They charge you 60 dollars to work to knock off money that you cant afford to pay. And theyll hound you for it

Horrible organization that doesnt hold anyone accountable.I worked the River Sweep near Irishtown Bend in downtown Cleveland 5/11/19 along with many other Clevelanders. We were picking up trash from homeless people who were moved and they called in reinforcements via a garbage truck and I guess this group. I understand this is community service situation, but van #2 was useless. The 3 gentlemen that were supposed to be assisting with loading trash into the garbage truck sat on the guardrails and watched while making fun of the situation. When a few of us went down to clean more areas they would shout down asking for cigarettes and just harass. The supervisor sat in the van at the top the entire time not supervising them whatsoever. When we went to the after meetup for pizza they were the first ones there eating and getting whatever they could after not doing anything. One also asked around for cigarettes from a vendor. I find this organization embarrassing and wanted to let people know they need to be watched and held more accountable when theyre supposed to be doing actual service work. The contact us option on their website doesnt work so I resorted to this.

They a be a lot better if u can pay fines over the phone. I did community service in still have to pay community service for my services smh

Go get your community service done. Workers were pretty polite.

Such a great service, nice sentencing alternative. Everyone is stern but fair and staff from office down to road crews are just honest, great folks.

When I was younger they were good with finding me volunteer work. Lately, they have been garbage! How did they get their jobs???
