Nathan was out on a service call when I called him but he took my call and told me hed be back soon to help me. When I arrived he had the mower I wanted to buy ready and waiting for me. It was in perfect condition and Nathan had gone through it 100%, sharpened the blades, changed the oil and had it running great. Hes an honest man that wont sell a used piece of equipment until hes got it just right. Highly recommended!

Quickly answered the phone so I knew this would work out. Explained issue and he asked I send a picture of model number which I did. He soon called back with time and date he would have the part and could come out if needed to do the repair; which I needed. On the day he received the part he called and scheduled the repair. He was on time (radical!) and finished the repair quickly (magical!). All this and makes housecalls.Nathan, youre a real winner! If you wanted you could start a second career as a customer service professor and teach 99.9% of businesses in America what REAL service and value is all about. By the way, Nathan, thank you for the prompt, full service as you saved me from The Stink Eye from our HOA for not keeping the lawn mowed.

Very reasonable prices for the work. Appreciate that he came and picked up the lawn mower. However, he didn’t check out the mower very well before returning it to me. Before he came to get it, it went up hills fine and now that I’ve got it back it cannot go up hills because the drive belt is slipping. Turns out it also needed a new drive belt. When I contacted him to ask if he could replace it and mentioned it had been working fine before he serviced it, he told me he didn’t have time and no longer wanted me as a customer. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I’d have gladly paid for him to replace the drive belt.UPDATE: a week after repair, ALL of the oil has leaked out of the mower and all over my garage floor. It had zero oil leaks before he serviced it. I would have been MUCH better off trying to do this repair myself or using someone else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My husband and I recently used Nathans services and we were very happy. He came when he promised he would and even called ahead of time to say he was on his way (little details that I appreciate). He replaced a belt and new blades on our riding mower. We were happy with his services and felt his prices were reasonable and we were so pleased that he provided mobile service. Great customer service and price points.

My lawn tractor had not run in three years. Nathan came and picked it up, brought it back a week later and everything works perfect now. He rebuilt carb, replaced leaking gasket, drained bad gas, replaced oil and air filter, replaced oil, installed two new tires, sharpened blades, greased and lubricated all bearings all at a reasonable price. He is courteous, responds promptly, and very reasonable. I can 100% recommend him for your lawn tractor needs.

Nathan came and picked up my lawn tractor mower and did a general service and dropped it back off. I was having problems with my drive belt coming off. He worked on it but it kept coming off. Nathan even came out to my home on a Sunday to work on the belt issue. He located the problem. He said to use it until it comes off again. I did and it did. I took my mower back to him to fix this major issue which he did. Nathan does great work, is very friendly and reasonable on prices. I would definitely use Nathan again!!

My ten year old Troy-Bilt riding mower was smoking like a steam engine & horribly noisy. Nathan replaced the engine (with a used engine). He did a great job: NO smoke & so much quieter. Very reasonably priced & he is a real nice guy. I never met him before & just googled & read the reviews. The reviews seem quite accurate after having enlisted his service. I will not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future.

I do not know where you found all these people to give you a good rating. You were on here last week under Integrity mobile repair. You permanently closed that business down. You said you weren’t longer able to work on lawn mowers because of a knee injury. You could not get down on your knees. My lawn mower was promised on Friday which turned into Monday and then he wanted to wait til Tuesday. He changed the belt and filter and oil and plugs And blades PRICE $300. Would complain but my mower has not started one time since he left it. Oh and he pulled the plug wire too thinking I would call him back. Not for that price and no result. You can use your own judgment. My story is true I have witnesses.

We called and Nathan came when he said. He tried to repair it at our house but it needed more. He said it would be 10 days but he was able to get it back a day sooner. Runs like new. Thanks again for the great work. Would call again if we have issues. Highly recommended him.

Do yourself a favor and look no further. This guy is the real deal. I have a Craftsman LT2000 Riding Mower that recently needed repair. I did not have the means conveniently available to haul it in to be serviced. I saw this AD and called. The gentleman who answered identified himself as Nathan and listened patiently as I rambled on about what I had done to mess up my mower. He quoted me a price that was fair and within reason and stated that if there was further damage he would let me know and quoted a price range that, once again, was very fair and reasonable. Stated he would call at a specific time before coming to pick up the mower, and he did. He also arrived exactly when he said. Loaded the mower, told me when I could expect it to be done and depending on the arrival of the necessary parts, it may be done even sooner. Guess what?.........it was. 2 whole days sooner! Once again, he arrived exactly when he said he would, offloaded my mower and really made my day by being so professional throughout the whole ordeal. Hes friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Wont take advantage of you. I will NOT be calling anyone else for lawn or equipment repair. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend him. Homestead is a rip-off place to get your mower serviced.. This place did an excellent job.. Did more for my mower .. Its like brand new... Even changed my battery and fixed my tire that kept going flat .New belt . New everything.. Plus picked up my mower and delivered it back... Cant go wrong with this place... :)

I purchased a riding mower from Facebook market place and it would only run for about 10mins and stop.I called Nathan and explained the issue. He came by picked it up, repaired it and delivered it back to my home all in the same day. He had to replace carb and do several other adjustments and now it works perfectly! All this at an extremely reasonable price. You could not find a more honest fair service for lawn mowers in the Cleveland area. Completely satisfied with the work. I don’t usually write reviews but this was such a satisfactory experience, I felt that I should. Thank you!

Great people very friendly. They understood an went above an beyond the repairs . Even though the mower isnt fixed due no fault of their own they tried to explain to my 88 yr old papaw but he has his own set ways . Thank you again for all the help I will be recommending them to others
