The technicians that replaced my heating and air units were awesome! Whats more, the technicians were very effective in their work, and tidied up in a way that is better than it was! They worked until the task was finished and it was a BIG work!They were understanding of the fact that during COVID we are all home and working and put forth an enormous attempt to band together with my girl and me as we worked and schooled while this task was going on. I would very highly recommend this company to fix anything at your home.

Called a half dozen other plumbers about my MAIN Line blockage (guests in town and nobody could shower or use the toilets). These guys were the only ones willing to help me same day AND in the morning. Technician (Ahmed - great guy) arrived earlier than expected (always a plus when you can’t use your bathroom) was polite, professional and patient. Best part... he cleared the blockage the right way by doing things no other plumber did in the past. And didn’t try and tell me I needed to replace this, and that, trying to get more money out of me. And told me price up front. Fast, reliable and fair price. What else do you want in a plumber. One thing that was different... plain white van (nice new one) pulls up and it’s a bit generic (no signage on van and not many tools in truck). They say they are a Full Service Plumber so that’s cool. Will definitely be calling these guys again.

GO ELSEWHERE.....NO REAL HEATING/HVAC SKILLS!!!! American wanted to charge me $695 to replace a Furnace Control Board. Made me wait 2 days with no heat for parts. The guy did not have the skill set to replace the board that was slightly different (because the old board was replaced with a newer version/design). He then told me I needed to buy a NEW heating system FOR $6,500 because there was no exact control board replacement!!!! The newer control board just needed someone who was knowledgeable enough to install it properly!!! I called another company that came the SAME DAY AND GUESS WHAT - NO NEW HEATING SYSTEM NEEDED!! THEY FIXED IT FOR $495 - $200 CHEAPER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WHICH THEY COULD NOT KEEP!

Definitely avoid this place. Called to get an estimate on replacing a water heater and was berated for not knowing enough about what kind of water heater I had. Unfortunately if I knew the kind of information he was asking for, I probably could have replaced it myself! Absolutely rude and unprofessional on the phone, going to another business to get helped.In response to the owners comment: you do not have my information in your database because I wasnt helped ultimately. Whoever I spoke to was absolutely rude and would not provide me any estimates or any kind of information without knowing some very detailed information about my boiler so I ended up reaching out to another plumber who provided a great estimate and helped out without extremely detailed information. Seems like you barely read my review and demanded it get removed. Your business needs to learn to treat existing AND potential customers with some respect. My point stands that your business should ABSOLUTELY be avoided.

Our main sewer line was clogged. These guys did an awesome job unclogging it. They have very advanced tools to fix the clogs. Highly impressed with the service.

I called this business. They are charging $250 for an inspection of the cooling system of the HVAC unit. And the representative hung up on me when I tried to ask why.

We had roots in our main drain and sewage was backing up to the point it blew the pressure relief cover in the flower bed. They came right away( an hour after call) to clear the line and fix the problem. Weve been very pleased with their work every time we have called them!

I actually called American Way plumbing to exchange our old Air Conditioner and theyve done an great job, however the new Air Conditioner was damaged from our factory and it had taken an additional day to have it working, they will sent someone in over a Sunday and got that working with no problem in any way. They arrived on time and fixed our Air Conditioner. Very friendly and extremely skilled.I was very pleased with all the way they work and i also was really impressed to view someone show up Saturday afternoon to work on the Air Conditioner.Fast services. Al was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. I had a problem with my gas boiler that I called American Way to come out for. He was prompt and easy to communicate with. He was very thorough and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were unable to flush, wash dishes, use the dishwasher, etc. because our main line was backed up. It took an hour and 30 for these guys to get everything working . Price was more than reasonable. Very pleasant experience. Will use them in the future if I ever have issues again.

We decided to call this plumber because the water in one of the showers wasnt getting hot. We figured that the water heater was broken so we planned to replace it with a tankless heater since I read many people are upgrading.After a short discussion with one of their technician, I was encouraged not to purchase a new heater yet and he came out to the apartment. After looking at the heater he told us it could be fixed and that we didnt need to purchase a new water heater. I appreciate your honesty!

