Good place to go if you want to change your life!! Compassionate staff, good programming. They could use a newer building but if youre there for the right reasons than youll get the help you need and the building becomes the least important thing. Good food, too.

My family member was here for 6 months and it seems the rules are made up or changed daily and by individual employees. The employees are sometimes dramatic and very temperamental... instead of realizing they are there to do a job, they get involved in the residents drama and often take sides! Which is like being in high school!!! I hope i never have to visit anyone there again. Other than the high school stuff from some employees... the good employees were fine. They were knowledgeable and tolerated the intolerable... they are doing their best but success depends on the resident... oh and parking is horrible!!! Bring money.

When I went to detox here, I was done. Emotionally and physically drained. I was looking for a safe place to help me through the detox process. This place provided that. No, its not a brand new building, with brand new furniture, but its a safe place to get clean. I had a bed to sleep in and the medicine I needed in order to complete the detox process. I was never uncomfortable there. Im reading reviews about drugs being in there. Theres drugs in every drug rehab. Not everyone is there to get clean, unfortunately. If you are looking for a place to detox, this is a great place. The staff are all truly caring and most of them are in recovery themselves. I called and 2 days later I had a bed.

This place is not about recovery or helping addicts ! They basically give you a 5 day stay with no meetings no help with outpatient treatment nothing I would not recommend sending a loved one to harbor light no one cares theres just collecting insurance money and state grants very disappointed and I think someone needs to look into this

SAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND NEVER GO HERE. This place doesnt care at all about you or your loved one. Overdoses are happening every day, people are dying in this facility. No consequences are being held, people are getting high in and outside the facility, and no one does a damn thing about it. Its all about the money for them. As long as theyre getting funded they wont do anything. DONT GIVE THEM MONEY OR THE SALVATION ARMY. They dont care about your life at all or if you get better. They want you to stay sick. I have people I care about there and Im constantly worried Im going to wake up and find them dead. The facility is a big trap house. Addicts need help and consequences, not to allow their behavior to continue and not serve any punishment. People are even selling drugs there!!

Im still wondering when I am going to get a call about my family member I inquired about that is no longer there. Luckily that person called me days later to tell me they are no longer there. We can talk about the many people smoking weed in there but we dont tolerate drug use or no drugs in the facility another rule broken or the handful of drug dealers that live there and introduce themselves to the newbies the first night they are there. We can discuss the amounts of donations this place gets and the amount of money they charge everyone to live there and all the amounts of money that goes missing as well out of peoples accounts?! But this is just another useless halfway house for losers some get help others are just another failed number. High five to those who survive and have the strength.

If I could rate this place a -100000000000 I would. They have made my family and I suffer due to not communicating, changing things last minute, and not doing their job correctly. My family member has done everything he has been instructed to do for the past 6 months and now is being more restricted than he ever was. This place needs some help before they try to help other people....

They will not stop doing what they are doing because they keep making money off of the people in there. STAY FAR AWAY. IF YOU WANT A REAL PLACE THAT WILL HELP YOU WITH ADDICTION GO TO THE LANTERN

Some staff truly care but some think theyre cops and get off on sendin people back to the joint excels at pickin shots and the spin move. I think its taught to them

One of the counselors there is terrible. Actually got my boyfriend using heroin again there. Took him out drinking and even slept with him while he was in the program. Now that he broke it off and went back in detox and recovery she is harassing him on Facebook and all his friends as well. I only know her as Jennifer Lynn-Cleveland on Facebook. But she is also very racist. I have all the screenshots of her racist remarks. Her harassment. This place is supposed to be safe and about the Lord but you have someone that is turning peopl3 back on to drugs there. Its disgusting.

If i could give it a zero I would. They allow people to keep giving dirty urine tests and doing nothing about it. This person is putting a loved one of mine in danger and physically hurting this person. I dont know what to do.

As long as you can adhere to the rules and be patient with certain procedures you can take a few months to get help with getting your life back on track!!
