Service has went downhill. My items were scanned business closed when the address is clearly residential. I called and inquired about my items and I was told different things (from reps & the website). What if an individual is handicap/disable? Your response is come pickup your items. UPS needs to be posted on the wall of shame. Also, I never asked them to hold my items, that was another lie from UPS.
I really do love UPS but this is the third time that they have taken my package to the wrong address two streets from where I live they have the same address that I do but I stay on 73rd and Bay stay on 71st and my package goes to the other address and I figured that is because theyre not paying attention to address label same address to different streets

Package scheduled for delivery on Saturday driver claims he came no one ever saw him. Was promised a return at 6 p.m. by Rosemary. Did not show. hour later at 7 p.m. Elsa calls and says his GPS is not working and he doesnt remember the address. REALLY? WHOEVER THE DRIVER IS MUST BE THE BOSS, BECAUSE HE/SHE CAN DECIDE WHETHER THEY WANT TO DO! Apparently there is no supervision at the office that can say we promised a delivery to this guy go back and finish your route.
I have no negative reports for this location. I have always had a positive experience. UPS is great with customer service.

Clerk was beyond helpful however this review falls on everything else but her.Our company ( a radio station ) ordered a computer via amazon prime and they used ups to deliver it, 1st issue was the delivery driver failing to read instructions on the fact that in order for us to receive the packages, they’d have to just buzz us so we could come sign for it. Not only didn’t the drive do that but they didn’t even leave the UPS delivery attempt receipt.We decided to place it for will call at this place so we could come pick it up instead since the driver couldn’t read. The package said it was ready for pick up the same day of the first attempted delivery but due to time constraints we couldn’t get and chose to pick it up on 5/15.On 5/15 (today) I arrived at 10:28am and the app showed it was ready for pick up, clerk checked and spent 40 minutes looking and couldn’t find it, called the back 6 times and they kept on bouncing her back to me to try and get me to leave.I refused to leave after being told it was probably stuck on a belt and belts can’t be turned back on til 4pm. I asked to speak to someone higher and nobody was around and the back people somehow managed to call the driver and found out that after not only we chose to have it held here and it was marked ready for pick up, the driver had it in his truck.Horrible company with horrible processes and yes amazon is at fault for using them to deliver as well.I’d suggest if you can use another place to have items held at, do so.
Too far out of the way, confusing as to where the physical business was on the premise? Having to call another UPS to figure out what was happening with my package cause nobody there knew what to do?! Even though that is the address I was given to handle the situation! Then the lady I spoke to on the phone was hugely rude!! Plus the fact that UPS has left a notice on my door 3x this month cause they couldnt contact me or I wasnt home and EVERY TIME I WAS ON THE PROPERTY and at home!!! When they left the notification! Also they try once... 1x and then the package is taken to the location where it then becomes my responsibility to pick it up!! So frustrating! & If I didnt online shop I would choose to NEVER DEAL WITH UPS AGAIN!!!

I had to pick up a package that hadnt been delivered to my address. I went to the UPS Customer Center and they help me out customer service rep at the front desk was very helpful and polite there was plenty of parking the only thing negative to tell you is this place is very difficult to find. Its located in a residential area off side streets you need a GPS to get there.
Obvious some receptionists work by the hour and not by the package sent/picked up. The one who helped me in the morning was slow as molasses – would rather watch paint dry. However, the woman who was there in the afternoon was extremely pleasant...
Obviously a very polarizing experience. The staff that were on duty when I had to pick up my package were extremely helpful even though UPS itself was late getting it to me. The facility is in a rough neighborhood, so be aware.
Employees were friendly and helpful with my order. I have been here three times over the last year for various package deliveries that didnt make it to my house and have been taken care of every time. It is difficult to find and navigate to as fair warning.

Refuses to deliver package to my apartment door. They say they need me to be there in person. I cant wait at the downstairs enterance to my apartment buliding all day. I signed the slip and they still refuse delivery. Customer service wont allow me to pick up. So I guess Im never getting my $100 amp.

Incredibly disappointed with my service today. I had a package scheduled to be delivered to an apartment building with a buzzer. My boyfriend stayed home to work from home today so that he could let the UPS delivery driver in. Well, the guy didnt even bother to ring the buzzer, and marked it as a failed attempt. I got a notification from Amazon as soon as he marked it, and called my boyfriend to ask if he missed the buzzer. Nope. He left a notice on the front door, but again didnt bother to check well try again tomorrow. Probably because he doesnt try at all.I then scheduled to pick it up at the store (even if that meant staying at work an hour and a half late because I live across town and my office is closer to this UPS) because I needed to have this package TODAY. When I told the lady at the front desk that the driver did not ring the buzzer, no apology or anything... instead she questioned if my buzzer works. Are you f****** kidding me? I could then hear her ask the delivery driver about it, who shrugged his shoulders and walked away.Unreliable, accusatory, and overall unpleasant. I wish that I could choose my shipping carrier.

The people were very accomodating in helping us find a missing package. The location is a bit difficult to find, however.
I was told by UPS customer service that my package was not delivered and that I could pick it up at this location. I went and my package was not there, it actually was delivered. The lady at this location was nice and helped me out.
Easily the worst UPS location, although Im very dissatisfied with the company in general. Have been having absolutely nothing but issues with multiple reps. Was told that managers go home at 5pm even though they are open until 7pm, and I was then told I would be contacted by a manager the following morning. Havent heard from anybody, and the policy that you cannot contact the facility directly but only a representative at an inbound call center is ludicrous. When making a complaint I was told We [UPS] made a mistake and we accept full responsibility, and we do apologize but there isnt anything we can or will do about it.

The location states it opens at 8 a.m. So i drove to the location arrived at 8:30 am and the location was closed. I sat in the parking lot with about 10 other customers for about an hour and even call UPS corporate number and noone had any idea why it wasnt open nor did they even know the location was closed.
The driver I encountered today didnt even bother to say hello. He just dropped the package off and left. How rude!

Very unprofessional!!! The facility was supposed to call me back twice so that I could pick up my package. They never called and the facility closed for the night. The facility closed at 8 and I talked to someone at 3 pm to find out my package. They said they would call back in an hour but never called. Then I called at 5:30 pm. They said they would call back again and never called! This is terrible!

Stayed home the entire day waiting for my package because it needed a signature, package never came instead I received an email stating I was not home so they could not deliver it. So now I have to go to the ups hub to pick the package up myself. I will NEVER use ups again Ive never had these problems with FedEx.
