I had high expectations going into this photoshoot as it was my daughters first shoot for her modeling portfolio. Brian far exceeded these expectations!!! He was awesome from the start. He made certain that he understood what we wanted/needed beforehand. He was upfront with cost and specifics. Then at the shoot, he took great care to get the very best results possible. My daughter was a bit nervous and he set her at ease immediately. He was very helpful in directing her, advising her and even teaching her without ever being condescending in any way. He was creative with the shots/poses/backgrounds and the final results literally made me gasp!!! Not only did we have a great experience, but I could not possibly be happier with the final shots! Excellent experience with Michaelangelos Photography! I needed a new professional headshot for use on my website and for an author photo for my book. I was able to get in with Cheryl fairly quickly and she got me the photo back promptly. I had purchased the package that only allowed you to get one photo at the end, but there were plenty of great ones to choose from. I ultimately decided on my favorite if she were willing to touch it up slightly in one area, and she got it back to me within a day or two looking exactly as I had hoped it would look.I previously had a professional headshot taken twice by other photographers. The first one did give me excellent options but charged me far more than we initially agreed upon. Somehow during the course of the photo shoot, they had decided that more work would need to be done. The second photographer was nice but I didnt end up liking any of the shots. With Cheryl, I loved my options, was happy with the end product and paid the agreed upon amount. Cheryls team did a fantastic job with our groups corporate photos. We had both individual headshots and group photos completed. Some of our team was nervous the day of the photos to get them done right and Cheryls patient and reassuring personality really helped put everyone at ease. Overall, very professional. Nice studio. High quality photos. I got a professional headshot done. There were some photos taken from an angle that I didnt care for, but when I mentioned it, Cheryl offered to shoot extra photos to make sure I was happy with the final result. That was not necessary since there were plenty at a good angle and overall I was very pleased with the final photos I selected. She encouraged several different positions, facial expressions, and hair styles so that i would have a wide variety to choose from. That worked out well. Also, great customer service.

I looked online for someone to take professional head shots and found Michaelangelos Photography. It had great reviews so I scheduled an appointment online. The studio is located in a warehouse near downtown Cleveland. Dont be alarmed by the entrance to the building. Its not much to look at and, truthfully, I wondered whether I had made the right choice. Once I got inside and met Cheryl, I was so glad I ventured in. The studio was really put together nicely. She was beyond pleasant, put me at ease - I hate having my picture taken - and her work was superb. She was efficient, which I appreciate, but didnt rush through the project. She emailed me 50 plus pictures exactly when she said she would and followed through immediately with my selections. I am so happy with her work and would not hesitate to use Michaelangelos again.

I was looking for a photographer for my daughters senior pictures and found Michelangelos online. I was impressed with the website, and the tips for senior portraits let me know that she is a pro. I reached out to Cheryl for pricing and additional samples of her work and she responded right away. At the studio, Cheryl was friendly and professional, and took the time to learn what Caitlin wanted. She helped us put together outfits and select locations for the pictures (we did some in studio, some at the Cultural Gardens and some in the Flats). She also took some dance photos that came out beautiful! So many gorgeous pictures - Im not sure how to choose!

Michaelangelos Photography and Cheryl were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had all kinds of interesting shots and difficult tasks and they were more than happy to accommodate every one of them. I had a wonderful experience at Michaelangelos Photography. I do not consider myself photogenic and I usually feel awkward in front of the camera, so I was worried about having professional photos done. I shouldnt have worried at all. Brian was great -- he was professional, had a great attitude, and got me to have fun with the process (which made a huge difference in how the pictures turned out). Brian really cared that I got shots that I was happy with and ended up spending a little extra time with me suggesting different shots that ended up being some of my favorites.From scheduling the appointment through getting all of my photos (the next day), everything was easy. I got the basic, 25 minute session for professional headshots. As I mentioned, Brian took the extra time beyond 25 minutes to work with me so that I walked out with all the pictures I needed. Completely happy with how everything turned out. I never write reviews only, but I was happy to volunteer to do this one.
