Had a flat tire right around the corner, I stopped here. Even though they could not help, as I needed a completely new tire, they still changed it and refered me to another business near by where I could get a new tire. Friendly staff, quick service, and even a nice seating area.

Jack and his crew checked out a used car that I was going to purchase. Making an appointment was very easy. They checked & analyzed the car for any defects in a very time efficient manner. Upon payment, the owner kindly billed me for the amount of work they did instead of the amount I was told on the phone which was very thoughtful. He then proceeded to give me professional advice & print outs of the car make/price. I appreciate the professionalism and hard work, thank you!

Finding the right mechanic for your ride is as important as finding the right dentist for your mouth. Jacks Auto Service is the one you can trust. Very profficient guys, know their stuff, do lots of complicated repairs and restorations. I have positive experience changing clutch to srage 1 in my Mazda 3. Got some useful advices how to break in new parts, what specifics in operations to expect - thats very useful, especially you have ever had experience with some special parts and dont know what to expect and operate.

There must be some deception going on google reviews, because my experience with these guys was terrible.I took my older 2005 Mitsubishi in there as it was running hot - they said to bring it back a week later - yes 1 week later - I come to learn that is just code for go away. Just for a giggle I took it back the following week and then they said they still did not have time to look at it. Cannot figure out what their thinking was on this one, maybe they didnt like it that I knew what the problem was - it needed a radiator flush - and they might have had a hard time up-selling me on something else. They said that it could be over heating due to a bad thermostat, which is correct - but first you clean out the rad to take that out of the equation. Anyway got it flushed at another garage and all good now - bad experience here though, the guys are kinda mean here too but i have broad shoulders. I think they may like clueless customers, as that would allow them to up-sell unnecessary work. Could also be that they cannot do radiator flushes there and maybe didnt want to admit it, who the heck knows?I am not confused about the location, as the owner suggests - unless there is another Jacks Garage that is part of the BP station on Gorge Road., what a joke. I know other locals who do not like this place, so I will have them post their reviews, lets see what baloney responses the owner has for those.

I called Jacks and spoke w Aras after calling several mechanics about my 16 yr old car that just stopped driving. Im no expert but what Aras said made sense and I knew he was honest! Ive used many mechanics and been swindled by several so Im very skeptical .Aras checked my car and recommended not fixing bc it was not worth the investment. I sooo appreciate his honesty and I know they could have tried to make money on my car, but he had my best interest at heart! Im HIGHLY recommending this shop and will refer everyone I know to him!! Aras is a rock star. He was extremely professional, listens to you, explains the risk and value proposition for the investment in your car. Whatever the dealership scared me off, Aras was calm and explain it is an issue but you are not going to die because of that. :)He promised me to drive back home but booked an Uber as he got busy. Delivered the car right on time, kept me posted on the progress. I think I found My Car Guy.

I went to Jacks Auto to get my engine fixed and a week later, it broke down again and had to go back to fix it. The disappointing part is that he charged me AGAIN on top of what I originally paid that it was something else that caused it to break down. Why couldnt he just fix it the first time around?! I dont know if I can trust any mechanic.

Jacks auto saved me $430.00 for the same repair worked by another shop.

Went there only once.
