I always find a good deal at this Goodwill store!

Visited this store the last weekend of October 2020 while visiting family. I Purchase two queen size sheet sets. When I got them home to wash, I noticed one of the fitted sheets had a big tear in it and the other sheet set was not even close to the size of a queen. I live out of state and unable to take them back to the store although I would not expect a refund I would expect management to properly train their employees and clearly note when a product has a tear in it, broken zipper or missing button or simply do not put them on the sales floor. Money down the drain but money in the pocket of the CEO! If I could have given this store zero stars I would have!

This is SUCH a nice Goodwill!! Its so clean and well organized and the employees are SO friendly!! I have also gotten great deals here on nice items. Would definitely recommend.

We have been donating few times to this store nice quality clothes some even new the prices insede the store still high......

This is one of the better organized Goodwills, however; it is illogical to close at 6 PM. They are leaving an enormous number of potential shoppers locked out of their store. The majority of buyers have jobs, which requires them to work during the stores shopping hours

Great experience!!! So clean! I love it! Please dont shop at the other good will as it is bed bug invested!!!! Had a horrible experience through them. This good will right here is fantastic. Great employees clean store. Not cluttered. I will always come shopping here!

They have increased their prices... Dont do rewards anymore...their owner is a billionaire, yet ask to round up your purchase total, go figure.

The employees are lovely people and you can find some real gems if you look hard enough.

Couldnt use my Goodwill point card because I live in another county and this store doesnt accept my card

I used to really like this store, but over the last couple of years they have become really overpriced and theres not much good stuff. They allow pickers to go in the back and have first choice of the merchandise, which I feel is pretty disrespectful to their loyal customers. And some of their prices are downright delusional. They were charging $20 for a framed puzzle. Really?I still drop in if Im nearby, but its pretty much always a waste of time, especially when the pickers have had first choice of everything.

Nice place to buy second hand goods.

The service in the store was good. Lady at the checkout was very nice. I asked if they had anymore furniture and she told me there was some out back. When we finished shopping I pulled around to have a look. There was a very rude guy unloading a moving truck. I asked him what they were going to do with that furniture. He said I cant give it away and its not going in the store. I said so its going in the trash?? His answer YES. I thought GoodWill was about helping others. Maybe somebody didnt get the memo.

Great selection of items and this store is always neat and clean.

Overpriced, Ive been to cheaper Goodwills. Also I can get new childrens clothes for less on clearance. But overall the store is nice to shop in.

Large, clean and friendly staff! Sometimes the clothes look picked over...sometimes you find great deals! Always worth checking it out...

A very nice large clean store but unfortunately the used clothing is priced at new clothes sale prices. Jeans are $7.48!! Crazy!

This place is a joke. This is no thrift store. Hate goodwill because they over price but decided to give it another chance because I needed some towels expecting them to be like .50cents at most. Nope goodwill want $2-$3 for a RAGGED towel. Went to walmart.

I love all the goodwill places, have nice deals color tagges items every week and first sunday at the beginning of the month discounts

The Super Saturday sales are great, but the checkout process is BRUTAL!!! i appreciate all that they do, but i dont understand what in the world can take soooooo long at the checkout process..

I am handicap...shopping alone...at Goodwill Cleveland Tn. On Paul huff Parkway...I struggle to open the very..heavy doors..I wonder..Why a Store for the Handicap..does Not have automatic Doors...???
