This is about the 3rd time the black woman that works there has been rude af. Last time we had 4 people waiting in line in the chairs. The first guy in line went up to the window twice and she said she wasnt ready. Probably on her phone? So after about 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out again (not the first time either). Before that the store didnt open for another two minutes. I walk in and she said We dont open for another two minutes, cant your read.

Ive had this loan for over a year and because of Covid Ive been past due but continued to make payments no matter what. I made a payment yesterday of 70.00 and woke up this morning to them taking out an extra 230.00. When I called, the girl was rude and told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone higher and she told me no. Now everytime i call, no one answers. I just need my money back.

I was beyond satisfied with the customer service from Angie. She got me in and out very quickly.She explained everything in great detail. This was the easy loan I have ever received.

My mother is disabled and has a loan with yall and I drive her up there a couple of times every month. When we pulled up and came in Tyler met us at the door and held it open for us. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Heather at Advanced Financial is the supervisor that I spoke with for this company . These people take all of your information, scrutinize every single document, go on the phone and have u log in to your bank, then tell you they have everything you need, only to send you more emails saying they need to verify more information. They discriminate against people who don’t use direct deposit, and then my thing is if you don’t want to approve people, don’t send them pre-approvals in the mail. I have good credit and thought this was a credit based line of credit. These people and their system that they have, treat you worse than dogs, you would be better of with bad credit and getting a loan with your friend or mom, versus going through this Slave system and mentality to get a loan. Who came up with the requirements for this place? They have the nerve to have people taking your documents and making copies and then faxing it off to some unknown place, secret society people, scrutinizing every thing and asking for more stuff. Lol this is actually hilarious that I thought this was a loan based off credit. They treat you horribly & the customer service representatives, you call to check your status, are ghetto, unprofessional and rude. I’m at a loss for words, do not waste your time on these people. Go to a better second chance approval company or if u have good credit go somewhere else!! This was insane!!!! Nobody should be treated like this and scrutinized to this degree for some money! They had the nerve to say my online banking couldn’t be verified with my deposits and it was 4 times the amount of my checks!! Again don’t degrade yourself to get a loan from this place.
