I walked in with pain. I explained to Evangeline what I was experiencing with my right side. She suggested the muscle treatment and started to work on me. As she massaged my body I could feel the relief. Im amazed how much better I felt when I left and how much better I feel today. The problem is she is in such high demand its difficult to get an appointment with her. I need to see her once a week until my body heels.

Jen is the best! She pays attention to your skin. She recommends the best products based on her analysis, but she doesn’t pressure you into buying them (a HUGE turn off). It’s clear she cares about the wellness and overall well-being of her clients and their skin…not just a profit/bonus. My skin has improved under her care because I feel comfortable with her (I know it’s about more than just selling me products or more membership packages). I highly recommend her if you’re in need of great skin care with a professional who will give you all the tips and tricks for healthy, glowing skin.

I was able to get an appointment a day after I called to request one. Lisa was my masseuse and she did a wonderful job. I would be happy to return. I even let some family members know about my positive experience.

I had my first prenatal massage today with Marissa & I loved it! She was so friendly & accommodating but also allowed me to relax and almost sleep through the whole massage. I never leave reviews but my back already feels so much better & at 7 months pregnant with a baby boy I can’t express how happy I am. Def recommend!

I adore the therapists and clinicians that work here, but the front desk folks are a complete waste of time. Try to schedule you next appointment and they will tell you that you have to wait 6-8 weeks for the therapist of your choice, if you are lucky. Their solution for their inability to properly schedule? Try a different therapist. Do their therapists know that the front desk staff are giving away their customers to other therapists?I have been a member of Massage Envy for a long time and Ive never had this level of difficulty in scheduling. Do yourself a favor and go to the Vernon location so you dont walk out with the headache your therapist just worked so hard to get rid of.

I had the Microderm Infusion treatment with Marzena K. and it was a great experience. I left there with my skin feeling totally refreshed. The facility itself was so clean and welcoming that no one should hesitate to go there for a little self care.

I just completed a massage session with Donna and way good. I just found out that the birthday gift 🎁of 60 minutes massage session was not honored. The indicated they had a gift on file but no charges on file. My birthday was in the beginning of March and they never could find a slot available for which I was available. I will Never will go to Massage Envy and yes I payed for my birthday day gift on my own 🤬 DO NOT GET GIFT CARDS!!!!!

Hillary was great! Whether you want to just relax, sleep, or talk during the massage, it all feels natural. Definitely love visiting massage envy to help relax. Its the simple things in life. Definitely would recommend Hillary!

Rhonda is wonderful. She is very skilled, has good variety, pays attention to areas in need, great pressure (I like medium...don’t have a lot of muscle) and was super kind and professional. If I decide to renew my membership, I will definitely be back to see Rhonda! I’ve seen many therapists in Clifton and Rhonda was by far my favorite.

Nathaniel was excellent! I would highly recommend for a massage. He took care of my problem areas and was very attentive.

I have been going to Massage Envy for a while now at a different location and never came out feeling like I did at my session with Rhonda. She saw my history asked me a few questions and hit the road running! She hit every problem spot. Her pressure was perfect, the stretching she provided me during the session helped open my lower back to where I was standing with no pain. I came out like a new woman. When I found out how booked she was I was heart broken but booked future sessions to ensure I can have her again. She is AMAZING and I kept saying that to her during my session because she helped me feel my best.

Lilliana at Clifton is the only massage therapist I have been seeing for past few yrs. After my 1 st massage with her I knew there is no way I would see anyone else. She is excellent and I always leave feeling very relaxed. She pays attention to my tension areas and works her magic. She has a pleasant nature and very positive energy that adds to the experience. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so.

I enjoyed my massageThe people are very professional I only paid $85 for my first time but i was told the next time that I go Ill be paying $120 which is bizarre but the membership is a bit much 75-85? Per month for one session!?!? So you can choose whether you want to be a part of the membership or just go there and pay your $120 every time you need a massage. Crazy lol

So far my experience at ME has been wonderful! I most definitely recommend asking for Jennifer for facials. She is super easy to talk to and goes step by step of the process all while making you feel relaxed and pampered. I have been able to see beautiful results with my skin after getting my facial with her. I’ve also had a really good experience with her after my first chemical peal. Again she is easy to talk to so she will definitely help determine if that treatment is right for your skin. I had also been dealing with some acne and inflammation and the products she has recommend for me has also helped provide amazing results. If your are serious about improving your skin I highly recommend talking to Jen!

I went in for a facial a few days ago with Ginni and it was the best and most needed facial. She really listened to my concerns and was super thorough with her work and explanation of everything. I usually love going to my appointment but with this new COVID standards they ask you to sit in the car and they will text you when your appointment is ready five minutes until my appointment is about to start no one still text me so I decided to text them and say hi I’m still waiting outside in my car so if I book an appointment from 130 and the appointment doesn’t really start until like 146 when I get in and then it ends at 2:24 I feel like that’s not really a 60 minute session

I have to say this is by far the best massage envy I have been too. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality is wonderful and extremely accommodating!

I originally signed up to be a member at the East Rutherford location but I have noticed that location does not have the availability that I needed so my wife and I have switched over to the Clifton location and I must say, we are extremely satisfied. The front-desk staff at this location is AMAZING because their super friendly, professional and accommodating. The massage staff is also great with some very talented and caring masseuses. Kudos to the Clifton location and keep up the great job.

I have been going to Massage Envy for 2 years now, and have found it to always be a wonderful experience. I have had massages by a few different people there, but one of my favorites is Mia, shes especially good if you like a firm massage. I have had neck and back pains, and she always makes me feel so much better. Facials here are also excellent. It is not a plush, fancy place, (it is kept very clean) but bottom line is you do end up getting a really good massage at a reasonable price.