I started off by calling a few companies. Some didnt call back but these guys responded within 30 mins. These guys were great! Came out to look at my HVAC filter, or lack of a filter, and my leaking garbage disposal. Within a few days everything was fixed and working fine. All for a very good price. Highly recommend!

I did some remodeling in the bathroom and the tub/shower plumbing needed to be changed to install a new shower valve. I had torn out the drywall already. They sent out two plumbers to cut out the old plumbing and install the new pipes and valve. It took me months to finish the remodel (my issue, not theirs). They came back at no charge once the shower enclosure was finished to put on the shower head and valve trim. All was shipshape. Really happy with their work and will use them again in the future if needed. Having a great company to work with on these types of remodels are very important . I wont use anyone else except for American Way plumbing .

This guys are Awesome!. My water heater started leaking in my basement and I knew I had to get the situation fixed right away because I was heading out of town for a week. they responded to my calls, gave me a solid quote, showed up and did a great job. This is my second time with this company.

Before my trip to Vancouver, I found the water was everywhere in the crawl space, outside in the drive way after a shower. It was urgent, because Id need to leave in hours. I called them, they came within an hour. Found the problem fast, fixed it, and charge a reasonable price. I was in a hurry, didnt even say bye and forgot to leave a tip. :(Thanks again for coming out and helped me!!

They came checked my clogged toilet. While they were fixing it, we encountered a bigger problem! There was a leak somewhere that started dropping in my kitchen coz my bathroom is on the third floor. The guys looked at it, determined the problem and fixed it. Over all very nice, helpful and affordable! Will call them again if anything…but I hope not tho!

Expert, quick, and honest. Our air conditioner broke on one of the first hot days of the summer, and their repairman, was there in two hours. More importantly, he found the problem quickly, and even better, explained we could bypass the faulty part and avoid a hefty repair bill without compromising safety. He reviewed the system to make sure there were no other problems that had caused the part to fail, and recommended we upgrade our air filter system ourselves, even giving us the correct system to order on-line. He even noticed we dont wear shoes indoors and took his off.Highest recommendation! Will call on them again for any HVAC work.

The job was completed in less time than originally projected and to my satisfaction.

The worse experience and I didnt even get the guy to come out (and after the call, I wouldnt)... The owner (dispatcher) not only curse me out on the call and telling me that I am not listening. I simply scheduled about the issue on 5/10/14 (not the call today on 5/12) about the heater and air conditioning not working. They asked me question I did not know and they stated that they will charge me $75 to diagnose or the cost of the repair (upon diagnosis). They mention nothing about the issue and then they call 1 hour prior to the appointment and asking me additional questions that I would not know. He is telling me I should know this and I told him that I dont know because we just moved into the condo unit. So he asked one question about the condenser and I got the answer from the management. Then he asked another question if the condensers are labelled. I assume so but I told him that I do not know. What irritated me is that I told him, isnt this the reason why I CALLED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE? I dont know the answer and I even stated that on the call. But instead of him apologizing or being thankful that I am going out of my way at the last minute to get answers, he is telling me that I should know and that this could take hours longer on the matter. Added, why didnt he address this on the call on 5/10? Why before the appointment. Personally, the dispatcher has no integrity or know how to deal with conflicts.. Especially when it was of their own doing.. I would think that this not unreasonable to ask.. Lastly, I understand that all customers are not truthful but in general.. Customers are usually right.. This is one of those when this customer is reasonable and is right... I would not recommend this because he dont want to do the work that is expected or at least should have gotten this matter addressed on the FIRST CALL! Is that unrealistic or unreasonable?P.S. I called another service company and guess what? They didnt ask any questions.. They stated that it is part of the diagnosis.. What am I missing here? If your company has been in business for 15 years and knows how to do things professionally and effectively.. Why is it that other companies who schedule tell me that they could handle it without issue and dont need information to get things done? I dont get it.. Also, is cursing a potential customer show professionalism..
