Best multi-service center in the city! I am a current member of the Senior on the Move program. My 2nd home.

The entire parking lot is reserved for the employees with threats to tow anyone else. I counted 37 cars. Do they have that many employees? Seems like they should share the parking lot with the people they are there to help.

I absolutely love this place. During my struggles during the pandemic era, they would host a food bank. I have been to several other food banks, but none can compare to the items you from May Duggen. I want to really wholeheartedly thank them for helping me and my family during such a rough time.

The lady was so nice at the front desk she gave my kids book bags with supplies n hygiene products but the lady who we actually seen was a bit off thats why I gave 4 stars

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH CENTER & SOCIAL NEEDS

One of the B-E-S-T food pantry experiences Ive ever had in Cleveland, even if the senior male volunteers often seem to be fighting among themselves over proper procedures.

The place to go for HEAP/PIPP assistance

May Dugan is much more than a counseling and case management center. They have monthly food giveaway for the community, a HEAP agency by appointment, MOMS first and more. They can put you in touch with a jobs coach and even someone from legal aid. If I have one complaint about this center its that whoever works the front desk isnt always consistent with delivering messages to your counselor if you call to cancel an appointment or other specifics. Thats easy enough to remedy by getting the counselors extension and leaving a voicemail, but the receptionists need to work on doing their jobs a little better.

May Dugan is a great place to attend. They help everyone and the community in need. They help with probation, food center, clothing, jobs, resumes, foreign language to help teach English, just about everything. I attended there. I am currently a GED student and the teachers/volunteers/staff are awesome. Im looking forward to passing my GED math test hopefully next month due to their help.. Instead of keep going on and on, Ill just say that May Dugan is a great place and I definitely recommend anyone to go there.. If there is something that you are in need of, dont hurt to call or visit them to ask any questions to see what they have to offer.

This place has an Excellent staff willing to help anyone in all they can. Social worker Lucy is so amazing.

This was a very nice place where I could easily find & talk to the person that I talked to on the phone.She was very patient and helpful to me.

The May Dugan center is a community outreach center helping those with housing referrals, job programs, and every day life crisis. Unlike a lot of food programs that only serve those in designated areas, they serve the entire county!!! They also serve hot meals. Theyre even a probation office (2ndfloor).

My social worker has helped me so much, I recommend this place for anyone feeling stuck or lost in their situation. They provide so much positive guidance and information to help you keep moving forward.

Great community resource

My brother goes here. He is high functioning autistic. They do alot of good things there, have helped him out a lot.

Very nice building with a large lobby that has nice couches to rest. Also they provide a huge help for the community. I know they give out free food and small household items to those in the community that need help. I have also heard that there are probation offices in the building.

Great community center. So much too offer. Drug programs anger management food heap program ged womens crisis social workers to much to list check out their website.

Their phone said that they were accepting donations but after I drove almost 20 miles I was told that they were not and probably wont be until after the first of the year.

This center offers a variety of different types of services to our neighbors. The employees are very helpful. Lary and Ms. Lebern are both very generous. Love the center.

Many different programs that help and also for entertainment, the staff is very helpful.

They help you get your life back on track as far as jobs and finding a place to live. They also have Therapists there that will hve sessions with you. Insured or not 💯💯

This local multi-purpose center provides many community services, including food and clothing distributions on a monthly basis. They can help with social services as well, getting you connected with the Legal Aid Society or assistance getting your family SNAP (food stamps) service, for example. Very useful. They offer bilingual services. Me parece que es muy útil, ya que gran parte de la población de esta área es de origen hispano. Therefore, I give this center a high recommendation: 5/5⭐s.

I can appreciate the services May Dugan provides, but the staff seems to be on different pages most of the time. All in all the experience wasnt that bad, but it wasnt that great.

They are the best, and thats an understatement. Highly recommended.
