well as his team! This was my 1st time using King Of Dents. My wifes Mercedes had a massive door ding. I dropped the car off (after hours) on Thursday night and by 10 am the next day I received a call thay the job was done. The car door looks perfect. Not only did the fix the door but they even cleaned the car inside and out which was a pleasant surprise. The repair was only $225 and the work was top notch. I made an appointment to fix a dent for a client of mine and was very adamant that the work needs to be done ASAP. I was assured by the owner of the company that it will be taken care of. After patiently waiting 3 hours after the promised time, they did not show. After calling the company 5 times, which all my calls were ignored, I decided to go with another company to get my work done. I can only assume that those 5 star reviews are fake because the service I received was nothing close. STAY AWAY!!!

I called KOD after I bought a car from a dealer in springfield, nj to schedule and repair dents (one appeared deep and might need an auto body repair) on both sides of the car. There were other smaller dings that I didn’t even notice. Omar assessed the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I honestly did not feel confident how Omar’s crew will repair the deep and bigger dent on the driver side. I had a small ding that always bothered me when the sun hit it.Its a tesla on the back fender and those are the most difficult to get to at least according to body shops I asked. I also had a wrap done. I googled search and the 5 star reviews do not lie. I texted them and they got back to me right away. I drove down thinking I would get bad news, but literally I waited 20 minutes and was shocked they got the ding out with no damage to the wrap. I was planning on taking the express bus literally a block away and head to work while they worked on it. Highly recommend!

Kings of Dents did a great job on a dent right on a body-line crease, in an aluminum lift-gate, ahead of schedule, for exactly the estimated amount, and were professional in interactions throughout. Went to a DIFFERENT paintless dent repair business closer to my home that was VERY well-reviewed. The owner there glanced at my dent for 30 seconds and said he would have to drill a hole to do the repair. To avoid a drilled hole in my car, I went home and with the help of Youtube, removed the interior plastic liner myself to see where the access points might be. I called this other place again--same day-- to ask if he still needed to drill to repair. Apparently my question angered the owner, as he got short with me on the phone, curtly telling me to just bring the car in, if I wanted more info, even though I had already brought the car in earlier that day. Uh, no thanks.Instead, I chose to drive 30 minutes out of my way to Kings of Dents for another estimate. Totally worth it! The professionals at Kings of Dents took the time to look at the dent from inside the lift gate, testing access with tools, and assured me they would be able to do the repair without drilling.Final product was delivered a day early, for exactly the estimated amount, without drilling, and the car was washed to boot. The repair looks great, am very pleased. Interpersonal interactions with Kings of Dents were totally professional and puts the other well-reviewed paintless dent repair business to shame.Wrote a novel because these guys deserve it. When I see a place with nothing but 5 star reviews, I assume its a scam. Im glad I gave King of Dents a try anyway, because I see now how they have flawless reviews. Omar is fantastic, striking a balance between friendly and professional, and topping it off with honesty. The work they do here is fast, convenient, and top notch. Its no wonder no one has anything bad to say.I had bought a used car with some damage to the rear end; it saved me a good deal of money, but it was unsightly. Getting the damaged parts replaced would have run me $2000 or more. I sent some pictures to the number listed on their site for a quote, and he advised that the damage looked significant but that he might be able to do something about it.When he looked at it in person, he told me the damage was pretty bad, and he couldnt guarantee me a 100% fix - but he cut his price for me and promised me a 95% improvement. I left the car with him, and for a fifth of the cost of getting the rear hatch replaced, I had the car back the next day and you would only know it has been in an accident if you were really looking for it.Tremendous service, great work, fair prices. Look nowhere else.

