Had to make a quick laundry stop during a road trip. The machines are card loaded, no coin op, so there would have been a $10 minimum for a $3 or so wash. Since this was a one off encounter with the laundromat, the clerk working that day paid with his card in exchange for cash so I didnt have waste my money on the card. Gave me coffee and conversation about my trip. Awesome service for a Saturday morning!

The owner is amazing and very helpful. Rates are inexpensive and its probably the cheapest Laundromat Ive been to. And also the cleanest!

Always such a pleasant experience at this laundromat. It’s always clean, and the washers and dryers always smell clean also. The staff are nice and very helpful if you don’t know what you’re doing. Love the system they use with the cards, I just earned a free wash for combining two of my laundry express cards!!! I would highly recommend! Always in an out, never packed, or waits on washers or dryers!

There was so many washers and dryers that were out of order and some of the ones that were even in order the door wouldnt close on it, and the credit card machine didnt work to put the money in.. this used to be my favorite laundromat but I wont go back

They need to put a sign up saying theres a back entrance!My dryer broke a few weeks ago so Ive been going to the place on ridge and Memphis. Its not newest place but I cold dry for 16min for 50 cents. I went to this express laundromat today and was very impressed with the cleanliness. I know they just opened around a year or so ago so I was expecting new machines.. I was not expecting 50 cents for 6min well .49 cents. And it took 1.47 to dry them. Its right around the corner from me so I guess I used the extra money drying instead of the gas to go up the street! The card thing through me off.. Its cool though I dont have to carry quarters. Overall it was a good experience.. The last was nice and helpful. And even the other customers were friendly! It was a quick in and out..no waiting for an open dryer. Curious if I can get the money of the card after I get my New dryer!??

Sammie was so helpful and absolutely amazing me and my friend came there on thanksgiving and they were closing at 3 and we weren’t done until a little after and he still waited until we we’re finished and made us feel welcome and super helpful serious the best experience I’ve ever had I’d recommend this laundromat to anyone the best in Cleveland Ohio thank you sammie for all of your assistance and genuineness we greatly appreciate you and we will return if in the area thank you again

One of the best laundromats I’ve been to. Very friendly owner And super clean facility. I came as a late night washer and the owner was very friendly to help me out when I was not sure on How everything operated. Definitely will come back again just because of the friendly helpful service.

Its very clean. People are very helpful. Just some washers are out of service but definitely will be returning.

Every other washer & dryer is broken. I swear the machines do not wash the clothes properly. I say this bc i had a small spot on a new beige shirt i bought & i sprayed it with 409 & oxi. After spraying i couldve haved washed it cleaned myself & it wouldve came out. I threw it in their washer and it didnt come out. I went home & hand washed it & it then came out.The staff is great. Their helpful and you can tell they are family oriented.& it is a clean place with free drying. I just think they should update their machines.

Clean, family owned and operated, drop off service was quick and careful. The machines worked well, the temperature on the dryers was correct. An attendant was there at all times. I was called just as soon as my clothes were ready to pick up. I dropped a variety of things off and nothing ever seemed to stymie them.

Always a clean store and the card system makes it faster than using quarters! Free dry cycles and I earned free washes! Attendants are the nice and helpful showing me which washers were the best value. I will be back!

Great service. went above and beyond to pick up and delivery our dirty laundry.We are travelling and didnt want to pay hotel laundry prices.overall (besides 1 pair of missing socks) we were satisfied and happy with their service.

Love this place. Quick an easy. Free drying earn points the more u use ur card. U even get money added if u continue using the same card. Also u can drop ur clothes off. They wash dry& fold clothes. But sometimes my things came up missing r other clothes was in my things that wasnt mine.

Just got here to dry my clothes because there was a gas leak at another laundromat that I was at...Im very impressed with the cleanliness. And nothing looks trashy or broken.Ill be returning here, for sure.Everything is operated using a card (like a casino or Dave & Busters haha), so theres no coin jams and such.Come prepared to load a card with $10 or more and then you keep the card and use it next time if theres money remaining.They also have drop-off services, which I have yet to try.The dryer I used was incredible. This place is impressive compared to the other laundromats in the area.
