I met Alain (the CEO) through a marketing firm I started with back in 2017, and his work ethic has always been top tier. When he decided to open his firm in Cleveland, I jumped at the opportunity to join his team. Having a CEO that stresses the importance of company culture and team morale makes a world of difference, and I have been continually more impressed with him the longer we work together. Especially after a year that seemed to take a serious toll on most people’s mental, physical, and financial help, I appreciate the lengths to which Blue Rose went (and is still going!) to take care of each and every employee. I’m glad to make my career within this company, and I’m excited to see what the future holds!

I’ve been at blue rose group for 5 months now! Im currently a team leader, working my way up to be assistant manager. The environment and training is super fun and everyone’s really supportive when it comes to helping each other get developed into being the best version of themselves.