I had a dent on my white vw Jetta 2017 which other mechanics refused to fix(they look the car but returned not fixed). This place I found in google, was a little concerned about that. But these guys did such a good job. They warned me some paint can come off ( bend was pointy and about 1” deep) but nothing came off . Everything is nice and beautiful. I found a huge dent on my car after being parked over night. It’s a brand new car so you could imagine how gutted I felt. The insurance doesn’t cover physical damages on the car, and I didn’t know where to turn or how to get it fixed.After intense research, i stumbled on the king of dents website. I had sent pictures of the damage to Omar, he replied immediately. Went over the next day, he took a look at it and gave me a reasonable price. He was super polite and nice. Totally understandable. He knows what he’s doing. A little bit of a perfectionist in my opinion. He claims it’s an “80-90% improvement” but it’s definitely 99% improvement. Totally satisfied with the results. But most of all I respect and appreciate how he treated me. It’s rare to find such decent and respectable people in business these days. I highly recommend him!

My experience here was the best one I have had compared to any other place. I had purchased a hail damaged car, which was brand new and the salvage inspection for nj was giving me a very hard time with passing it even though the damage was cosmetic. When I arrived to KOD Omar greeted me and just by his energy I already wanted to give him my business! He repaired my car within a day and a half as promised which was amazing timing and when I got there to pick my car up it was perfect! I am typing this review at my inspection and I gave his business card to the inspection site so anyone else who comes in for hail damage can have one less headache and come to KOD to get it fixed perfectly. I hope more people come here, their work is great and everyone was friendly and polite. I will definitely come back for anything in the future and recommend this business 100%.

I brought my car in because I was selling it and needed it detailed. I sent pictures and Omar got to me really quick. He scheduled me in, and I even dropped my car off the night before, cause I have two kids and getting it there early would’ve been a hassle, I’m so grateful that was even an option. Omar is great to work with. He honestly tells you what he can do and what he cannot do. Does not promise miracles but does deliver results. I had a nasty ding on my driver side door. No matter how hard I look I cannot find it.

The kings of dents have a magic wand! I brought my care with a dent on the roof Pilar from a fallen branch that was fairly large. They told me they could make it 95% repaired, but it’s gone. I had them remove a large number of dings from five years of parking in a lot and the results are perfect. They also, I don’t know how, made some deep, to the metal, scratches disappear.The car now looks like new, I am very happy with the results. They obviously have a passion for their work, you can tell as soon as you walk into the shop. Highly recommended.

While wrapping the roof of my type r, I found a dent where i thought it was not accessible. I am very meticulous about my car. I couldnt sleep that night lol. Spoke to omar (owner) the following day, drove to his shop (which is only 15 minutes from where I live) for an evaluation and he gave a quote. Went back to his shop 2 days after. Omar has a very pleasant personality. Very cool guy and easy to deal with unlike some other business owners who are arrogant and cocky. Took him only half an hour to fix a dent on my roof and 2 dents on my passenger front door. It was like a magic! It gave me so much relief. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

After a slight garage mishap where my bike rack caught my headlight and the corner of my fender, I knew I was looking at a sky high repair on my R8. Yes, I said R8. After an initial trip to the body shop and an estimated sky high repair bill (almost $5K), I decided to see if paintless dent repair was an option. A quick Google search showed King Of Dents which was local to me less than 10 miles away. Looking at the reviews and also his Instagram profile (@kingsofdents) of his previous work, I decided to send Omar a text along with a picture of what I needed done.I made an appointment and Omar stated it was definitely something he could handle. He set me up with an appointment for 4 days later and I dropped the car off at 9am. 2:00pm rolls around and I get the call that my vehicle is ready. The repair came out better than I expected and I am DEFINITELY pleased. Not only that, I saved quite a SUBSTANTIAL bit of money than going the body shop route.People, this is not a BULL$#!T review. Came in for dent and gauge repair on hood caused by debris on roadway. Omar was able to remove dent completely and touched up the paint as well. Staff was very great and accommodating to me as a customer. They worked very efficiently and effectively. Also, The garage is kept extremely clean and organized. Omar also went out of his way to touch up the small rock chips on my hood without me even asking. Honest work and I will be back as needed in future.
